Magnifique appartement de 4 chambres dans le centre de Rome

L'appartement a été entièrement rénové en mars 2014. La propriété, située au premier étage d'un immeuble d'époque avec ascenseur, est très lumineuse: les grandes fenêtres donnant sur le Lungotevere, la Piazza dell'Emporio et la colline de l'Aventino, les hauts plafonds et les chambres spacieuses offrent un grand confort à la invités, assurant à la fois intimité et moments conviviaux.
Vous serez libre de vous détendre dans les chambres confortables et douillettes avec climatisation, ainsi que de planifier vos visites, d'organiser vos repas et de vous asseoir sur le grand canapé rouge du salon, tout en dégustant un verre de vin italien devant le téléviseur. Chacune des 3 salles de bains a un lavabo, un bidet, des toilettes, une cabine de douche et un sèche-cheveux. Le salon avec cuisine américaine est entièrement équipé avec Smart TV, wi-fi, climatisation, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, coffre-fort, table à manger extensible, fer et planche à repasser. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cuisinière, bouilloire et grille-pain, ainsi que des casseroles et poêles.
La position particulière de l'appartement le rend parfait pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis qui souhaitent profiter de la paix pendant leur séjour, mais aussi avoir toutes sortes de divertissements à une courte distance.

The location and accommodations could not have been more perfect. We loved the large spacious rooms, the lift for our luggage and all the amenities. We used the book with recommendations for dinner several times and were not disappointed. We were able to take the bus and walk to many locations we wanted to visit. Restaurants, cafes and markets were close and it was lovely to be so close to the river. We would book again without hesitation.

Enjoyed our stay. Roomy and comfortable, very safe environment. Furniture could use a little updating. Great value for the price. Flavio who met us there and gave us instructions was great. Very helpful and personable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Final leg of a 2 week trip

We stsyed here our last 3 nights of a 2 week trip to Italy, and what a great choice we made. The location was great, just on the edge of both the city, and the wonderful Trastevere neighborhood. Rooms were even better than pictured, and the check in process was easy.

Very clean. The shower head in master bath - did not work (water flowed over the top), easy fix, just used the handheld sprayer. We mistakenly assumed there would be a dryer, but a drying rack sufficed. It may be time for a new sofa. Great place for a family of five (3 adult children - everyone had their own room. Good location, 15 minute walk to the charming area of Trasterverde, a must see, a bit steep but worth it. Make sure to see the Fontana di Santa Maria. Property close to Vatican City.

Great Stay in Rome

The size of the rental was what we were looking for and gave our family plenty of space. The location of the rental was a 15 min walk to all of the local attractions. We had some renovations happening in the building right above us so that got our days started early but we weren’t in Rome to stay inside our rental. I would highly recommend this rental for a family vacation to Rome.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our visit to Rome and this VRBO was a great home base. We were able to find buses from the Termini station to the property easily at various hours. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because it was clear there were spots for soaps to be hung on the walls, but most were empty including all hand soaps. There were also multiple broken items, although the broken chairs we noted during check in were replaced the next day. Check in was very smooth, and it was a great spot for our family of all ages.

Condo was great! We would highly recommend it! Flavio was very responsive. A few things of note… Washing machine did not work Air con in one of the bedrooms was broken, but there was a great fan, so all good. Elevator to transport your luggage up to the flat! comfortable for 8 adults!

AMAZING HOST AND GREAT LOCATION

The only complaint I have is the couch could use a cleaning but other than that, our stay was awesome. The guy who checked us in was very kind and knowledgeable. He gave us tips to look out for to ensure we weren’t overpaying for stuff or being taken advantage of. He gave us food recommendations and things to do as well. He was very easy to contact as needed and was an absolute joy to deal with. The apartment is in a great centralized location as well.

Amazing Apartment in Roma

The location is perfect. Restaurants, grocery and wine stores are all a short walk away. The neighborhood is not awash with tourists so it had a good vibe for us. The apartment is in an old building with wonderful high ceilings, big rooms, and modern bathrooms. The building has an elevator but be prepared to take your bags up a half flight of stairs to put them in it as it doesn't go all the way to the ground floor. The main attractions are just a short Uber ride away and then all within walking distance from one to the other. I highly recommend this property as your base for a wonderful time in Rome.

Great Apartment, good location

Really nice spacious apartment just on the outskirts of the main tourist spots. About 35 mins walk to the Colosseum. Perfect base for exploring and local amenities close by with shops, restaurants and cafes. Right next to the river with the Trastevere district just the other side where you can find more fabulous restaurants. There was a bit of noice from the bar downstairs, worse at the weekend. Didn’t disrupt our stay. Recommend for groups or 2 families

Magnificent apartment!

