Sur le lac! Belle maison de campagne rénovée historique surplombe un lac privé serine. Cette maison de campagne située sur 5 acres à côté du lac Silver. Situé à côté de l'aéroport international de Sanford, SR 417, ce qui rend les plages et les parcs à thème facilement accessibles. Profitez de magnifiques jardins paysagers, d'un sauna sec, de la pêche et du canoë. La maison est entièrement meublée et n'offre que des électroménagers et une décoration haut de gamme. Excellent emplacement pour un mariage intime avec un pavillon. Première classe, un vrai must!

Beautiful historical home!

Our family enjoyed the beautiful property for Christmas. The home decor was vintage and well appointed. The sunsets were stunning and we loved the outdoor space. 5 Stars

Hidden gem

We were in town for a baseball tournament nearby and this was the perfect location for a 7am start. Super cute cottage with an amazing view! Our 14 year old son had a blast fishing on the dock and taking out the kayak.

Beautiful property on the lake

The place was more than I could have expected. Sitting by the lake with a beer or glass of wine . We could have kayaked but were there for the air show. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. I can’t tell you enough that it was just a super visit

Awesome!!

Beautiful place with quiet & spacious surroundings. Plenty of things to do, or just relax on the porch or by the lake. Anything you need is close by. Angelia was easily assessable & had contact #s there for many things. We will be coming back again. Thank you for a great week!!

Beautiful Hidden Gem

We stayed here mainly for it's close proximity to Orlando-Sanford Airport, the site of an air show. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, so comfortable and plenty of room for my family. It has a well stocked kitchen and includes the little things, like coffee, cream and sugar to get your day started. The grounds are breathtaking and the lake is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Speaking of nature, we had visits from Sandhill Cranes, Grebes, owls and the Air Force Thunderbirds flew over a flew times as well. Our host, Angelia was awesome, only a phone call or golf cart ride away. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Quaint, Cozy and Charming Cottage Home

The property manager is amazing! She was very responsive and helpful in many ways. The home and property was clean and great for our stay of 4 (two boys 10 & 13). Our boys played at the Boombah Baseball stadium, it was so close and convenient. When they weren't playing ball they spent all their time at the lake. Thanks again for making our stay perfect. This was an way better option then a hotel. BTW the worst part was picking where to have our morning tea/coffee, by the lake, at the adorable butterfly table, the cozy screened porch or right at the kitchen table looking through the large window at the peacful yard and lake!

Fantastic Cottage

This is a fantastic place to stay for ball tournaments at Boombah. It is minutes from the field. The lake is a great escape when the boys have downtime. We will be back!

The cottage is well appointed and very comfortable with a spacious kitchen and cozy common spaces. We loved the place and will plan on staying here again.

Peaceful, convenient, perfect for our crew of 4.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at the complex less than 2 miles away. The house was a clean, homey, restful place to come back to each day. Our teenage boys thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and fishing, my husband liked the dry sauna, and the 2 of us enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. We’ll DEFINITELY be back if we play baseball in Sanford again!

Quaint and convenient

This is an extremely unique property that we hope to come back and visit! It's a history buff's dream stay! The home is around 100 years old and updated nicely but has a few period furnishings with a Victorian flair. It is convenient to Sanford Airport (5 minutes away), very private and safe. The owner lives at the main house next door and is very attentive.

This is a historic cottage home that faces Silver Lake. It is located on 5 acres of land and is very serene, private and has a beautiful wrought iron gate at the entrance. This is a must see! Totally renovated with all the extras, its truly an amazing property. You will see many cranes, birds, owls, rabbits, peacocks and much more. Enjoy the quiet , sitting in the Adirondack chairs and just reading a book or walking out on the dock and casting your fishing pole. Many fish in the lake to enjoy, cook on the big green egg or sit under the gazebo or at the pavilion where can dance the night away. Inquire about out special wedding and graduation opportunities, and much more.
