Ce cottage pittoresque est situé au cœur de Hubbards. Il possède sa propre plage de marée basse située à côté de l’école de voile locale. Regardez les enfants apprendre à naviguer pendant que vous buvez votre café ou visitez les magasins et les marchés locaux à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Une grande terrasse sera appréciée toute la journée et vous pourrez vous installer près du feu de camp la nuit. Situé à distance de marche du célèbre club Shore, profitez du meilleur dîner au homard de la Nouvelle-Écosse, suivi de spectacles en soirée.

Best stay ever

View was amazing, there is a rental shop on the property that you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and more. I would definitely stay there again.

Great little stay

Property parkng is shared with the kayak and SUP rental. Lovely little cottage and large deck. Could benefit from an air conditioning heat pump.

It was the perfect getaway. The view was wonderful and the cottage was extremely clean. Glen, Ruby and Clayton were awesome. Great hosts. We would definately stay here again. It was fantastic and so charming all around. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful waterfront stay

This place was perfect for our little family stay! We enjoyed watching the boats from the deck and theres lots to do in the area. The hosts are lovely :)

Location - right behind the Yacht club, with the kids learning to sail each day it was a treat. The owners were wonderful, I'd stay there again in a minute!

Fox Point Hubbards Cottage by the Bay

Great, cozy, comfortable, light-filled cottage for two on St Margarets Bay, with view of water from large deck. Close to beaches, South Shore, Peggy's Cove and Halifax area. The village of Hubbards has grocery, cafes, pharmacy, NSLC, bike trails and great Farmers Market.

What a gem

A wonderful base for exploring

Our first trip to Nova Scotia -- this was a great home base for exploring the sea-bound coast. Easy drive to Halifax and covenient to lighthouses and other sights. It is a lovely and comfortable cottage. Bring your own spices and soaps/body-cleaning products.

An excellent seaside stay

My wife and I had a very enjoyable and relaxing visit at Fox Point in Hubbards. The hosts were amazing and incredibly polite and accommodating. They treated us like family (if your family likes each other). The cottage was very clean and comfortable and we loved the great views and fortunately the weather was mostly nice as well. We rented some bikes and explored some of the local trails, which I highly recommend. They have a beautiful trail with amazing views!

Nova Scotia Getaway

Came for a week to revisit Halifax and area, but stay in a quiet area. It was great, caught Fleet Week, saw Peggy's cove, Lunenberg, all the stuff in Halifax, narrowly missed the incoming storm....Good Luck folks. Spent a lot of time talking with Nova Scotians who are great people, always had the feeling they'd give you the shirt off their backs.

Hubbards Nova Scotia - Nice Cottage

We met the property owner upon arrival. They explained everything about the cottage and the area. Glen, Ruby and Clayton were very helpful to give advice on things to do in the area, along with the tips on great beaches. The water was cold but the best beach was Bayswater. The entire week we had pretty good weather other than one day a bit chilly. The cottage is suitable for a couple. We were on the road during the day and enjoyed the nice deck for relaxing in the evening. Thanks!

Comfortable Cottage in a Great Location

We spent 4 nights in this small but clean and well maintained cottage on the Nova Scotia South Shore near Hubbards. Nice water view. Good bathroom with tub/shower combo. Lots of hot water. A few minutes drive from shops and restaurants in Hubbards including a grocery store. Good deck to barbecue or sit with a drink. This unit is best suited for up to two people. Owners Glen, Ruby and Clayton are fully engaged and available. Cottage shares a parking area with the owners’ recreational equipment business but it isn’t busy or disruptive. A fun place for a few days in Nova Scotia.

Step up

Overall a decent place to stay but not my favorite. The hosts Glen and Ruby were really nice. No live tv (only Netflix and such available) was a bit disconcerting. The steps up to the cottage could prove to be troublesome to some people. As my husband and I are in our 70’s, we did get our exercise. The bed and the bathroom were excellent.

Aircraft maintenance engineer by trade, Family rental business on the side. i also like long walks on the beach sunrises and a glass of a fine wine some thing 10 dollars or less is great.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property sits in a wonderful spot where you can watch the young children learn to sail in the mourning which can be very entertaining let me tell you. and a short walk to all shops and amenities. You are within a 10 min drive of 11 beautiful beaches.
