Lovely

We loved Angu's apartment. Very cozy and homey with everything that we needed for our short stay. The wifi worked well, parking was easy and the apartment was very clean. Angu is a lovely person and very helpful. There is a lot to see in this area and we wish that we had stayed longer in Angu's lovely apartment.

Highly recommended!

Agnu's apartment is a great location in Jerez. I spent one very nice week there and the apartment was an important factor for my well-being. You can follow the photos for how it looks like - nicely decorated and with all one could need, I felt at once like at home. Supermarket, Lidl and Carrefour are just across the street. The center, the bus and railway stations can be reached after a 15 minutes' walk. Agnu is extremely helpful and pleasant, thinking of everything you might need. I highly recommend the location.

A great little apartment!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay in Angu's apartment just before Christmas, arriving on 17th December. Angu, the owner is lovely (even welcoming us with nice bottle of red wine and nibbles!) and has set up a very, very nice apartment, situated in the southern end of Jerez - about a 20 minute walk from the centre of town. The apartment is compact, quirky (in a good way - lovely decoration internally) and situated in a lovely art-deco style block (that reminded us of Los Angeles!), with a balcony overlooking a lovely green palm tree lined set of gardens and also surrounded by greenery and parkland. There is parking available in the underground parking lot, accessible via stairs and an elevator.Internally the apartment is exactly as the photos show, making great use of the available space and is very well equipped with everything that you would need for your stay (including a washing machine). As it was just the two of us, there was ample room, though I would probably say that having 4 people in the apartment might be a little bit of a squeeze - but still would be very cozy? The apartment is situated in a residential area and within 5 minutes walk there is a Mercadona, a Lidl, a Dia and a large Carrefour, plus a whole range of other shops and a few local bars too. As I said Jerez is about 20 minutes away on foot, but it is easily walk-able and the local tabancas serve sherry at 1Euro a glass! Wonderful with a plate of marinated artichokes....Yum! quite easy to just spend an afternoon watching the world go by. The apartment also has easy access onto the main road for Cadiz (which is WOW and worth spending time in) and the beach towns of the wonderful Costa de la Luz. So, a great apartment that we would love to return to! Asi que hola y muchas gracias a Angu y tu hija!

Excellent location, amenities and value for money

The apartment is easily located from the main road providing easy access, but close enough to walk into the historical centre. The garage has the easiest access of any place we have stayed in Spain. The apartment is close to supermarkets and banks etc. The apartment is in a complex overlooking a well kept park area. This is a complex with Spanish families, so you get a small taste of Spanish life with kids playing in the park till dusk and meeting locals in the passage ways. The apartment is excellent value for money. Angu was great to deal with, waiting for us at the garage entrance and providing us information on things to see and do locally.

Muito bom

Excelente localização, perto de todo o tipo de comércio (vários supermercados mesmo ao lado!), do acesso à AE, e do centro. Apartamento muito limpo e cuidado, bem equipado (excelente Wi-Fi). Tudo a funcionar bem. Proprietária é inexcedível no acolhimento e na preocupação de que tudo esteja bem. Se precisar de ir novamente e Jerez, seguramente tentarei arrendá-lo novamente.

sehr schönes Appartement und super nette Vermieterin

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber. Es wurde liebevoll eingerichtet und ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz sowie einen Fahrstuhl. Die Vermieterin ist extrem herzlich und auch ihre kleine Tochter ist zuckersüß. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würde diese jederzeit wieder buchen. Zur Begrüßung bekam ich eine Flasche Wein sowie den leckeren Serranoschinken. Danke, liebe Angu, für die schöne Zeit! Leider verging diese viel zu schnell!

MUKAVA ASUNTO RAUHALLISELLA ALUEELLA

Jo toinen kerta samassa sunnossa! Oli vähän kuin olisi tullut kotiin. Kylpyhuone oli remontoitu uuteen uskoon ja netti toimi valokaapeliyhteydellä. Asunto on siisti ja mukava. Parveke ja ikkunat sisäpihalle, joka on jalkapallokentän kokoinen asuntokompleksin yksityinen puisto puineen kaikkineen. Ruoanlaittokin käy. jos haluaa kokkailla lomallaan. Kulmalla on isohko Mercadona, josta saa myös kluteenittomia vaihtoehtoja. Korttelin verran kauempana Lidl, Carrefour ja toisessa suunnassa Dia. Baareja, ravintoloita ja pikkukauppoja . Talon kellarikerroksessa on suuri autotalli, jonne on mahdollisuus pysäköidä auto. Keskusta ja vanha kaupunki 15-20 min. kävelymatkan päässä. Rannat 20-50 min etäisyydellä, joten niille pääsemiseksi auto on tarpeen. Parasta kaikessa on asunnon omistaja Angu. Aina valmis auttamaan ja neuvomaan kaikissa ongelmissa parhaansa mukaan.

Estancia perfecta

Apartamento a 10 minutos andando del centro. Acogedor y bonito, tal y como aparece en las fotos. Al lado de un Mercadona, Carrefour y Dia. La plaza de garaje buena, amplia y de fácil acceso. Y que decir de la propietaria Angu... Muy atenta, detallista y preocupada por los inquilinos. Ha sido una estancia de 10. Muy recomendado.

COMO TU CASA

Apartamento muy bien situado, al lado de comercios con todos los servicios. Muy limpio, completo, bien decorado; todo como se ve en las fotografías y te explica Angu, su propietaria, encantadora en todo momento. El parking muy cómodo. Totalmente recomendable

Excellent rapport qualité/prix!

