Beware. Was double booked. We rented the apartment approximately 2 months prior to arrival, paid in full. I contacted the host a few days prior to arrival, as a courtesy, to inform them of our arrival time. No answer, although not out of the ordinary. On day of arrival, I still had not received final check-in instructions or door code for apartment. After check-in time passed (3pm) and still no word from the host, I contacted VRBO customer service (around 5pm to give host a few more hours to reply). VRBO was very helpful, contacted host with no reply, and refunded our full payment. Unfortunately, we had to find last minute afternative accommodations. A for VRBO.
