Cette unité d'extrémité confortable 2 BR 2 BA se sent plus grande que les autres unités du bâtiment et son emplacement vous isole du bruit des couloirs. Il dispose d'une cuisine complète avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Vous aurez amplement d'espace pour prendre vos repas avec un bar et une table à manger. Il y a la télévision dans chaque chambre, Internet sans fil et une laveuse et une sécheuse. Des sièges extérieurs confortables sont parfaits pour profiter de ces brises estivales fraîches. Vous aurez accès à la piscine intérieure chauffée, au sauna, au centre de remise en forme et même à une salle de billard de championnat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Makai was super convenient for our 5 day event we had at the convention center. We could literally walk there. Parking, check in & out were easy. Unit was as pictured, as described. Only “issue” was learning how to adjust the AC. It is on a timer so a bit inconvenient to wake up and have to adjust air in the middle of the night. Not a deal breaker. Timely customer service responses as well.

GREAT CONDO, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS

My wife and I were very happy with the cleaniness and the condition of the condo. It was well firnished and equiped for the two of us. We enjoyed the balcony to relax since we come down for the hot rod show every fall. We will most certainly be back to this condo for sure.

The most perfect place to stay

Our stay here was by far amazing. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Checkin was super easy. We didn’t have any issues with the keypad at the main entrance or the one on the condo door. Clean towels and linen were left at the front entry way. The washer and drier were a big plus to have. The location of this property is perfect. We were right in the middle of it all. My kids had a blast. I would highly recommend this rental.

Dirty property and property manager rude

We arrived to dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The secondary bathroom tub is clogged and does not drain and the toilet is very difficult to flush. Carpets had not been vacuumed. Property is managed by a management company which is not indicated on the VRBO listing. Manager is rude!

It was a nice vacation

Reviewer Comments: It had everything we needed from cooking supplies to comfortable beds the whole condo building was clean and had some building amenities that were good also it was very convenient they have carts for bringing luggage and your stuff up to your space. My only downside main room TV was small I would say bring you’re own smart device(Google chrome, Fire stick etc)for the tvs in the rooms to entertain kids or if you want to watch shows that you need to stream and if you were to be stuck in the house on a bad weather day

GREAT Location, A Little Worn but Know Before U Go

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A perfect location for our plans - every place only a few blocks walk: The Barn(breakfast - there are others), Coconuts(beach, drinx, music), Secrets(more drinx, more music), Jet-Ski rentals, etc. Only thing not walkable is grocery / convenience / drug store, so, you'll have to drive for provisions.Very surprised at the rigid check-in(4pm) / out(10am) times and you have to bring your own sheets / towels or pay a stupid high fee for a "linen package". Only disclosed AFTER booking. If you have someone who can bring them in their car, fine but if you're flying-in it's another suitcase just to tote towels and sheets!Along same lines, I get it's not a hotel, but, I'd think if you expect guests to clean the place, at least provide more than 1 garbage bag and a few amenities, like, a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.Once checked in, it's comfortable and clean, but needs some repair - especially guest bed / bath. Had to plunge the guest bath shower for 5 minutes to get paper & plastic out so it could drain. The shower head was a trickle. I'd think the cleaning / maintenance crew would notice and takes care of these things, especially, since they get 6 hours to clean such a small place - and it's very heavily emphasized in the "welcome" info.All in all, we were there for beach and fun, not cooking and homey, so, it worked as a home base to allow us to stay together with other couple and was a little less than than a hotel. If traveling as a single couple, I'd do a hotel.

Exactly as listed & Our new go to spot

This was a perfect location for our family of 4. The condo is exactly as listed and as photos show. It is at a great location for us as we vacation each year with extended family that stays around 36th St. and besides that, it is central to everything. The main bedroom can be noisy through the night as the condo is located right beside coastal highway but that’s just the way it is there are no complaints just a heads up. Another one would be to take a drying rack for the balcony. The main bedroom bath has a sliding door and a shower door so nowhere to really hang multiple towels or other items to dry. Besides that this was the best stay we have had overall in years and plan to make it our annual go to spot!

Could have been better …

We arrived late on our night of checkin to find a place that was disgusting - hadn’t been cleaned. Property manager was very responsive and offered to send a cleaner but that wasn’t feasible with two small kids that needed to go to bed. I spent 1.5 hours scrubbing the entire place. Stains all over the unit- couches- carpets - recliner. Light bulbs burnt out everywhere. Shower handle was not attached- kept falling off. It just doesn’t seem as though anyone is keeping up on routine maintenance. It could be a super cute place if given some TLC.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a very nice day and the home was very clean and the pool was very clean and Smoove warm and it was open from 10 to 10 p.m. and the pool all they had was even more adventurous is open it was open for 24 hours and we had a nice time the gym what's nice as well that the sauna it open 24 hours my parking was even convenient on site great owners with realistic expectations Andrews on the property the price of great and I would vacation there again.

Great location

Great location, clean property. Only complaint is the futon is in living space was very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t be a big deal except it was the only place to sit and watch tv.
