Unité de coin au premier étage avec étage ouvert. La chambre principale a un lit king avec salle de bain attenante et une belle douche carrelée. Chambre 2 a un lit queen size avec accès privé à la salle de bain n ° 2. Salle de bain n ° 2 a une baignoire pour les petits de la famille. Salon a un lit queen canapé. Il ya une grande cuisine manger ainsi que d'un bar avec tabourets de bar pour des sièges supplémentaires. Profitez de la belle véranda avec une vue magnifique sur l’eau. Belle vue sur l'eau depuis plusieurs fenêtres de l'unité, même depuis votre chambre principale C'est vraiment un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer!

Gorgeous stay and even better hosts

We come to this area every year and found a great new place. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spotless and so peaceful. The host, Barbara, is amazing. She's very communicative, accommodating and so very friendly. We love it here and couldn't recommend this stay highly enough.

Yearly Returns

This was our fourth year at the community, second year at this condo. We love the location, the first floor condo, and the condo itself. Nicely furnished, well maintained, and with the nearby beach for launching kayaks or searching for seashells is great. Owners are super nice and attentive to any inquiries

Great short stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It was very clean and well maintained. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in the door. The patio was great for coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night and our pup Miley enjoyed her time outside by the water watching the ducks and the birds. I can’t wait to stay again! Thank you so much!

Nice Getaway in Bethany Beach

Barbara was the BEST hostess we could have dreamed of! Answered quickly with any questions we had and was kind and accommodating. The condo was clean and cozy. It was just the right size for my husband and I along with my daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law. ( 2 doggies tagged along) the view of the bay each morning was relaxing. We will be back next year!

Clean and friendly!

I can not think of one thing bad or unpleasant about Barbara and Jerry’s condo. The place was cozy and inviting as soon as you walk in the front door! The screened in porch was perfect for our dog and us to enjoy the sound of the fountain, the condo was spotless, kitchen well stocked and the pool was perfect after a day at the beach! Will recommend and stay again!

Better than imagined

Bethany Bay was a beautiful community. Very dog friendly. The home was by far the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Barbara was so helpful when it came to giving us ideas of restaurants and she was always available by text with hardly any wait time. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay so much we are already looking to come back!

Ultimate relaxation

We took my mom and a our frenchie for a long weekend get away and some relaxation. This truly was the perfect place for that. The home was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable as well as tastefully decorated.

Fabulous view, extremely clean rental.

Condo was super clean with new appliances and comfy furniture. The view from master bedroom and living room was the bay and a beautiful fountain. Fabulous sunrise and sunsets. Perfect location, short drive to beach and condo complex had great walking paths for our pup. So thankful to have found this rental and the owners were nearby for any questions or assistance. Much thanks to the owners for allowing our dog, she had a great time as well.

Springtime Getaway

A+ from the start. Barbara is a wonderful communicator and provides a lot of info about the area. The condo has everything you need on vacation. Plenty places to bird watch and stroll the neighborhood with our dog. Loved the little beach. Short drive to the shops and not too far from OCMD. Kite fest was a plus. We hope to return in the future.

Bayside Retreat

What a wonderful place to get away from it all! The condo was spotless, and very cozy and comfortable. We loved the water views from the living room, and especially the master bedroom. It was a very relaxing place to stay. Enjoyed walking around the golf cart pathway every day even though it was cold and windy, it didn’t matter! We were near water and at the beach! Saw some amazing sunrises and sunsets. Holt’s Landing State Park was close by to take a hike. Our pup also had a wonderful time! The host was extremely helpful and great with communication. We loved the area and ate dinner at some wonderful restaurants which were very close by. We came home rested and relaxed. Thank you for the hospitality. We will certainly be back!

Bethany Bay Relaxation

We continue to return to Barbara's home as we like the location in the Bethany area. The community is great for walking and seeing birds along the ponds and marshes. The first level unit is convenient for my parents. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to next year.

My husband and I are local to Delaware and we grew up going to the Delaware beaches. We live in the Ocean View area we both went to college in Delaware and work here as well. As you can see we are big fans of the first state !

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with this property . We always wanted our own little oasis to escape to. This condo appealed to us for various reasons . The fact that it was a first floor unit with no stairs attracted us lugging groceries up two flights of stairs did not excite us. The water view from this unit is breathtaking . The open floor plan provides a panoramic water view off the screened porch . My husband and I thought this was perfect spot for us the maintenance free setting appealed to us . We thoroughly enjoy our little piece of paradise.

We enjoy the natural setting of Bethany Bay the way the wetlands protect the property , all the wildlife and of course all the water bordering the community
