Notre condo a été conçu avec la famille à l'esprit. Nous avons adapté chaque chambre, et nos commodités pour rendre votre séjour aussi agréable et relaxant que possible. Nous espérons que notre attention aux détails, brille à travers chaque instant de votre séjour.

Disappointed

The property was located in a terrific location and was spacious but there were three issues that would make me look elsewhere should I return: 1. Guests are required to launder all sheets & towels before checking out at 11:00 AM (or bring your own). I have stayed at several short term rentals and have never had this be part of the deal. What if a person is coming from far? What if they have a plane to catch early on the last morning of their stay? What is the cleaning fee for? 2. We needed to contact the host about a couple of issues (no working lamp in the main bedroom, the ice maker was not working, etc.) and the host response time was not quick. 3. No hair dryer provided? Even hotels provide this.

Lovely stay in Bethany Bay Community!

Very Nice stay on ground level condo, check in was a breeze, great communication and easy access to community pool! Loved the nature that we frequently saw as well!

Great location, clean, but needs some upgrades.

The location is good, about 15 minutes from the beach. Golf course and pool access which is very nice/convenient. The residence could use some upgrades as the TV in the living room was very slow, dryer and pull out couch did not work. Both items were reported and hopefully fixed in the near future. Other then that cute property!

Excellent Rental

Having never stayed here, we weren't sure what we were getting. Once we stepped in the condo, we were blown away. Very clean and just as the description said. The queen bed was very comfortable, the living furniture very comfortable. We were very pleased. My only small recommendation to the owners would be more lighting in the living room. Having just one overhead light that was dim at best did not give adequate lighting to read by. Other than that we will most definitely come back!

Great stay

Beautiful, well-kept condo in a nice community. The condo itself looked better than the photos with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The location was great - close enough to the beach but far away from the chaos. The community has golf, pool/hot tub, playground and a large walking trail. Good communication with the property owner. Will stay here again next summer!

Basic place with a good view

The location of the property is the best part about the place. There is also a pretty view of the bay! If you don’t mind washing linens and towels in a small washer/dryer the morning before you go, then this place is for you. Not only wash and dry, but fold them and put them away. I recommend bringing your own linens and towels, wish I would have known that ahead of time. Also, they ask you to collect all your trash and throw it away yourself. The information package they provided wasn’t exactly up to date. They had beach chairs but the umbrella was missing. The dishwasher was also full from the previous guest and we had to unload it. All in all, we had a good time.

Great location, super clean!

This two-bedroom condo is an a lovely golf community with beautiful views of the marshlands (especially from the screened-in porch), plenty of walking paths, lots of open space, and a quick drive into downtown Bethany Beach. Parking was easy. It was exceptionally clean and had all of the kitchen items needed for a nice stay. The owners provide quite a few extras in terms of use of beach chairs, a grill, and other items in their garage. Hand soap and dish soap were provided, but be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and hair dryer. There is a washer/dryer and detergent provided, but be sure to get up early the day of departure if you used the linens there. You are asked to wash and dry them before leaving, but the dryer took two cycles to dry just one set of sheets. We booked our stay on a Wednesday for a Friday arrival, and I think that the website did not alert the owner of the booking, since I had to call to get check-in instructions on Friday afternoon. The only other issue we ran into was when we had trouble with the cable access. I texted the property manager using the number provided asking for assistance, but I never heard back. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would be more than happy to book this condo again in the future!!

Relaxing and Clean!

So clean, so easy, so relaxing. We spent the whole time on the screened in porch watching the wildlife, two deer even came up to say hello. We are hoping to book again next year!

Loved our family stay!

This stay was phenomenal. Everything was well-stocked and kept. Our only concern was the need to have towels and linen washed and dried by 10 am check out. The washer and dryer can only output so much and it leaves a burdensome strain on the tenants. That portion should be covered under the cleaning prong and fee of the rental agreement.

Very nice stay

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The premises were great and we really enjoyed the pool. There are walking paths that we enjoyed in the early morning as well as the evening. It was a short drive to Bethany Beach, which is a great beach destination.

Condo was nice but a couple things would make it great

The condo was nice and clean. The pool was nice the trip to the beach was easy. The only issues were the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. It definitely needs to be upgraded. Also the water in the master shower does not get hot. This could be a simple adjustment of the ant-scold valve. Just need a handy man to adjust it. These two changes would make the condo five stars.
