Incroyable retraite au bord du lac - 6 chambres - quai privé - location de bateau

Vue magnifique sur le lac depuis chaque chambre avec un emplacement fabuleux dans une crique juste à côté du canal principal du lac! Cet emplacement offre une combinaison formidable d'eau calme pour la baignade et le flottement du quai avec un accès rapide et facile au canal principal pour une navigation de plaisance amusante.

Cette maison unique dispose d'un niveau supérieur avec une grande pièce ouverte sur une cuisine spacieuse et une grande salle à manger avec de belles vues sur le front de mer! Chambre principale (avec lit king) et chambre 2 avec deux lits doubles au niveau supérieur. Le niveau inférieur dispose d'une salle familiale avec piscine et tables de ping-pong, cuisine d'été, 4 chambres (2 chambres king, 1 chambre queen et chambre avec lits superposés avec 4 lits jumeaux) et un immense porche couvert pour une détente maximale au bord de l'eau! Une maison de retraite du lac tout simplement incroyable!

200 'de rivage juste à côté du chenal principal près de NC 150. Des épiceries et des restaurants sont accessibles en moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Vous trouverez également plusieurs restaurants avec bars à moins de 10 minutes en bateau. Le quai privé offre une magnifique zone de baignade avec un kayak pour le plaisir de l'eau. De plus, il y a un Bennington Tritoon de 24 pieds 2018 avec un moteur Yamaha de 150 ch, idéal pour la navigation de plaisance, le ski nautique et les tubes, qui est disponible à la location sur réservation. Si vous avez votre propre bateau, il y a un put-in à environ 200 mètres de la maison.

Summer Vacation

The whole family had a great time. Home was beautiful and well taken care of, we specially enjoyed going out on the boat and spending time in the lake. Everything we needed was either already provided or we could get it close by the house.

Perfect week on the lake

The house was perfect for our group of 12 (6 kids). After full days enjoying boating on the lake, the kids played on the dock, fishing and swimming while we cooked dinner. We would definitely stay here again. Quiet, beautiful lake retreat.

Wondeful family vacation

We had an absolutely wondeful time. The house was beautiful and we felt right at home. The big kitchen and dining room table were perfect for us - preparing meals, eating together and lots of game playing. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed having our own space. We cannot wait to go back next year.

Escape to the lake

Perfect little vacation for our family and didn’t have to travel too far for our “escape” from life. Loved all the water activities and beautiful setting. Wish the house had one more bathroom but we made it work.

Great place to relax on the lake

Everything was great. Our group had no issues and loved having the tritoon available all week for tubing & swimming from. Fishing from the dock went well too. Highly recommend.

Very clean and great responsiveness

There were 12 adults staying in this house and there was plenty of room! Very clean! Owners were very responsive during our stay. The room with the (2) double beds you need to go through to get to the master bedroom..this is a great option for families with kids or close relatives. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

It is now described as a Family Bedroom Suite. “The family bedroom suite is on the upper level with one king bed and a connected bedroom with two full beds and an ensuite bath that is perfect for parents and children.”

1) would be nice to have drawers in all bedrooms. 2) we thought we saw cornhole game on a picture? 3) in summary house was just fine. Boat was great. Our family was comfortable and really enjoyed.

Annual LKN Family Vacation

This home accommodated our family of 11 with ages from 7-66 very well. We cook almost all of our meals and the kitchen was very well equipped. Also appreciated the 2nd refrigerator, nice linens, and basic essentials provided. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We liked the quiet neighborhood and calm cove for the kids to enjoy the water. We always appreciate a family who is willing to share such a nice home for others to enjoy.

As the description says, We created the home with our eight children, one grandchild, two in-laws, and four significant others in mind. Gorgeous back porch

House was great. Gorgeous back porch with rocking chairs. Only issue we had, was the two rooms upstairs are connected. You have to walk through one of the rooms to get to the bathroom from the other room which distracts the people in that room sleeping..

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house was lovely and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was clean and the set up of the house was excellent. We had a mix age group, from kids to teenagers, adults and senior citizens and there was something for everyone to enjoy their stay, Tom and Kris are very gracious and accommodating. We strongly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a peaceful place by the lake.. PS. The water was deliciously warm and refreshing at the same time 😊 my grandchildren and I spend most of our week swimming in the lake! Loved, it!

Best Large Home Lake Norman property for Family Celebration

This beautiful and expansive home was perfect for our family celebration for 8 adults, and 5 kids (13-4). Extremely well furnished for all our daily needs for sleeping, cooking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and pool table playing. Didn’t use the ping pong table, but it was available. We rented the optional pontoon boat with plenty of power for water skiing, tubing (provided), and cruising the lovely lake. Owner Tom was very responsive to any questions or requests. Couldn’t have been more pleased with our 4 days!

