Large home just a short walk via a private path to Nauset Beach. Three large bedrooms include their own bathroom, while the fourth bedroom is a private room in the newly finished (for 2022) lower level adjacent to a new full bathroom. Enjoy two spacious primary bedroom suites, one on each floor, both with king-size beds. The first floor primary bedroom includes a large walk-in closet, new hardwood floors (2024) and renovated bathroom with new walk in shower (2024). The third bedroom, which includes a peek of the ocean, consists of two huge rooms (18 x 14 and 15 x 13) with two sets of twin beds. The fourth bedroom is a private room in the newly finished (2022) lower level adjacent to the new game room with walk-out access to the pool. Enjoy ping pong in the basement or watch the 65" tv! There is a new pull out couch in the basement game room that sleeps 2 (only sleeping room not private) allowing for a total of 12 guests. The main level open floor plan includes both gas and wood burning fireplaces. The updated kitchen offers natural gas for cooking, granite counter tops, a built-in microwave, and an island. Kitchen is well stocked with every cooking tool or utensil you will need - ideal for guests who like to cook. The kitchen leads into a large living room with plenty of space to unwind. Double French doors open from the living room onto a 24 x 15 foot elevated outdoor deck with a brand new gas grill (2022) and large outdoor dining table - great for outdoor meals, entertaining, sunning, and R&R. The deck overlooks a forest of trees and foliage that provide privacy for this .80 acre lot. Through the trees you can catch another peek of the ocean to remind you that Nauset Beach is a stroll away. The home includes central A/C (with two zones), an outdoor shower, 1st floor washer/dryer, central vacuum, and a one car garage. Recharging on the Cape

Our family had a restorative week vacation here in the shoulder season just after summer, swimming daily in the pool, walking daily on Nauset Beach, cooking fresh seafood. It was exactly as we had hoped.

Perfect Home and Location for a Memorable Family Vacation

From the spacious and very well appointed home, to the location (a quick 5 minutes away from Nauset Beach), to the incredibly kind and helpful owner Tim, our multi-generational family had an amazing vacation! The heated saltwater pool and hot tub were icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this home and it’s owners to anyone looking for a memorable stay on the Cape!

Wonderful house

Great deck, garden, pool, hot tub. Even a Golden Tee arcade machine! We had a fantastic stay with another family who had a kid a similar age. Not cheap but it's a terrific place. Hosts were more than helpful.

Great family week

This house was the perfect place for our family vacation. First time to the Cape and it was perfect. Tim is a great host and the house delivered on all counts. I especially appreciated that there are kitchen basics (spices,etc) in case we needed a bit of something. The pool was amazing and the layout of the home made it really easy to be together yet offered privacy in the bedroom layout. We would definitely rent there again .

Perfect Family Vacation Home

My family and I, 8 adults and 4 kids, had a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. It’s generous size, pool (pool toys), beach access (beach wagon and many chairs) and other amenities exceeded expectations. With many rainy afternoons, the heated pool provided a great alternative to being indoors. In addition, the personal contact from the owner Tim ensured we had everything we needed. My family have all said they can’t wait to go back to stay in this perfect Cape home.

Great house setup. Sleeps more than enough comfortably. The pool/hot tub is unreal!! Tim was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure we were having a great time.

Family Vacation 2024

Very nice property, good proximity to the beach. Special feature is the pool and hot tub. My grandson actually learned to swim this vacation! It’s important to note it’s not linen provided, so accommodations must be made. Also be sure to note the pass code prior to arrival, there no cell service until you connect to WiFi, so you can’t call the manager for help if you don’t have the code handy. It’s a special place and we really enjoyed our time.

East coast getaway

First experience in cape cod and the house and location was fantastic!! We had a family of 7 adults, spent days exploring the area,4-5 min walk to beach, 45 min drive from Provincetown, spent a day whale watching!! Then after long days the evenings were spent in an awesome hot tub/heated pool!! Tim was a great communicator and my only regret I didn’t meet him, bcs we were constantly doing things, Tim is a great host and was responsive to texts. I highly recommend this property to spend a vacation.

