Coming to Ocean City for one of the big music festivals or an event at the inlet? This fantastic 2 BR 1.5 Unit off 9th street is a great choice! You can easily walk to the boardwalk, the beach and events at the inlet. It's also a prime location for the White Marlin Open. Why spend your trip waiting for a bus to the events when you can walk? The unit is also an easy walk to free fishing sites on 2nd street and the parks at 3rd street. Don't feel like trekking around? Plan for a day relaxing in the outdoor pool. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance such as the Spain Bar, Pickles Pub, De Lazy Lizard to name a few. This unit provides easy access to route 50 and West Ocean City where you will find Assateague Island, go-cart tracks, Fishing Charters, Frontier Town, Outlets and more great restaurants.

The unit has two levels with the main level having the living room, half bath, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat and TV. The kitchen has been updated and is ready to cook those cost-saving meals at home. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, both with a queen bed and TV. The front bedroom has peeks of the bay from its balcony. The back bedroom bed was replaced in November of 2025. The upstairs bathroom has been updated and has a large shower. The unit has a washer and dryer for guest use and of course free WIFI.

The place was very clean, modern, well kept and just overall excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and pans we needed. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. The balcony view we had was perfect to watch the fireworks from. The pool was the perfect size and very clean. This is by far the best place we've stayed at. Thank you David and your wife for mainting this property so well, being nice and easily available during the reservation process. My family and I will definitely be staying here again on our next vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Ocean City! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was extremely attentive, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The check-in process was simple, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Having two dedicated parking spaces was a huge convenience, especially during the busy season.The location was excellent and close to everything we needed, including restaurants, attractions, and the beach. We also enjoyed having access to the swimming pool.The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the entire property felt welcoming and relaxing.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Ocean City!

Very Happy!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay. Only a few blocks from the boardwalk, steps from fishing pier on the bay, and a nice little pool great for the hot days while we were visiting.

Property was as described, clean, and great location. Communication with property group was timely and helpful. Unfortunately the larger bedroom had the worst bed I have encountered on a stay. Several pieces of plywood under the mattress that squeaked at every slight movement. Would've booked again for next year but not with that terrible bed.

Great location but needs new beds!

Great location for the boardwalk and fishing pier! Coins use a good cleaning ceiling fans and under furniture. Beds are tiny not sure they are queens and the mattresses are terrible and squeak with each move. No extra blankets for the pull out sofa. If you have kiddos don’t plan to use the pool it felt more like a 55 plus community. Overall we had a great stay but can’t wait for our own beds!

As soon as we reached after driving for 9 hours, we found the storm door was locked from inside and there was no way to open it from outside. I notified property, who was willing to send someone to fix within 1 hour. I managed to open the storm door open using the screwdriver from my car (thankfully I keep a toolbox in the car for emergencies which I never used prior to this time). As soon as we went inside, we noticed the sand on the floor which was not visible but could feel it on your foot. First thing I had to do was to find the vacuum cleaner and clean the whole house, put all the linen and pillow covers which were delivered in a duffle bag. Then at the sleeping time found that they only had two comforters in the house while they advertise it as good to sleep for 6 while we were only 4. I notified the property manager who confirmed that this is the norm to only provide 2 comforters in the house, and I need to buy 2 on my own, so rushed to find a TJX which was still open, bought extra comforters before even start enjoying our vacations. I certainly do not expect to deal with these kinds of things on day one of my vacations, so based upon my experience, I certainly would not book or recommend this place.

The location was great, but the condo was quite dirty. After walking around for about two hours, my son’s feet were black. My stepdaughter’s socks were also black. The fridge was dirty, and it did not appear to me that the place was thoroughly vacuumed. There was old food splattered on the back splash of the kitchen behind the sink. For the money we paid, the condo should have been clean. One of the reasons we avoided a hotel was VRBOs tend to be cleaner, but this was not the case this time. I also am suspicious of the comforters as we were given clean sheets, towels, etc and told to put them back in the bags we found them in. We were told that any comforters or pillow covers that went in there would cause a fee to be charged to us. My question is—how do these get cleaned in between guests? For reference, see a picture of my stepdaughter’s socks.
