Inside, natural light fills the open-concept living area, where warm wood floors and soft tones create a serene atmosphere. The spacious living room offers plush seating and a large TV with a complimentary YouTube TV package, perfect for movie nights after a day on the lake, while the adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen make gathering effortless. Cook meals with ease using modern appliances, dine indoors at the table for six, or take your meals outside to enjoy open-air views of the water.

Four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms accommodate up to twelve guests. The primary suite features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen Murphy bed and a sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom provides a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a full bed for added comfort. Extra guests can make use of the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo ensures everyone has space to refresh.

Each corner of this home is designed for connection and comfort. The game room features foosball and a TV for friendly competition, while outside, a covered lounge and lakeside pergola invite you to gather and relax. The firepit—stocked with wood and surrounded by cozy seating—sets the perfect scene for sunset conversations or starlit nights. In case of an extended power outage, the home is equipped with a backup generator and separate generator panel, ensuring your stay remains comfortable no matter the weather.

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee ($175 per pet); undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- A pack-and-play and a high chair are available for use.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

Parking Details:
- Driveway parking only; maximum of 6 cars. Street and grass parking are not permitted.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
