Beautiful 2 BR 2 BA Unit With Pool - Close to the Beach and Convention Center

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

You are going to want to stay here! This beautifully decorated 2 BR/ 2 BA unit has everything you need for a fantastic vacation and shows pride in ownership. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a large bathroom with a wonderful soaking tub. Bedroom two has a unique pyramid bed with a queen size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. You will enjoy TVs in every room, a full-size washer & dryer along with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The outdoor pool is the perfect way to cool off on those warm summer days or just enjoy a break from the beach!

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1 block), Convention center (3.5 blocks) and Seacrets (4 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous fantastic restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. Secure building with code entry into elevator lobby.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 1st floor but is not ground level. Astoria is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Building has an onsite fitness room and an outdoor shower for guest use.
* Easy beach access
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 45th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.

The cleanest and most well equipped unit we've ever stayed in. David was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

We had an amazing week at this condo! It was by far the best we’ve stayed in. It was super clean, had everything we needed and was even ready sooner than check in time. Benchmark was extremely responsive with any questions that we had. And the condo was not noisy as I anticipated. Only a little on the weekend nights but that is to be expected. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and cozy. Beachy vibe was nice. Was the best well equipped and clean place we have ever stayed in. The only downfall was the bedrooms being on street side it was loud at night.

Spacious 2 BR, Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy walk to relatively quiet area of beautiful beach. Easy access to shops, taverns, whatever you need. Apartment is as advertised, spacious, comfortable, clean. Kitchen was well stocked, although only keurig coffee maker. Instructions on access, parking, linens were accurate and worked. We enjoyed the balcony.Negative was the tiny shower in the large en suite bathroom - who builds such a tiny shower impossible to use in such a large space? That's why I went with 4/5 stars. We did not use the pool at all although it was a selling point to select the place. Overall, we had a great time and rental was clean and comfortable.

Mid week getaway

First time in OC and we had a great time even with the weather not being the best… The place was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and the communication with owner was great. We experienced a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. It took a long time for fire truck to come and turn off the alarm. The elevator still wasn’t working at 8:00am. I would suggest going to seacrests and check out the tropical experience. Great place..

If I could give more stars I would!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Super clean! The kitchen had anything and everything you could think of! The condo is just overall amazing! Will definitely stay here again! We even want to reach out to the host and ask if they have more properties that may be bigger for more family to come next time!

Beautiful condo

Almost everything was perfect with this beautiful condo. It could not have been any cleaner and the furniture was very comfortable. They are the two reasons I chose this unit. I had another unit booked but when I read the reviews they said the beds were very uncomfortable so I canceled the first condo and rented this one. There were no dust collectors or junk around the house. Everything was of good quality. We didn't spend that much time at the unit since we went down to visit some cousins. The one negative was the smell of the plugins which was overwhelming. I myself don't use anything scented. I gave up candles years ago and toxic chemical cleaners due to allergies and caring about my health. At first we thought the smell was fabulosa which is a cheap cleaner a lot of people use. Luckily the weather was nice enough that we opened the sliding glass doors. But after hours of the horrible smell not going away my sister did a little searching and found about 3 plug-ins which we removed and put outside. Our second day we still smelled the smell and we went on the hunt and found another one. There were a total of 4. The only way I would rent this unit again was if they removed and aired out the place.

Great place for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty spacious, good layout, clean, and close to the beach and places to eat. Up to date appliances and facilities. If you are traveling in an SUV with a cargo carrier on your roof rack, it will be a tight squeeze when parking and you’ll have to be creative when opening it to unload. It has a balcony, but the view is of other buildings that block the beach. With everything considered, this was a great place to stay, and a decent value for the price. The 4pm check in and 10 am check out are very strict, but the quality of the living space outweighs that. Would stay here again.