Fantastic Family Trip

Our entire family loved our stay at this terrific home. Spacious house, comfortable beds, incredibly clean rooms, and the location can’t be beat. Children and adults all loved the pool and hot tub, and the private walk to Nauset Beach was almost magical. Communication with Tim was top notch. One little issue received immediate attention and was remedied right away. We would be thrilled to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Perfect home for a multigenerational family

This home is absolutely spectacular and perfect for a multigenerational family. A group of seven adults and one infant stayed for a long weekend off season. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, gorgeous deck with a grill, and close proximity to the beach, which we walked to daily. The home was spotless and the kitchen had all the items you could ever need to cook a meal for a large family. If that wasn’t wonderful enough, our host was easy to communicate with. We are already talking about renting this home again and staying for longer next time.

Great house!

We stayed here for a weekend in May and it was perfect! The pool/hot tub was a huge hit and was very clean. The weather was in the 50s/60s but the pool was heated and the hot tub was great so it didn’t matter that it wasn’t “typical” pool weather. One of the days it rained, but there is so much to do at the house (ping pong, foosball, etc.) that we were all entertained! The bedrooms we’re all clean and well kept. There were bathrooms in each room which was great especially with a large group. The beach was a short walk which we loved. So much to do at the house and around Orleans. Highly recommend staying at this house!

Outstanding home for family Cape escape!

Loved this home! A salt water heated pool and hot tub in addition to a VERY short walk (even my 3-year-old could do it easily) to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape, Nauset Beach. Location was perfect - a quick drive into "town" yet quite private and quiet. I loved sitting on the deck in the evening and listening to the North Atlantic waves. There was plenty of room for my family (including my wife, my 2 daughters, my in-laws, and my brother-in-law and his wife). Tim and Emily have even added a finished basement with an additional bedroom and game room. Overall, an amazing home for a memorable Cape vacation.

weekend getaway

Great spot --- walk to Nauset down the path. Secluded. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing --- motorized cover was a snap. Plenty of room, plenty of creature comforts. Highly recommended! Tim was super responsive as a host.

So Relaxing!

What a fantastic property! My husband and I rented the house to celebrate my husbands 60's birthday, just the two of us. It was more house than we needed, but we didn't mind. Timothy was the perfect host and very accessible. The Cape-style house is in a lightly forested upscale beach community. Our trip was just after Labor Day, so neighborhood was mostly vacant and quiet. The home is nicely appointed with a warm, traditional New England style. While there, we wanted for nothing. The first floor king bed was super comfortable! Also, TV's at every turn if that is important to you. The house is incredibly spacious and very clean. Pool and hot tub were the highlight of the stay and the reason we booked. The back yard pool is nicely landscaped, clean and very private. The weather was cloudy, but the pool and hot tub were always warm and inviting with an evening water light show that was the bomb! It was a short walk to a rugged but beautiful beach. (You can take the recommended beach sand path if you are in good shape, otherwise follow the road.) We were only a short drive to Skaket Beach where we caught an amazing sunset. This house is a short drive to a great market, lots of great, mostly causal style resaturants . Orleans is a very gluten-free friendly area, if that is an issue for you as it was us. Our favorite was 3 Fools where we had the best GF pizza ever! Right next the miles of paved paved bike trails, which we biked, was our favorite coffee shop Hot Chocolate Sparrow. Even in the off season this place is hopping! Also, it is a short drive to Chatham which has a charming walk-about down-town. As with most VRBO rentals, make sure you ask about any lawn care and pool service schedules, so you don't get caught off guard by any arrivals for which you were not expecting. We forgot to ask ,but they were only there a short time. In conclusion, don't hesitate to book this gem of a property in a this great area! You won't be disappointed! We had a great week, and I'm sure you will too!

Nauset dream

We just spent a long weekend at this beautiful home to wrap up summer. It was amazing! Kids and teens loved the pool, especially at night with the varying light shows. The pool was so easy to open and cover, from a safety perspective, I really appreciated that. The house is as advertised, and Golden Tee was another great hit with the kids. It is a close walk to Nauset Beach, so nice to have the private path there. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Perfect pool and spa walk to Nauset Beach

Tim was the perfect host. Easy to reach. The home is beautiful and spotless. Lovely pool and spa that the entire family enjoyed. Lovely little path to Nauset Beach. Only one tiny repair that Tim took care of instantly through the plumber on a Sunday. Most impressive! This house is expensive but absolutely relaxing and really perfect for our multi-gen fam.
