Beautiful retreat to reconnect with nature and old friends. The home was a perfect fit for our group of 13 and the property owners were so kind and responsive. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious home with lots of fun amenities.

Perfect place

This house was perfect for our group. The setting was very beautiful on the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and the communication with the host was great too. I'd come back here for sure!

Lake Norman vacation house

Fabulous property in every way! The layout of the house is very livable, with large common spaces and good size bedrooms. The sizable kitchen is perfect for family gatherings. The view of the lake is spectacular, and the water area around the dock is perfect for family fun. Our extended family of 10 enjoyed a wonderful week and we plan to visit again.

Perfect!

Phenomenal home for a family reunion at Lake Norman. The home is comfortable, beautifully decorated and the ability to swim right off the dock was excellent! Highly recommend.

Perfect wedding weekend

We stayed for the weekend wedding of our nephew. Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Lake view from the kitchen table and back patio were so relaxing. Great house for a larger family or group. Highly recommend

Great house in wonderful neighborhood on the lake. House was so comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy, outside space was fabulous. Will definitely come back. Loved the location of this house, so close to shopping, restaurants and the state park. One of our best rentals ever!

Lovely Large Lake House

Great location on Lake Norman. Close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Nice quiet canal great for floating, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming. House was well set up for two families with extra large back porch that was shady so we could use it all day. S’mores down by the lake at the fire pit was a big hit too

An oasis

We all had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. There was 17 of us including an infant , this home is very spacious and accommodated all of us very well. The dock and staircase down into the shallow part of the lake is lovely. My young grandkids could just walk down the staircase into the water. We spent a lot of time swimming in the lake . It’s a great dock to keep a boat as well. We love everything about this home . Jennifer & Mike are caring hosts. We already booked our vacation here for next year.

Perfect size and location

We had 6 couples stay in the house. The house was spacious enough for everyone to sleep comfortably in beds and bathrooms to share. The driveway is plenty big enough too. We had a great time sharing meals in the kitchen and on the back patio. We also had a lot of great ping pong matches in the garage. The location of the house is perfect for boating. There’s a launch three minutes down the street and there are great spots to surf and also anchor down to hangout. We will definitely rent this house again. Jennifer was very communicative and welcoming to her house. Great host and great house.

Wonderful Lakefront Retreat

Great house, yard, dock, view, location, and very responsive hosts. When we weren't on the boat, we spent most of our waking hours on the covered deck, with ceiling fans to keep us comfortable. The yard was great for cornhole, badminton and CanJam. Would rent this house again!

Family get away

A lovely and comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood with lovely sunrises and sunset views. Well equiped kitchen and great outdoor space to hang out in. Even enjoyed yoga on the dock in the morning!

Family Reunion

Property was even more amazing than the pictures. Owners were very responsive and supportive and easy to deal with. We had an A/C issue on main floor and they responded immediately, got folks on the job and within hours, and not an easy fix, had it up and running. Talk about great responsiveness! We had a family reunion of 12 adults and the house flowed nicely and never felt crowded. I would totally recommend staying here and would do so again.

Lake vacation

House is situated in a nice neighborhood. Great for walking. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room. The owner checked in with us after arrival to ensure everything was fine.

Great House!

This amazing house boasts the best backyard of all the LKN properties we have stayed at over the years. The house is large and fit everyone very comfortably. Cannot say enough positives about location - you’re literally minutes from everything! Also Jennifer is a wonderful host - extremely responsive and checked in with us throughout the stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect setting for a family vacation

We spent a week here for a family vacation. There were 12 of us staying at the home from ages 10 to 70+. There was plenty of space and activities to do. The kids fished off the dock, swam, and also went tubing on the lake. The layout was ideal for my parents, with a bedroom on the ground floor with minimal steps to navigate. The home is high quality, one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Great Executive Meeting location

The house was perfect for our offsite meeting. There was plenty of space within the house and outdoors, the rooms all very comfortable for each guest, close to the local grocery stores - nice because we ate most of our meals at the house. Initially we had intended to have our meeting in the living room but the patio area had a very large TV and the group was able to share their presentations outside and enjoyed the meeting through the evening with the firepit going. The view is beautiful and this part of the lake was very quiet. I would highly recommend this home for family gatherings or offsite meetings. The owners responded quickly and were very friendly. (I added "friends" as who stayed at the property because "Other" option didn't work. It was 6 colleagues attending an offsite strategy and status meeting.)
