Niché au pied des montagnes de West Maui, avec vue sur les îles de Moloka’i et Lana’i, le spacieux Makena Aloha Estate peut accueillir confortablement vos 10 invités dans sa maison principale de 4 chambres et son cottage de 2 chambres.

La maison principale dispose de 4 chambres spacieuses, 4 salles de bains. Il y a une pièce supplémentaire adjacente à la chambre principale, parfaite pour un petit enfant. La retraite de la chambre principale a une entrée séparée et une salle de bain spacieuse avec une grande douche à l'italienne ouverte, une pomme de douche à effet pluie, un appareil à main, une baignoire jacuzzi et des lavabos doubles. La cuisine gastronomique sur mesure est équipée d'un système d'osmose inverse, d'une machine Vita Mix, d'une machine à expresso et de fours doubles. Détendez-vous autour de la piscine extérieure et du spa jacuzzi de la maison principale. Le chauffage de la piscine est disponible pour seulement 200 $ / jour supplémentaire.

Le Makena Cottage est un cottage indépendant de deux chambres et d'une salle de bains, avec sa propre table extérieure et son barbecue. Amazing view, beautiful home and guest cottage

Beautiful- Spacious- gated home with pool and hot tub, and many citrus trees for picking fresh fruit!We had fresh avocados, oranges, bananas, and tangerines at our fingertips ! The view was incredible, amazing sunsets and we saw many humpback whales! The house was clean and well stocked for our stay . Would definitely recommend this home !

Spacious Home with Stunning Views

This is an amazing property that comfortably suits up to 10 people. There was plenty of room to spread out, play games, enjoy the pool and meals together as a family. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was packed with anything you would need to pull off an amazing meal. The absolute star of the show however was how the property welcomed in the vistas - it is situated in a beautiful location with stunning ocean and mountain views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Lahaina getaway

We rented this property for 5 nights during the Christmas break. We loved how it was out of the hustle and bustle of the typical Maui tourist areas. Very quiet on a residential street, with excellent privacy. We were lucky as the citrus trees on the property were producing excellent fresh fruit that we enjoyed. The pool is the perfect size to enjoy and the sunsets out the back windows were tremendous.

We stayed at this property July 31st- Aug 7th. There were 6 adults, 2 18yr olds, and a 16 ye old. There was plenty of room with the guest house. Beautiful home and property! Loved the pool! My mom didn't want to do the road to Hana or any hiking. She stayed back and loved relaxung by the pool. I would definitely recommend. :)

Beautiful Home and Location for Large Groups

Our stay at this Launiupoko property was a great experience. It was our first family reunion with our adult children since Covid and it was important to us to have a special place to stay. Importantly, the house and grounds were as described in VRBO and we were pleased with many aspects. Some highlights for us were: 1. Ample space and bedrooms for our party of 8 2. Clean 3. Good beds and bedding 4. Fantastic outdoor space with pool, jacuzzi, dining area, grill, abundant tropical fruit trees, and amazing sunsets 5. Convenient access to restaurants/shops/marina in Lahaina and Kaanapali. 6. Close to beautiful west Maui beaches for snorkeling/surfing. 7. Well equipped kitchen stocked with basics that you will need. 8. Good HVAC - cools well and in reasonable time when afternoon sun heats up the house. 9. Very secure in quiet neighborhood with gated access We have stayed in VRBO properties throughout the world and overall this is one of the best homes we have stayed in. Kudos to the management team.

Amazing views, beautiful home away from home!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we've stayed in a place like this... and we are ruined for life!! We'll never do it different! Its has everything like a hotel does (so you only need your clothes) but you can buy groceries and cook just like you were home! It has everything it states (including the fruit orchard), located up the hill from Front street, and the property managers responded by text to even the smallest thing (smoke detector beeping - came in an hour to replace the batteries). Loved the pool and hot tub facing the water... we spent plenty of time staring and dreaming!! We'll be back and I have plenty of nursing friends who have heard all about it and are going to keep it as an option when they visit next!! Excellent experience for our 3 generations... beds for everyone!! Can't say enough good.

Amazing all around!

Our family of nine LOVED our stay at Makena Aloha Estate. We searched long and hard for just the perfect location for our multi-generational stay. Even though we were here amidst what became the beginning of the global coronavirus pandemic, it was relatively easy to forget about the world's fears and relax in this amazing location. Our children loved playing in the orchards and of course the pool, and we all enjoyed the delicious bounty of that orchard. The view is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but you are only 15 minutes from pretty much everything Lahaina has to offer. Our grandparents were able to stay in Makena Cottage and come and go from the frenetic grandchildren's action as they pleased. The property is stocked with pretty much everything you need. Even little touches like having a WiFi accessible printer where we could take care of boarding passes or other little things were great. Last but not least, the manager Tina was a joy to work with. We didn't have any *problems* to report really, but we connected here and there to discuss the logistics of various things and a few questions. She was always extremely pleasant and extremely responsive via texts, which made things easy. For that matter, all the staff we interacted with during the process of booking and preparing for this trip were extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay at Makena Aloha Estate again. My only hesitation in writing this review is that my positive comments might make it harder for me to book the property in the future. But, in this case they absolutely deserve it, so I'll take my chances!

Makena Aloha Estate

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was OK but not quite as expected. There is a view of the ocean but only if you’re standing up. The hedge should be lowered in order to see the view. The owner has locked what we think is a pantry so we had no where to store our dry food. We had to use a corner of the kitchen to stack everything. Very tacky for what we paid and it looked ridiculous. We have rented homes on the island before so we are well of the bug situation. However, what we weren’t prepared for was several tack strips throughout the home with one in the living area with a dead rat on it. Our 3 year old found it as we were watching the T.V. Also, there was not at vacuum. We only found a small dust buster that didn’t work because it was missing a filter. I don’t think the Ohana or guest house was represented correctly. It was quite a distance from the house and a little inconvenient. Every other home we rented has been right next to the home or attached. The rental agency was very responsive when we had issues which we appreciated. I feel we would not rent this house again but I would recommend this home to others as long as they were aware of my concerns.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation with a fantastic location and home. However, if I had to mention something comparing to the 3 other homes we stayed in the same area in the past, it would be the fact that this house is old, and despite the great location, the hedge on the other side of the swimming pool and the wooden fence with some plants are blocking the beautiful view, which is unfortunate.

Review of Makena Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a beautiful villa set in a nice and quiet location and yet very close Lahaina, Kaanapali and many other beaches and amenities. We all love the pool,, the Sap, the ground and the orchard. However a few thing were missing which could have made ouyr vacation more peasant:We were told at the time of booking that heating the pool will cost $200 per day but when we asked to heat the pool we were told it will be $300 per day - no if and buts. There were two umbrella-stands beside the pool but there were no umbrellas for a bit of shade for the kids. Outdoor dinning chairs, most of them had no cushions and thus very hard for sitting for 2 to 3 hours for lunch and dinners. There were a very few or no hangers in the closets. Sliding doors in the main villa were very hard to slide - they need some oiling or cleaning. Light outside the Gust Cottage stayed on all night thus making it difficult to sleep in one of the rooms. Parts of the lawn were always wet and muddy and so when the kids came back after running around, their shoes will be all muddy and we. There were lots of bugs and critters in both the houses and not very clean.These are honest feedback to help you make the villa more attractive so please take them in that context.

Fantastic Location and Peaceful

Great property all amenities needed, and the fresh fruit from the trees was amazing. Fresh juice each day, fresh grapefruit each day and even avacados....amazing experience.