Thanksgiving lakeside getaway

Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving week. We were looking for a place to get away with room to spread out and socially distance while still being together over the holiday. Everything was as advertised. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable. The kids had a ball out by the lake and in the kayak. Any issues that came up where taken care of to our satisfaction. Owner even went above and beyond to get some left items back to us .. in heard of anywhere else I’m sure!! But we Throughly enjoyed our stay !

Perfect getaway with maximum comfort and entertainment!

This house was perfect for us! It was so nicely decorated, a lot of comfortable and well placed furniture! All the amenities we needed. Games and entertainment such as pool table, ping pong table, kayaks and paddle boards. A very nice beach area. The dock is in good shape with convenient dock lines and bumpers in place. Tom and Kris were super helpful. We happened to run out of gas for the grill one night and Kris was there early the next morning with 2 new refills. Can’t say enough good about this place and its owners! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Awesome Lake House!

The house and location on the lake cove were perfect. The house was very large and and had plenty of room for our family of 13. We had 8 adults and 2 teenagers and two 9 month old twins. The layout of the house was perfect for our family dinners and game nights we had each night. The beach at the house was great. The entire family from kids to adults spent most of the days in the lake swimming and hanging out. The cove was quiet and you could boat to many places to eat on the lake. Tom and Chris were awesome hosts and the house had all the amenities we needed. If you are looking for a great family lake vacation, I highly recommend this lake house.

Gem on Lake Norman checks all the boxes

I don't often write reviews, but felt compelled to after having such a great vacation -- thanks in large part to this perfect Lake Norman home. It checked all the boxes for a large family vacationing on the lake. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The couches and beds were super comfortable. We woke up refreshed and ready for a full day on the lake. And as a family that loves to cook, one of our favorite things about the house is that the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cookware and spices for us to cook delicious dinners most nights. The house came with great kayaks and paddle boards for us to enjoy, and the location is very convenient to boat rentals at Queens Landing (where we rented a boat for ½ day). We will definitely want to come back!

Lake House in Trailer Park

The house was nice and on the lake, but is surrounded by old trailers. One bedroom is odd because you have to walk through it to get to the other bedroom. If you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you need to walk through a room with people sleeping or walk outside to the deck and through the house. The AC did not work well on the bottom floor. We couldn’t get it below 77 degrees. The house is a bit small for 14 guests, I don’t believe it’s quite 3500 square feet. The house has a nice lake view and is very close to the lake with easy access. Owner was very easy to work with.

Our home is on a peninsula that is predominately owned by the family whose land was flooded when the lake was filled. We like the half mile drive down our neighborhood's private tree canopied gravel road to our home. While there are a few campers on a couple of properties that are owned by the family members, there are several small homes and medium sized homes as well as vacant lots. This is most definitely not a trailer park, but I guess when a group damages the boat they rented, do not tell the boat owner, and were required to pay for the damage, one doesn't know that they will say in a review. I am sorry that you misunderstood our description of the family bedroom suite which says that the two bedrooms are adjoining.

Great Family Vacation

This home accommodated my family of 11 (ages 9 - 74) beautifully. We had great weather and spent most of the time in and around the water... swimming, floating, kayaking, boating, tubing, and fishing. Thank you Tom and Kris for sharing your lovely home and fun boat with us for a week.

Memorial Day Weekend

Lake Family Getaway

We had our extended family (ages between 67 and 1) gather here for a week in late August. The house was great, and the one minor issue that popped up was quickly resolved. The kids could swim off the dock and we also used the boat and enjoyed tubbing and fishing. Overall, a great experience!

Tom was an excellent host with his clear communication and he did not miss any details. The property was as described and was very clean when we arrived. We also rented the boat which is a must in our opinion. The kids loved being pulled in the tube around the lake. The adults enjoyed early morning cruises with our coffee and sunset cruises to the local restaurants. If visiting Lake Norman again we would definitely return to this property. Thank you for all of the memories!!

Fabulous family vacation

Tom and Kris were amazing hosts and we loved every day!! Tucked away from the main lake made it relaxing and the boat was an especially excellent add on. Only thing that wasn’t clear in the listing is that 2 bedrooms are connected - walkthrough one to get to the other. It worked out fine for us but was unexpected and may not work for all family setups. We’ll definitely want to return again in the future!

Beautiful Vacation spot for big family!

The house was wonderfully outfitted for all our family. The waterfront is delightful. Everyone remarked that the house was even more impressive in person than the photos show online! Tom is a gracious host and reacted quickly to a minor problem. Everyone had a wonderful time.
