Great Condo!

Condo was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Pots and pans need replaced as the non-stick coasting is worn.

Great Condo with great amenities

Comfortable, conveniently located, lovely resort, amazing beach. Easy to see why this condo has so many repeat visitors. We had a great time and we will be back.

Great rental

The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The location was fantastic with as quick walk to the beach or pool. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely space

The community has all you need on site from direct beach access, to gas grills, games, heated pool, fishing, tennis and pickle all on site. We enjoyed those amenities!

Beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds!

The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms have been recently renovated. But they need to keep going with the updates. All the appliances need updated as well. And they need to find the cause of the “fishy” smell in the unit. Unfortunately the couch is shot as well.

Great stay

Great place to stay if you have children ( 2 and 7 for us). The playground and pool are a big hit along with their own bathroom. The condo was as pictured and had lots of small amenities that you might forget ( dishwasher soap, detergent for laundry, etc..). It was very clean, safe and an overall 10 out of 10 experience. The only possible concern would be that you can hear the people above you open their patio door very loudly in the living room. Not a big deal for us or any way to avoid it when in a condo complex.

Great location

The unit was much nicer than the photos led on. It was very spacious with great lighting. The property has 3 different beach access walks that were less than 5 minutes and many great amenities such as bike rental. The ocean view from the balcony and master room were nice. The unit had games and beach activities (chairs, blankets, toys) as well. The only complaints was that the towels weren’t all clean, some had stains but there were an abundance of towels to choose from and there were some missing blinds in the living room. Overall we enjoyed the weekend and we will be staying here again next visit to the island.

The washer was covered in smelly mold. We couldn’t wash any of our clothes. That was very upsetti...

The washer was covered in smelly mold. We couldn’t wash any of our clothes. That was very upsetting because we specially looked for a place where we could complete laundry before heading home. We did have to go to the store for trash bags and such because they only supplied us with one trash bag. The unit did come with detergent and paper towels so that was nice. The unit had lots of family games, beach toys, a beach tent, and beach chairs- this was a pleasant surprise. The unit is very spacious. It allowed our family room to spread out comfortablly. The building itself is in a wonderful location. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. Very calm complex. Great pool options and a quick drive to anywhere on the island. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Amazing!

Absolutely loved this property. My entire family including my teens thoroughly enjoyed all that was offered on this complex. Never had nothing to do. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the dolphins were a treat every morning. and we can’t wait to stay again. The only issues we had was the blinds and fans in certain rooms didn’t work. And the showers pressure is terrible. Also the main bedroom en-suite shower door didn’t open. I wish it was stated some where on the listing everything that came with the property so we didn’t have to bring it. I appreciated the extra laundry and dishwasher pods and dish towels though I purchased all this before and wish I had known. But otherwise I would highly reccomend this property!

Great family getaway

This was the perfect get away for our family (kids 5 and 2). There was lots to offer on property for us to do, a closet full of beach/water toys, and everything else was a short drive. For the little bit of rain we had there were some board games provided as well. Our only hiccup was just with our room not being ready for us when we checked in at 4, but other than that had a fantastic trip!

The condo itself was very nice! The living room furniture and the mattresses need replacing badly. The view was great. Parking is a big issue, spaces are for small cars . But we still enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation for the books!

We had a wonderful week long vacation at Island club! Traveled with myself, husband and 2 daughters ages 5 and 3. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a quite, fun and sun filled week. We loved the set up of the condo with 2 bedrooms and baths and the kitchen was fully equipped. The dining table was beautiful and we loved sitting out on the lanai after the kids went to sleep in the evening. We thought the beachfront was beautiful- the kids never wanted to leave the beach… except to go enjoy the pool. We found the large pool crowded at times they are young enough to have fun in the kiddie pool (LOVE that it is shaded!!) I hope we can return back sooner rather than later— thanks for a great vacation!!!

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Location on the island was perfect. We enjoyed the ocean view & relaxing outside on the balcony. The condo was exactly as pictured, tastefully decorated, very clean on arrival and had what was needed for a comfortable months stay. Having washer & dryer along with 2 full baths was fantastic. Grounds outside are meticulously taken care of and clean. Proximity to the beach was perfect. You will see very small wear & tear as you would expect on a rental, but love the updated floors & kitchen. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great views

Loved the ocean views and the hard surface flooring throughout. Great proximity to the pool as well. Unit was clean except all of the large toggle light switches as well some knobs in kitchen were visibly dirty. Housekeeping should really wipe switches, door handles and other high touch items. Thankfully I had Clorox wipes to clean some of these.

Beautiful vacation

We loved being able to see the ocean from our balcony. We were also happy to be just a short walk from the pool and the outdoor game area. The location of the complex is away from the crowds but only a fifteen minute drive from the main shopping and restaurant area. Unit was very comfortable and well equipped.

Comfortable Stay

My family of four stayed here for a week. The location is great. The unit has a nice ocean view and is close to both the pool and the beach. The ammenities are all in excellent condition- pool, hot tub, grills, and playground. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels. I was disappointed that there were no beach towels. Also, the kitchen had everything you needed toolwise to make a meal, but nothing else- not even salt and pepper. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Island club

The island club itself was a fabulous location! We loved the proximity to the beach and the sun deck! Our son loved the kiddie pool and the larger pool was great for us adults! The condo itself is in need of maintenance upgrades (missing light bulbs, missing shower handle, broken bathroom door, spotty coffee maker) but overall is was clean and the beach toys were a nice touch for renters!

Great unit

This unit has a great view of the playground and the beach. It was well stocked on clean linen. I had not expected a handicap bathtub in the master unit. Everything worked great. I liked having a tv in both bedrooms and the living area. The register in the room had several good suggestions for restaurants.

Nice view well stocked

The kitchen was stocked with cookware and ample towels were available. Great location to get to beach or the private pool. Everything was clean and welcoming. Webber has grills were a bonus to grill out on and games to play while food cooked.
