Spectaculaire Ocean Bluff Bali Hai Sunset View à Pali Ke Kua

Vous serez fasciné par les vues spectaculaires sur l'océan Pacifique et le mont. Makana («Bali Hai») coucher de soleil depuis l'un des nombreux coins salons du Pali Ke Kua 220. Que ce soit sur la véranda tout en sirotant votre boisson préférée de l'île, dans la salle à manger tout en dégustant un repas fraîchement préparé, ou en faisant une pause dans le salon. Admirez par la fenêtre de la cuisine entièrement équipée à la vue tropicale pittoresque. Cette belle unité est située à l'étage supérieur et une unité d'extrémité à Pali Ke Kua, et a récemment subi une rénovation avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit et des sols carrelés dans les salles de bains et la cuisine. Sentez la brise tropicale traverser les nombreuses fenêtres de la maison. Le condo a des plafonds à poutres apparentes et des lumières du ciel dans la chambre en mezzanine et l'entrée.

Le complexe d'appartements Pali Ke Kua propose une piscine et un bain à remous. Il possède son propre chemin pavé privé vers la plage de Kenomene («Hideaways»), qui offre une magnifique plongée en apnée. Il y a aussi un barbecue à charbon de bois situé au pied du sentier. (Le charbon n'est pas fourni)

We’ve stayed across the bay in Haena the last 2 years and thought we’d give this place a try. We were not disappointed one bit. The condo is very adequately stocked with everything you need. The view of the coast & ocean never gets old. We will be back!!!

Beautiful view

Accommodations were adequate as everything except tv are very dated. The location is exceptional and there are other great looking units on the property. Biggest flaw is no bbq allowed in unit. There are 2 bbq’ a mile away almost impossible to use as it is at bottom of the steep hill.

Aloha Carlos, and mahalo for your review. The Pali Ke Kua complex does not permit open fires. The barbecues are located about a hundred yards down a paved path to a beach, not a mile away, but it is rather steep.

There is a path down to a secluded beach. Open spacious grounds are a tropical garden. We enjoyed the lovely sunsets. Unit was fully equipped with everything we needed for our two week stay and was very clean upon arrival. Management company was responsive to any issue we had. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again should we be fortunate enough to return!

A perfect stay

Everything about this unit was spot on. From the screen door on the main entry, which was wonderful for afternoon breezes and all of the equipment that was there for us to use from snorkel gear to beach chairs to umbrellas. The unit had everything & there were also a few things in the refrigerator and in the cupboards that were perfect for our stay. One Surprise that we had not anticipated Were the two couches that were recliners. We are not recliner people, but they were awesome. We found ourselves enjoying them more than we thought we would. Overall terrific unit with everything we could possibly have needed, including glorious, sunrises, and sunsets… we will be back. Mahalo

Beautiful apartment with fantastic view

Walking in and seeing the pounding surf right outside the window was awesome. This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very well stocked. Nice bathroom. Plenty of towels and good linens. The condo is in the Princeville area which is very well manicured and organized. We had a good pizza at the Hideaways restaurant which is in the complex. At the entrance to the Princeville area is a shopping center which has probably the best supermarket in Kauai in terms of price and selections. There are also a few restaurants including Lotus Garden which has Thai Hawaiian type food - very good. The condo is less than 10 minutes to Hanalei Bay. Plenty of shopping and a good beach for surfing and swimming. There is a steep path from the condo complex straight down to the beach. Loved our stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Pali Ke Kua. The surf roars in your ears, it's everything we wanted. Both sunrises & sunsets were spectacular and we watched every one!! The condo is sparkling clean and comes with plenty of towels, snorkeling gear & even fins. There is a paved path to Hideaways beach (one of our absolute favorites) and Queen's Bath is also within walking distance. The team at Oceanfront was very responsive to everything I asked - a few little things came up since the property had been shut down so long due to COVID but they were very helpful in getting them resolved. They also have an app that gives you a lot of cool ideas for things to do. Would stay here again tomorrow!!

The View is Everything g

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view of course was the best part. It took our breath away! However, the rental didn't look like the pics as far as decoration. When we got there at 4 the cleaning crew was not done but they were sweet and let us in while they cleaned. That ins unacceptable when Checkin is already so late at 4. The unit was so hot it was unbearable and this was a dealbreaker for us. Our girls loved having their own beds but it was a sweat box up there. The part I really disliked was the bedding in the master room as it all smelled like mildew so I could not sleep in the there and that's where the air was. Besides the view the positives were having a washer/dryer to clean clothes, having a living room to relax and watch some TV and stumbling across the Hideaways restaurant that was awesome and just across from our condo. We went to 1 Resort to swim. The lack of air through the whole place and the mildew smell of bedding leaving me to sleep on the couch was very disappointing.

Your comfort and safety are important to us, and we hope to provide you with a better experience next time. Since we don't rely on air conditioning on Kauaʻi, in order to cool down the home you need to open the windows and lanai doors and turn on the fans. lease note that the average nightly temperature during your stay was 73°F, which is mild if the windows are opened to allow the abundant sea breezes to flow.

This unit has so many amazing amenities and there is a lot of thought in all of them. Nothing is missing. We only had an issue upon check in as the unit was not clean when we got there at check in time. We had to wait an hour and a half for them to finish. We were exhausted from travel and had food in the car. The cleaners were not able to really complete the clean as we finally just had to get in there by 5:30 and get settled. We had been up since 5am PST. I am sure getting staff is always an issue these days, but we have never had this issue when any other unit and we have been there for 5 visits now.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit in Pali Ke Kua is a on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The condo is well-equipped with supplies so that we did not need to purchase paper products nor laundry soap. As noted in other reviews, it is in need of updating, especially carpet/flooring. Please note that the condo was extremely warm and humid. The air conditioning unit in the master bedroom was adequate for that space only. The rest of the condo during the day was very uncomfortable. The loft was not usable at all for that reason. Oceanfront Realty International, Inc. was responsive and very professional. As you plan your visit, please note that restaurants are not as plentiful as on the South Shore.

The Perfect Kauai North Shore Perch

Reviewer Comments: Pali Ke Kua 220 is the perfect perch for a North Shore stay on beautiful Kauai -- especially if you want the ideal sunset view, looking out to Makana. We've traveled to Kauai more than 10 times and this was one of our favorite places. The bad thing about it is that the view and the sound of the ocean below and the birds all around can be seductive. You could easily be lured into just hanging out on the balcony and letting it all wash over you. There's easy access to the beach below and the unit itself was quite comfortable, with everything we needed. Parking is easy. Close to restaurants and shopping in Princeville. Quick drive to Kilauea, Anini, or Hanalei.

Reviewer Comments: Over the past 20 years we have rented this condo about 15 times and have very happy memories of it. We probably won't rent it again. The sliding glass door and kitchen windows that look out onto a spectacular view of the ocean were dirty. We even tried wiping them down to no avail. There was a big tear at the bottom of the balcony screen door. And the bedroom fan creaked so loudly that we didn't use it when we slept. But other than the windows the interior was clean. For that reason I'll give it five starts for cleanliness. With clean windows this place would be near perfect.
