Magnifique condo moderne de six chambres à coucher et six salles de bain; vue sur l'océan et le centre-ville de Rehoboth Beach depuis trois grands balcons; séjour minimum 3-7 nuits (selon la saison); situé sur le bloc de plage / promenade dans le centre de la ville. Courte distance de marche des restaurants, des boutiques et de nombreuses activités. Prix par nuit varie selon les saisons. Séjour minimum de sept nuits requis de juin à début septembre, lorsque les tarifs à la semaine s'appliquent. S'il vous plaît contacter le propriétaire pour plus de détails.

Will Book This Again!

Our book club group had a wonderful stay at this property. Located directly across from Penny Lane, you couldn't have had a more convenient location. The unit was spotless, linens were top notch and the beds were comfy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nice! The host, Yolanda, was wonderful. No noise from the restaurant below. The porch had great views and was a fun place to hang out.

A bit run down.

Noticeable black mold on vents throughout. Daughter came down with pneumonia the day we left. Available parking but hard to get in and out of. No outdoor shower which is probably why shower drains were slow. Towel racks were falling off the walls. Doors to outside did not close properly which impacted the temperature of the space. Two flights of stairs to get to the bottom floor of the property but kitchen and bedrooms were another floor up. So loading in and out was exhausting. Anyone with mobility issues should steer clear. Location was great but would not stay again.

plenty of space for everyone, great location

The apartment is very spacious with a bathroom for every bedroom. Great outdoor patio space. Located right downtown for easy walking to shops, restaurants and beach. This does mean that this beach area is very crowded, but you could drive to more secluded/less crowded beach area. Would definitely recommend. Just an fyi - you must bring your own bath soap and shampoo, no toiletries provided. And I definitely recommend eating at Yolanda's restaurant on the 1st level, delicious!

Amazing property

Surrounded by spacious decks and a generous number of bathrooms in the heart of downtown Rehoboth made this one of the best properties I e stayed at in Rehoboth. A special thanks to Yolanda for being so friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful time at Rehoboth! This rental was less than a block to the beach and we loved that it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. Yolanda was so welcoming and helpful and also runs a fantastic restaurant. You can’t hear any noise from the restaurant below. Thank you for the great experience!

Our second stay

With two floors our stay with seven adults and two young children never felt crowded. It's very quiet even though it's in the heat of Rehoboth. Unbelievable to find a place this size this close to the beach. Yolanda is a terrific, responsive host.

Perfect location!

This location was walking distances to shops and local restaurants. Half a block from the beach and perfect for my family and I. Every family had there own bedroom and bathroom and there is plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to book in the future. One downfall, the beach was extremely packed and over crowded for our liking. Other than that, this place and location was wonderful! The restaurant below has delicious Mexican food and a great waitstaff.

This condo was.perfexlry located and spacious. The three patios gave us a lot of options for relaxing and dining. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay at Rehbooth

This home was incredibly spacious, with all amenities provided. Very clean and well maintained, very close to the beach and boardwalk -just a 1 min walk. The owner yolanda was very easy to contact during the stay. Her restaurant serves excellent food as well, we ordered one dinner take out and everyone loved the food. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation

Fantastic property

Great week at this condo. Plenty of space for 12 adults. The porches are amazing to sit out on, with a great view of the ocean. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. Yolanda was a wonderful host. We have booked a week next year.

Great stay for a group

This was my family’s fourth year renting here and we’ve already booked our fifth. The check-in process is simple as you can just grab the keys from the lockbox. One note is that the covered parking was not available since it’s been converted to outdoor dining—perfectly reasonable given Covid. We were able to coordinate with the owner to park in the restaurant lot. The beds are pretty comfortable and extra pillows and blankets are available if needed. The balconies are great for sunning or just people watching. The owner is typically onsite at the restaurant during business hours and so is very responsive to any issues or questions; in all of our interactions she was very kind and clearly wanted us to help us enjoy our stay. The checkout process was simple as well, to just start the laundry, put away dishes, take out trash, etc.

Wonderful condo

Yolanda is a wonderful hostess and was very attentive to our needs & requests. She made us feel welcome and even brought us a delicious sampler plate from the restaurant! The condo is very spacious, clean, and the balconies are amazing to relax on. It's only a block from the boardwalk/beach and a block from Rehoboth Avenue. Wonderful for walking everywhere & enjoying restaurants and all Rehoboth has to offer.

Surpassed our Expectations!

This rental property is wonderful! It is spacious and complete with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking meals. The deck off of the dining & living rooms is plenty big that all of us were able to sit around and eat together plus extra room for young children to play. The place was very clean and the bed sheets very comfortable. The owner checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this appropriately named Mariachi House.

Perfect getaway with the girls!

My friends and I had a great time staying at Mariachi Condo!!! Yolanda was very nice and responsive during the whole trip! Everyone had plenty of space and the location was the best. My friends have never been to Rehoboth before and they couldn’t stop saying how much fun and how great the place was. We would definitely go back!

My family had a wonderful time staying in this condo! It was a great location close to the beach and entertainment! Parking was a bit tough but other than that it was perfect! Plenty of space for 10 members of my family and awesome balconies!

One of the best in all of Rehoboth

This is one of the best locations in all of Rehoboth beach. The 6 beds and 6 baths give everyone their owns space. The 3 large balconies give you some room to escape others and offer views of the ocean, penny lane and even a glimpse of fun land rides. Just a few Steps from everything Rehoboth has to offer. 2nd time staying here and hope to return. The owner, Yolanda, is very accommodating and makes you feel like an old friend. If are looking for a larger place, this property is it!

I am the sole proprietor of Mariachi Restaurant, established in 2006. My restaurant and condominium are located a half block from the beach and boardwalk on Wilmington Avenue. My motto "mi casa su casa" perfectly describes my relationships with folks who stay in my condo as well as those who dine in my restaurant. I love meeting new people!
I understand that vacation planning can be stressful. Let me help to alleviate that stress by providing all household items (bath towels, start up paper towel and toilet paper, laundry and dish soap). In addition, the close proximity of my restaurant to the condo, (fine yet affordable Latin cuisine in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere) makes grabbing a bite to eat or a delicious margarita very convenient.

Germ Defense Delaware provides medical grade disinfectant treatments and protection to home, business, healthcare, veterinary and recreational environments; using the most scientifically advanced and EPA Certified disinfecting solutions and the most technologically advanced application protocol. Germ Defense offers two (2) levels of disinfection treatment plus a microbial deterrent treatment for lasting defense.

TARGETED DISINFECTION
We disinfect high contact areas and/or items utilizing a high-level disinfectant (HOCL) that functions as a bactericide, fungicide, target dissporicide and virucide with up to log 6 reduction (99.9999%) against many microbials including, but not limited to, MRSA, C-diff, Salmonella enterica, Swine Influenza Virus, HIV-1.
