Unité confortable et propre en bas, avec parking devant la porte et espace lanai extérieur. Cuisine bien équipée avec toutes les commodités, laveuse et sécheuse, lit king size Californie. Bonne circulation d'air et lanai ombragé. Idéalement situé à proximité de St. Stations Regis et Westin, plages Hanalei et Anini, parcours de golf de renommée mondiale, boutiques, restaurants et autres activités. La zone commune comprend la piscine, le jacuzzi et les barbecues.

Lush, green & serene!

Great stay! Anini beach snorkeling was fun. Green sea turtle, moray eel and many other species of fish. Hiking at Haena was amazing!What views! Big WOW!

Lovely little spot

The apartment is larger than even appears in photos and is such a nice location near the pool/hot tub. Nice and clean, and absolutely no issues while we were there. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Excellent stay

My wife and I were there for 8 nights. The property was easy to find, located in a great area, was clean, and was as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again! Added bonus was the beach equipment (chairs, snorkeling gear, etc)!

The pictures don't do the property justice. Lovely clean well equipped unit close to shopping, walking paths and Hanalei Bay. I would recommend this place.

Above expectations!

Charming, cozy place for two. Super clean and comfortable. We could hear footsteps from the upstairs unit (as expected/nothing more than an average apartment) so maybe a consideration for light sleepers. Loved walking to the beach and nearby dining options!

Beautiful Home!

I agonized over where to stay for my annual trip to the north shore of Kauai. Janet's place was perfect. It was spacious & immaculately clean & stocked with everything you could want while on the best island. Janet is also very kind & understanding. At the last minute, my husband couldn't go on the trip & my friend ended up joining instead. The home is spacious enough that we had enoigh personal space. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Clean Comfortable Convenient

In an older condo development, the unit is well-maintained and very clean. The parking space is within about ten feet of the front door, very convenient for us old tired folk! All the conveniences of home and a very comfortable firm bed. We had one plumbing problem and the personable owner showed up with the plumber and the whole thing was fixed within about an hour. Very impressive service.

Great Princeville Experience

We really enjoyed our stay. Janet was a very responsive and thoughtful host. Something minor in the kitchen needed to be fixed so she left us a gift card to get breakfast and smoothies nearby. The space was incredibly clean and the bed was really comfortable. The hot tub was a perfect place to recover after a long day of hiking. We loved being so close to Hanalei Bay and the walking path through Princeville. It is also walkable to a cool tiki bar in Princeville. If you don’t mind hearing your neighbors around you this is a great option :)

Great property in a really nice neighborhood.

We loved this rental. The host is fantastic and very responsive. There was an issue with the internet on the 4th of July when we got there and she was back to us in minutes with a scheduled appointment for the internet company. Thats on Independence Day in the US..... The only issues were 1. No AC, which is common to not have AC in HI, but its something to keep in mind. We kind of saw it as a positive as it forced us to acclimate to the weather/humidity. 2. The windows are great and let in tons of air. IF you have the curtains open. But, if you have the curtains open then you dont have any privacy. The windows that open are on the bottom so if there were blinds or curtains that covered the stationary top 2/3 part of the windows then you could have the curtains closed with privacy and air flow. We should have taken a picture to explain it better. There was plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and bedding.Janet also has a variety of items for beach use. She also had a cooler, water filter, and ice cube trays.The unit was very clean! Shoes are not worn inside home in HI and we did not feel any sand or dirt on the floor.

We were thoroughly pleased that the pictures were actually what we got and more! The condo is very spacious and clean. We were so surprised that we actually had a full kitchen. Janet (the owner) is responsive and communicates well. The neighbors were a little loud but other than that we very much so enjoyed our stay.

We Love This Place!

Everything was even better than we had imagined! Comfortable king sized bed, Completely stocked kitchen, All of the beach necessities, Fantastic vibe at the Sandpiper, Perfect pool and BBQ area. Our host was available, but not intrusive. It was perfect!

Peace and quiet

First floor unit is spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and the swimming pool is very close. The area is nice and quiet.

Perfect for two

We had a wonderful vacation staying in your condo. We loved that it is only a 10 minute drive down to Hanalei and would drive down to walk the beach every morning. Princeville is a great community for walking. If we needed something from the grocery store we would walk the mile to pick it up. Walks in paradise is wonderful. The condo itself was well equipped for all our needs. We would love to come back. Sue and John

My husband Jeff and I have lived in the islands for almost 30 years; working and raising our children who are now grown and raising children of their own. When not working, we like to spend time with our grandchildren. We especially enjoy having friends and family visit so we can take time off to enjoy the island's beauty.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I previously rented three other units in Sandpiper before having the opportunity to purchase one. The unit I bought is by far the nicest location in all of Sandpiper. It's off the street which can be noisy and busy. It has great airflow and is always airy and cool. The parking space is right outside the front door which is especially convenient.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The lanai of our condo is uniquely located facing a grassy area which is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or having a cocktail in the evening. The parking spot is directly in front of the front door which is especially convenient when loading or unloading luggage or groceries. The unit has great airflow and faces away from the sun, allowing it to stay cool even on the hottest days.
