NOUVEAU DANS NOTRE INVENTAIRE 2020! Cette 5 chambres immaculées, 3. 5 salles de bain charmante maison de Cape Cod est à seulement quelques pas de Pleasant Road Beach. Entrez dans un magnifique hall menant à une cuisine mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et une vue sur l'océan. La salle à manger et le salon sont un concept ouvert, avec des curseurs menant à un porche couvert pour dîner en plein air avec la bande sonore de l'océan. Il y a une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec deux lits doubles. À l'étage, vous trouverez quatre autres chambres, dont une grande chambre principale avec balcon, ainsi qu'une salle de bains principale attenante avec une grande baignoire et une douche vitrée. Une autre chambre contenant 2 lits doubles offre également un coin salon, une table de jeu et une télévision pour un espace à étaler. Cette maison offre tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris l'air central, la laveuse, la sécheuse et le gril à gaz.

Lovely Cape Cod property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a lovely beach home that accommodated my large family nicely. We were very comfortable there and had a great week. The only slight negative was some mold in master bathroom shower and some stains on the carpet upstairs.

Kitchen faucet was loose, back door hard to open & close, tv upstairs didn’t work, mattress in upstairs double queen room needs to be replaced.

Fantastic rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living space is also large and comfortable. The home is beautifully furnished. The kitchen has everything you would ever need. Best of all is the very short walk to a beautiful beach. 2 min on private path. Home is close to the charming town with shops and restaurants. Fantastic vacation rental. The home was clean. The management company was professional and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend. Wifi was strong, so teens were happy and my husband was able to work.

Summary: we had 6 adults there for a week and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy some meals, it’s convenient to Hyannis to catch ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and/or Nantucket, and it is right on Pleasant Road Beach for beach days. The good: the house is very spacious and has water views from the living room and master bedroom; there are effectively 2 master suites as two large rooms have en suite bathrooms; there are 4 full bathrooms (the listing shows 3 1/2, but all bathrooms have showers); the kitchen is large and well equipped and having the wine fridge and prep sink in the kitchen were nice extras The room for improvement: first VRBO we’ve had that didn’t have digital locks so we had to stop at the rental agency to pick-up and drop-off keys which wasn’t convenient; there were a few maintenance issues (e.g. toilet not flushing properly) - didn’t adversely affect our week, but were a little disappointing; the furniture needs a refresh - a little worn; no chairs on the MB deck - best ocean view on the house, but nowhere to sit.

Beautiful location and house but updates are needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our family had a great week at this house. We've stayed in many houses in the area and this one is being reconsidered for next year. Beautiful location that you can't beat, right next to a beautiful beach. And the house is very spacious with gorgeous views. But there are definitely some updates needed. Most of the beds should be replaced. One of the double beds upstairs was propped up with a paint can. The downstairs double beds are old, noisy and uncomfortable. Ideally, these should be replaced with queen beds. The toaster oven was broken and difficult to use. The French doors were very difficult to lock. Physical keys were needed for entry but it would be nice to have a keypad lock as we had 3 families staying and only 2 keys were provided. The Internet and wi-fi was terrible and made it extremely difficult to work from the house. The TV upstairs did not work but may be due to the internet quality. These things did not prevent us from having a great time at the house. Just mild inconveniences.

Hi Stacie! Thank you so much for your feedback, especially about the beds. We will discuss with the owners about replacing them (and getting rid of the paint can). The guests that stayed after you also complained about the toaster oven and we brought over a brand new one during their stay. The French doors were also addressed that next week (and will be replaced at the end of the season). Anytime you have issues, please give our office a call. We would have been happy to get your issues addressed immediately (and we can always give you extra keys if you ask).

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious home (comfortably fit our 9 family members) with perfect views and location. Upon arrival everything seemed to be great. After about an hour of unpacking we quickly realized the AC wasn't working and the floors had not been washed. One call to Martha Murray and they had cleaners come out and the following day temporary ACs were placed throughout the house. Overall the house is in good condition. It could probably use 1 day of a handyman coming in and fixing a few things (tacks sticking up on the stairs rug, fridge water filter needs change, screen door is ripped etc.) but nothing that would stop us from renting this house again.

Fabulous House

We had a wonderful vacation! 4 adults and 5 teenagers. There was plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach was a 2 min walk out the front door and down the path. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. There are lifeguards. The house was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and AC for the hot days. Highly recommend!