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours dans l'appartement de Angu laquelle nous a très chaleureusement accueillis. L'appartement est confortable, propre et bien équipé. Sa situation convient parfaitement pour visiter Jerez car on peut se rendre sans le centre historique à pied en 15 minutes. Également adéquat pour visiter plusieurs villes d'intérêt de la région telles Arcos de la Frontera, Cadix, Sanlucar et bien d'autres. À recommander! Danielle Piette, Joliette, Canada

100 % Satysfakcji. Polecam w 100%!!!!

En primer lugar nos gustaría dar las gracias a Angu y Angel por todo!!! Estamos encantado de conocerte! Polecamy ten bardzo zadbany i niezwykle czysty apartament. Rzadko zdarza się, żeby satysfakcja z apartamentu była równa albo wyższa niż oczekiwania wyrobione na podstawie oferty. W tym przypadku jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Angu jest przemiłą osobą, bardzo pomocną - nie było dla niej problemem przekazanie kluczy o 3.30 w nocy. Przywitała nas butelką wina, wodą i poczęstunkiem. Wspólne wyjście na kieliszeczek sherry pozwoliło lepiej się poznać i polubić. Miejsce jest przytulne sympatycznie urządzone. Sypialnia w ciepłych kolorach z wygodnym dużym łóżkiem. Łazienka nie jest wielka ale czysta i nowa. Salon połączony jest z aneksem kuchennym, który naprawdę jest dobrze wyposażony. Jest duży telewizor i hulające wifi. Z balkonu widzimy zielony teren. Okolica spokojna około 2 km od centrum, które można pokonać w 20 minut szybkim spacerkiem w pięknych okolicznościach Jerezjańskich :). Istnieje za dodatkową niewielką opłatą miejsce parkingowe na poziomie -1 budynku, z którego można wjechać windą pod drzwi mieszkania. Na ulicach też można parkować. W najbliższej okolicy znajdują się duże markety, sklepy, knajpki, piekarnie itp. Jest też blisko zlokalizowane jezioro z terenem rekreacyjnym, można pobiegać, pojeździć na rowerze. Do tego wszystkiego Angu naprawdę ma ceny niezwykle konkurencyjne. Podsumowując: brać z wyprzedzeniem, nie czekać bo obłożenie na jej apartament naprawdę jest duże.

todo perfecto!!!!

somos pareja de italia,estuvimos allí en diciembre, el apartamento fue como descrito , pequeño pero muy amable, no faltaba nada, está situado en un sitio muy tranquilo, pero al mismo tiempo es como estar en el centro ciudad.fuera del piso hay de todo, el mercadona el Carrefour, bancos y ni siquiera tienen el coche.la cosa más hermosa jamás, pero es duena.muy servicial y cortés, una persona muy dulce que definitivamente recorderemo.gracias para todo.Germano y Giulia

DIEZ DIAS EN JEREZ PARA LA SAMBOMBA

Hemos estado diez dias en jerez visitando a la familia..y elegimos este precioso apartamento para estar mas comodos..y una excelente decision. La situacion ideal frente a un mercadona..un lidl y el carrefour a dos pasos..farmacias..panaderias..bancos..tiendas..de todo..y un gran parque justo al lado la zona muy trankila para descansar..con un precioso parque interior..y los vecinos ni se les escuchaba. A 5 minutos en coche del centro..y conexion en dos minutos con autovia s cadiz..jerez norte..centro comercial area sur..zoo..etc El apartamento completisimo..nos puso incluso cuna para la nena..aire y calefactor..y muy mono de verdad. Angus..su hija y su sobrina muy simpaticas.. Con una habitacion mas y una batidora para el pure de la nena..me quedaba a vivir alli Gracias..felices fiestas y año..y nos volvemos a ver pronto Sole y jose.bss

Well located and well equipped apartment

We arrived late evening after driving from Gibraltar in darkness. Angu is a lovely lady and made us very welcome. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday and we found the location excellent. Parking is conveniently below ground level and access to the autovia network very easy. We walked into the city centre each morning in about 15 mins and explored the area by car and enjoyed the local beaches most afternoons during our 9 day stay. We will certainly return as there is so much to see and do ! Thanks Angu.

First of all I have to express my gratitude to Angu, Paco and Angela. I spend an enjoyable week in Jerez. The apartment is tidy and well equipped. Wi-fi as well as tv work perfectly. It is located in a peaceful, very Spanish area. The windows and the balcony face a private, enclosed park the size of half a football field. The photographs presented give you a true picture of whats awaiting. One can find all the major supermarkets, a variety of bars and restaurants, banks and even a pharmacy within 5 min. walking distance. The city center is 15-20 min.stroll away. One can also find a paved footpath 4km long for a morning jog nearby. And then of course there is the family that lease out the apartment. They really made me feel welcome. I can only recommend this option. I for one will certainly return.

Very convenient apartment in Jerez

The apartment was conveniently located- it was approximately a 15 minute walk into town and 2 minutes away from the nearest supermarket. It is in a friendly complex which has a nice community feel to it. Angu (the owner) is lovely and made us feel very welcome. This apartment was excellent value for money and we would recommend it to fellow holiday makers.

perfekt apartment

me and my husband rent this apartment in may 2015. Evereting was perfekt. the apartment was very nice.with Everything in order and it loccks exactely like the Pictures.No problem with Wi fi. we had the store very Close and the area was very quiet and peaceful. Easy to walk into the city and it had its one parking place. thanks for a very plesent week.

MUY BUENA

He estado este fin de semana en jerez y he estado en este apartamento y solo puedo decir cosas buenas sobre el un apartamento acogedor en una urbanizacion con unas vistas a unos jardines guapisimos con una tranquilidad increible. Los dueños son encantadores. Se lo recomiendo a todas esas personas que quieran ir a conocer esa parte de España la playa a 10 minutos . Solo me queda dar las gracias a los dueños.
