There is a brand new deck that surrounds the heated pool along with a screened in gazebo for hanging out. The enormous side yard is the perfect place to raise a tent and host that special occasion or just enjoy the lush lawn to play volleyball, throw a frisbee, play a game of touch football or you name it.

The house has its share of pluses. The kitchen opens up to the dining area with a raised hearth gas fireplace and access to the back deck and pool area. Hardwood floors throughout the house and you have 2 master bedrooms, one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. The first floor master bedroom, discreetly located off the kitchen over the 2 car garage, is a massive room that boasts a sitting area for group conversation, quiet reading or watching television. The 2nd floor includes a master bedroom with a full bath, along with 4 more bedrooms and another shared bathroom. There's a family room located on the 1st floor that leads out to the pool area through an inviting bright sunroom.
