We welcome you to stay in our spacious,1500 ft² family sized home that can accommodate up to 10 guests IF you book BOTH FLOORS. The Craftsman (2nd Floor) is a private unit with a king size bedroom, a queen size bedroom, a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, 2.5 bathrooms, and a kitchenette. The 2nd floor unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. Groups larger than 6 people will need to also book "The Craftsman (1st Floor)" if it is available on your same dates. The Craftsman (1st Floor) Unit has a king size bedroom, a large living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, one full bath, full size kitchen, and laundry room. The 1st floor unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. By renting both the 1st and 2nd floor units you can easily conjoin the units back into a 2 story home, accommodating large groups up to 10 people.

Quaint stay

Very cute stay, if I am ever in the area again, will 100% be staying again. Would recommend it highly to anyone staying in Sanford. Close to the airport and downtown Sanford with plenty of shops and great restaurants!

Great stay in downtown Sanford

This was a great location for a stay in downtown Sanford. The house was awesome, vintage yet updated, and well managed. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute little place

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location within walking distance to historic Sanford. We used to live here and when we visit we like the stay close so we can walk downtown. Only complaint was check in process was not clear and we had to seek out a phone number at the location and call someone for the code to get in at 4:00 (check in time). Otherwise our stay was great

Sanford FL historic district

Property is well located to enjoy historic Sanford and surrounding area. Generally adequate for two people for six nights. Only drawbacks were minimalist kitchen and excessive traffic noise throughout the night. Bring your ear plugs.

Daytona 500

I was in town with my dad to attend the Daytona 500. This location was great—not too far, not too close. Lots of shopping not too far either.

Charming Convenient and Comfortable

Well appointed and hassle free. Beds were super comfortable and the outdoor patio areas were perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Close to the historic areas bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Good Value and Well Run

Great communication with owner. 2nd floor unit nice, clean and well appointed. It was not a big deal for me but know that the "kitchenette" is a small sink, fridge and microwave. A pleasant 15 minute walk to downtown 1st street.
