When the F1 Grand Prix comes to town the tiny Principality is transformed into a breathtaking arena of excess during this magical week once a year ! This has to be the greatest sporting spectacle in the world and one not to be missed !

You will Reside in a Luxurious Loft Apartment of 52m2 - 200m from Monaco.

BACKGROUND:
The Riviera Palace is a Luxurious “Belle Epoch” Palace build in 1898, ideally located on the surrounding hill overlooking Monaco and the bustling Port Hercule during the event.

MAIN FEATURES:

Your very own castle awaits!

This property is a hidden gem within Monaco! Starting with the property manager Ildy whose customer service skills and communication were superb!! The apartment was immaculate with all the modern conveniences of anyone’s home. Since this property was once a castle back in the day, the interior of the building is majestic ! Located on top of a hill, the panoramic views of the city and sea are impressive!

Fabulous apartment

We stayed at this one bedroom apartment for 5 nights and it was perfect! Nice bed, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Idly was a great host. The building is amazing and a historic landmark. The walk down to Monaco daily was easy but be prepared for a lot of steps (there are escalators but not the full way—did not bother us at all). The only issue we had was that we had no cell service when we first arrived in Monaco so it was hard to contact the host—we got lucky that her neighbor was outside when we arrived and he could call her for us. This was not her fault but I would recommend setting a specific time to meet in the parking lot. Would also recommend the smallest vehicle that can work for you as the parking and roads in Monaco are not made for big vehicles. Grocery store right down the road was also helpful. We would stay here again and were sad to leave. Thank you to idly for all her hospitality

Creativity has been a common theme of Ildy’s endeavors, having been involved in many design and entrepreneurial activities during a thirty-year career. With training and experience in fashion design, interior design, and arts management, Ildy can assist clients with a variety of decorating projects if required. Past experience includes modern apartment redesigns and the incorporation of vintage design elements. She is also the developer of a unique children’s cutlery system (including utensils, characters and stories) for which she holds a patent.
Ildy takes pride in providing best-in-class service and advice as she helps individuals, businesses and institutions make better property decisions. A limited scale of activities and in-depth local knowledge allows her to focus precisely on satisfying her clients’ needs and providing a superior experience.