This four bedroom apartment really delivers. It was beautifully clean, spacious and well presented! The kitchen is fully equipped and aircon throughout. I personally found the bed luxurious!! The apartment is in a very central position to walk into central Rome or for going to amazing restaurants and shops. Check in was stream less and without stress. We felt looked after and cared for with the added bonus of a driver to get us to the airport on time at the end of our holiday. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested and we hope to come back one day! Thank you Giovanna, we loved your property xxxx. Heather

Great Space & Location

We arrived around 4pm but the greeter hadn't arrived yet. Unbeknownst to me, he was trying to reach me on WhatsApp. When he arrived and we went to the rental, it hadn't been cleaned yet. There were 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and a large kitchen and tv room. Some previous comments had complaints about noise from the bar below but it has closed so sound was not an issue. The location is in a locals neighborhood so we had access to authentic restaurants and a grocery store. The air conditioning worked and overall, the stay was comfortable.

Nice place that is convenient to Metro Pyramid, but a bit loud.

The property was fine, clean, and convenient. Although I would add that, they could do a better job of supplying basic amenities, dish washing soap, hand soap, etc. So the first stop you have to make isn't a mini mart. Also, and this is critical, the property sits over a wine bar, and at night, it can get loud, so bring a sound machine if you don't enjoy loud bass all night. The street noise is also a fairly prominent. I'd still give it a 5, as maybe my expectations about basic amenities is unrealistic, and the bar noise, there's nothing that can really be done about it, but just understand it can be loud at night.

Needs a thorough cleaning

Apartment space was good for our group. Management agency was kind and responded to questions in a timely manner. However, the apartment was not clean. Perhaps it sat empty for a while but the floors were very dusty. Bending over to pick up a dropped item revealed large piles of dust under the bed. The kitchen counter tops had dried food on them. The refrigerator had old food in it. The main bathroom counter top was dirty. The bed linen was clean. However when adjusting the pillows at night there was a notable dark spot below the sheet. When the sheet was removed there was a large dried spot of blood on the mattress. So, one, there was blood on the mattress and two, there was no mattress pad cover. Upon investigation none of the beds had mattress pad covers, none of the pillows had protective covers. This was reported to the management company first thing in the morning but was not corrected our entire 9 day stay. I had to put towels under the sheet to sleep. The bathroom shower that is off the bedroom did not drain well and could not accommodate a full length shower The bar directly below the apartment…Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 22:00-0400 it sounded like the DJ and patrons were in our apartment. Not much to be done about that but it was very very loud. For all the positives of this apartment the above issues definitely overshadowed them.

Appartement magnifique, très bien situé mais très bruyant (angle de 2 rues pavées et très passantes +bar tout proche). Géré par une agence aux multiples interlocuteurs ( 4 au total) difficiles à joindre .... Quartier très animé ( marché) et proche de la Rome antique

Not THE BEST First Time VRBO EXPERIENCE

The apartment was clean, perfect location and beautiful. Perfect space for 5 adults. Negetives was, after a hard day of traveling....it took a full 24 hours to cool off the apartment to a comfortable temp which was very irritating and we only had ONE set of towels! They tried to correct the linen problem that night, even at the late hour. Our final total was ,4 towels , 3 wash cloths, 4 hand towels and 5 bath rugs for 3 nights was AWFUL!! I bathed with a hand towel and a bath rug each night. No linens were changed our entire stay during the record heat wave! With no dryer we were not even able to wash them ourselves . This almost ruined our stay !

Our professional cleaning team forgot about them - this is an absolute one off as they have so far proven great at what they do. We quality check them in person and guest reviews also testify to this. We are proud to have serviced you with fresh towels as soon as we could - we could have been faster and smoother and we’ll make sure we will be next time. We acknowledge that this is your first Vacation Rental by Owner experience and are sorry it did not meet your expectations, although we really hope you felt as cosy as you would at home! Being a holiday home, not a hotel, we are not set up to provide daily linen change, although this could be pre-arranged upon request. A weekly linen change is provided for longer stays. The house does not have a clothes dryer either, although there is a washing machine. Our house description provides clarity on this and more. The house is equipped with state of the art air conditioning system throughout and this is usually switched on before your arrival by our check-in team. We care about your well being but are mindful of the environment too! Great Apartment

Great apartment! It was awesome having 3 bathrooms. Very tall ceilings and large rooms. The beds were comfortable. The agency was very helpful with arranging car service and recommendations. Right across the street is a restaurant that was very, very good! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is a bar below and it was noisy and hard to sleep some nights.
