Perfect for Families!

I just stayed at KBH for a week with my family - 7 adults. It was a perfect getaway, just in between the highway, and Kihei drive with none of the traffic or noise, but still close to everything! The house was exactly as advertised, which I greatly appreciate! It was clean, and very comfortable. The check in process was a breeze, and Matt was very communicative! The garage is super well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties and more. The hot tub was lovely to use in the mornings/evenings and it was well maintained. A/C worked great which was good for this PNW family! 10/10 would stay there again!

Fab Maui Beach Home

What a wonderful place near the beach and lots of restaurants and grocery stores! The home is well maintained and very clean. The home is equipped with all you need; BBQ, towels, washer/dryer, pots/pans, etc. There is even nice beach chairs and umbrellas that were very useful! I highly recommend this rental and would return in an instant!

The house was perfect for my family of 8!! Loved the back patio for our morning coffee and the hot tub was a nice touch in the evenings. A short walk to the beach and the house included a wagon, chairs and umbrellas! The older kids enjoyed the short walk to local restaurants and pubs near by. Everything was as listed. Great price and great location.

This property was amazing! The location was great. The entire house was spotless and had all the amenities of home. We had one issue and the property manager and team came and fixed the issue immediately. Our group would all highly recommend and if we’re lucky enough to come back, we would stay here again! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is so spacious and very clean, everything was in great condition and the primary bathroom was gorgeous. We loved the huge kitchen with tons of seating. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, backyard was comfortable and my kids loved looking for geckos and lizards. The outdoor shower was really helpful, and walking distance or short drive to the shops/restaurants! We were only disappointed that the rental doesn’t offer recycling (so much waste added to the island!) and we did see several cockroaches inside the house despite removing trash and cleaning the kitchen nightly, but I’m not sure what can be done about that in a tropical climate. Overall, we would stay here again and had a lovely time.

We had more than ample room for 8 adults to sleep, eat and enjoy the property. There was plenty of room for cooking in the kitchen and also grilling. All eight adults could easily eat at the table, gather around the kitchen island, enjoy coffee in the living room or out on the lanai. The house is conveniently located a short 10 minute walk from Charley Young Beach. We utilized the beach gear that was provided and the wagon really came in handy to transport it. I would highly recommend staying, as house was well equipped, clean and spacious. Mahalo

The location was great and within walking distance to several beaches and nice restaurants. Paia Fish Market was our favorite. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach gear in the garage came in handy for our trips to South Maui beaches. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone planning to visit Maui!

AMAZING stay!!

If you’re planning a trip to kihei, look no further & stay here! My wife & I were visiting for a friends wedding & stayed at the house with two other couples. The house was perfect for the 6 of us with room to spare! It was immaculately clean & beautifully renovated with a nice open floor plan. Each bathroom had so many towels to get you through your stay (house also had a washer & dryer if needed) they also put little hotel soap, shampoo & conditioner which gave you a hotel feel! Great location, about a 7 minute walk down to the town where it’s filled with shopping, restaurants, bars & the beach! Ubers were always 1 minute away whenever we needed one. Hot tub was a big hit! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great house in local neighborhood

The house itself is great! It’s a nice open space and the backyard is great for families with kids. (The yard is full of little lizards my boys loved trying to catch!) The garage has boogie boards and sand toys as well as snorkel gear and beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials. We did encounter ants and cockroaches as others have mentioned but we took care of them as we saw them and weren’t too bothered by it. The backyard has a few cameras which felt strange - sort of a big brother is watching feel. Nobody wants to be filmed sunbathing or hot tubbing. That was probably the biggest dislike for us. Also worth noting, half our group was highly allergic to the Tide Fabreeze Sport laundry detergent and we had hives from it for over half our trip. I’ll be recommending to the management that they change to something more friendly - I’ve learned that a lot of people are allergic to it. If you haven’t been exposed to it, don’t test it out in Hawaii! It was a huge damper on our trip. But the house itself was great, and I’d recommend it.

Reviewer Comments: There was so much about our stay @ 2155 Wai-Maka that added to our awesome Maui vacation.The home was setup so nicely to accommodate our group, one common comment was how comfortable all the beds were. The kitchen supplies of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, plentiful, nothing extra needed, also the inclusion of coffee, coffee filters,sugar,spices all adding to our comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to beaches, great beach supplies(chairs, boogie boards,umbrellas, beach towels) beautifully well maintained backyard and the outdoor shower was a hit!! The quick response to any concerns we had, it was reassuring that our stay did mattered. I would recommend this location & your company to anyone I knew that was visiting Maui
