DE-LUMIERE AVEC UN RELEVE-SOLEIL ET DES SOLEILS INCROYABLES

Profitez de ce condo lumineux situé au 2e étage de l’unité. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen et d'une salle de bain attenante. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et une porte attenante à la salle de bain et espace de vie principal. Salon fournit un canapé-lit queen.
Le pont arrière blindé surplombe le Collins et le ruisseau Whites avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Vous pourriez même voir des aigles, du héron bleu, du renard et du cerf dans le marais. Le pont avant ouvert est un endroit idéal pour savourer un cocktail tout en admirant les 7e et 8e terrains de golf et une autre vue sur la rivière Indian. Profitez du parcours de golf de 9 trous situé sur la propriété. Plus pistes cyclables et sentiers de randonnée.
Les draps sont fournis, ainsi que les serviettes de plage. Apportez vos articles de toilette.
Dans cet endroit calme de Bethany Bay, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine, du bain à remous, du tennis, du golf et d’un accès pour le kayak. Un court trajet peut vous amener à Bethany Beach ou aux plages du parc national le long de la route 1.

Great stay!

Super clean, bright, cozy, and convenient location. Nice and quiet complex with pool, and sports courts. Close to DE beaches and also close to Ocean City, MD & Assateague Island. Great time with our family of 5.

I flew in from North Carolina to visit friends for the 4th of July holiday. The location is very convenient, only about one hour from the airport and one mile from my friend’s family home in Ocean View. Every room in the home is immaculate and tastefully decorated with a beach theme. It is open and very spacious. The entire community is very beautiful, welcoming, safe, quiet and well cared for. Everyone I met was so friendly. The home is about two miles from the beach and the popular boardwalk. Of course it was busy for the holiday weekend but it was not difficult for my friends and I to find a place close to the beach to park. There is something there for everyone. Several grocery stores and excellent seafood restaurants are also nearby. All appliances are in excellent condition and even though I didn’t cook any meals, if I wanted to, everything I would need was already there. I would highly recommend Glenn & Nancy’s home to anyone visiting the area. Next time I return to Bethany Bay I will hope it’s available. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay near Bethany Beach

The accommodations were wonderful. The wonderful views of the sunsets, the cleanliness, the linens provided, everything! We had guests over from other properties in that same community who couldn't believe how nice our rooms were. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

We were very satisfied with everything having to do with our stay. The layout of the condo was great, and it was as clean as a whistle. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Calm place for 4th

We came across this place after our original travel plans for the 4th of July were cancelled. The place is clean and quiet, which was exactly what we wanted for the holiday. Glenn & Nancy shared check-in information in a clear manner and made the process very easy. I highly recommend this place.

Great family spot

Nice and clean, good location, used the pool and basketball court several times between trips to the beach. Two bathrooms and laundry very convenient. Also nice sitting area on both the front and back porch. Great place!

Perfect Stay

We had a great vacation with our family of six! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Glenn and Nancy checked in with us half way through our stay to make sure everything was going well - we really appreciated that! We would definitely book again! Great place!

My family was happy with the ocean view condo! The kids loved the pool and local beaches. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the back screened in porch.

Another Great Stay

Second stay at this perfect condo. Accommodations are super clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family of 4 ( 17 & 20 yr boys). The community is quiet, safe and great for walking and great proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love this condo and the Bethany Beach area!!!

Cozy, quiet retreat

Overall, Glenn and Nancy ensured the space was meticulous and welcoming. The condo was comfortable and had all the amenities you could want when visiting the beach. The community is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. When we decide to visit Bethany again, we will definitely look at the availability of Glenn/Nancy’s condo.

Nice summer break

The condo was a great beach retreat. We enjoyed the golf and pool. It was a relaxing week in a beautiful condo with a great view. The community was very peaceful and the people very friendly.

Just Lovely

We so enjoyed staying at the property and would book again. The furnishings and decor were inviting and the beds, very comfy. Kitchen was a joy to cook in. We didn't want to leave!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first! Great location, with a view of the water. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Due to Hurricane Erin, the beaches in Bethany were closed for a couple days so we were able to take advantage of the amenities in the community. My son and I played a round of golf on the par 3 course and we spent some time at the pool. Will definitely be returning!

What a relaxing environment! The condo was clean and welcoming with lots of natural light. We enjoyed the abundance of wildlife off the back porch and beautiful sunsets! The community offered a great pool, which we all enjoyed and a very friendly atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean Condo with beautiful view

We would definitely stay at this property again when we come to the area. The condo was immaculate and in excellent shape. The owner was very accommodating and kept in touch with us regarding any of our needs. The community has a nice pool and paths to walk and you can play golf.

We had a magical week staying at Bella Vista! The condo comes with everything you need and then some. Nancy and Glenn were very responsive when I had any questions and we cannot wait to come back next year!

Our family’s fourth trip to Bethany Beach- and this was the best one yet. The accommodations were 5 Stars all the way around- beautifully decorated, immaculate and comfortable, with everything you need for the perfect vacation including a peaceful view! And the owners were a pleasure to work with. A rare find- we will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Condo

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was immaculately clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The drive to the beach was short, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a playground for our kids! Sitting out on the back porch was a highlight of our early mornings and evenings. It was peaceful and we watched deer daily as they ate and rested. We are looking forward to coming back for another vacation!
