Great place for family to enjoy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many amenities at an affordable price. Pool area with lazy river mainly for kids, indoor pool, another outside pool overlooking the beach, and indoor/outdoor pool with sauna and hot tub. I was on the fourth floor but still like my doors to the balcony to lock. I had gotten used to it but then my grandson came to stay the night and I was concerned that he could open the door. Called the management company and they came over within the hour and we found a solution to make me feel he would be safe at night if he awoke. Manager was prompt and polite. Thought the parking fee was ridiculous of $20 dollars per car. That is the cost for your whole stay! So not a problem if it is only one vehicle. My daughter had to pay for her car but what if a friend wanted to come and visit. You couldn't even park at the front and pick your guests up without a parking pass. My place was clean, furniture was in good condition and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with the necessities. A bit sparse on toilet paper for 3 adults and one child for a week. Need some mini blinds in the 2nd bedroom. A little deeper cleaning was called for and I would have enjoyed screens on balcony doors but management explained they get torn up constantly. So, understandable and didn't have trouble with many flies or mosquitoes so it was fine.All in all though it was a great place to bring a family for vacation and I would go there again if the grandkids were along.Property was kept clean and trash was removed at least daily, likely more often. Lots of places nearby for shopping, thought the sunning areas on top of buildings were nice especially for watching sunrise!Check in and out were easy and sorry I forgot to text when I left. Thanks for a pleasant vacation.

Our favorite place to vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always have had a wonderful time at Myrtle Beach Resort, for many years. We had one problem this visit, our Wi-Fi would not work for our phones and the main TV in the living room was timing out. We made two phone calls, one man recommended boosting the TV. Did not work. The 2nd call, we immediately got a response. Someone was at our condo in 30 minutes to re-program/re-boost off of their phone. (A new procedure.) It worked for 5 hours and then, right back to that one family room TV, would time out. I reported again when we checked out. In hopes that the service would be corrected prior to the next tenant. I was very aggravated, that I could not check my business voicemails this visit. To be fair, this is not a normal issue. The shower curtain in the main bathroom needs to be replaced or cleaned, it has a lot a mildew on it.

We went for spring break. Myrtle Beach is not ideal in early April. This was my third trip to this facility, and it was still more than adequate. However, since it was still off-season many of the amenities of the resort were not yet open. Finally this trip (maybe because of the season) we were pretty disappointed in the shelling. Summer is stupendous, spring not so much, haven’t experienced fall. Choose the season wisely.

It has plenty of pit door pools with one dedicated children slash pad lazy river and much more

Great resort

This condo was nice. Living room and kitchen is updated. Queen bed was not comfortable and bed spread needs replaced. Bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Overall the resort is very nice and folks are very friendly.

Great Location!

I could call the office with any questions I had, they explained what needed to be done, and I had multiple reminders on how to leave the rental property when going home. The condo was clean, smelled nice, and was exactly as advertised. I appreciate the smooth transition coming in as well as leaving.

Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was good. The access to the beach is great. Lazy river is a nice change of pace from the ocean. We were inconvenienced by the elevator being out of service two different days of our stay. Once when we had to load the car. Fourth floor. The furnishing of the condo, the kitchen supplies quality were less than we expected. I pulled a blanket down from the closet, it had a questionable stain on it. I take it only sheets get washed? We appreciated the umbrella in the heating/cooling closet. The lifegaurds and chair service people were helpful. They drilled a hole for us even though we didn’t rent from them. Have never had that happen at the beach before.

Very accommodating

This location & property was very accommodating! we did have to bring extra toilet paper with us but the entire kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook with! we will definitely be booking another vacation here again!

Fantastic Stay!
