CETTE PROPRIÉTÉ LOUE SAMEDI JUSQU'À SAMEDI. VOUS DEVEZ RÉSERVER EN 7 AUGMENTATIONS DE NUIT.
Cette propriété en bord de mer a une vue incroyable depuis le pont sur le toit et une vue magnifique mais partiellement (voir photos) obstruée depuis le salon. Pour la saison 2019, une porte coulissante surdimensionnée donnant directement sur l'océan améliore encore la vue. De plus, tout l'intérieur a été peint de haut en bas. La maison dispose de 3 chambres, dont une au niveau inférieur avec une baignoire-douche. Cuisine rénovée. L'accès à une plage privée commune n'est qu'à quelques pas de la promenade. Chambre inférieure a construit en AC. Les caractéristiques comprennent des planchers en bois, Internet sans fil, une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces et un gril à gaz. Il y a aussi un DVD, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, laveuse et sécheuse, terrasse avec table et chaises de patio, grill et chaises longues. Il y a une autre propriété située en partie en face (voir photos) et à droite de la maison

Nice central location with a nice view decent house plenty of room eat at the sailing cow which is within walking distance

Great location with rooftop deck

Overall had a good stay. The weather wasn't the greatest but we made the best of it. The rooftop deck is the highlight of the house for sure. Plenty of space for my family decent kitchen and 65 inch TV was a plus Great view of the ocean from the living room. Id stay again.

The house itself is spacious with all the amenities including a rooftop deck with amazing views. It was very quiet providing all the ocean sounds one can expect being oceanfront.

We literally had to walk right out our back door. It made it easy to go down to the beach a few times during the day and walking back to the house was very convenient. We had one minor issue and that was taken care of right away. We are from Calif and want to go every other year to the East Coast and hope we can get this house again.

Beautiful week in September

Main floor of house was just right for us. Beach was small; gone at high tide, but no problem as high tide was in the afternoon & an hour later every day. Local rental agents helpful/excellent. Only issues were: (1) living area AC needed servicing, & (2) lower level was miserable (2 adults slept there). Dark, damp & musty & no useable closet. Free-standing AC/dehumidifier not working properly down there; but, to be fair, we didn’t call agent about it except to request batteries for its remote. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year renting at this great location. We love this property and the details are all accurate in the listing. It's listed as 'partial ocean view' because there is another house in front, but honestly- it feels like you are right there, you'll hear the waves crash all night. We rent as a family of four and have plenty of space. The kitchen is not fancy, but its big enough to prepare meals and has everything we'd need- including some kid friendly dishes.You also have access to a two car garage which was super handy to store our bikes and any beach stuff during rain. There are plenty of sand toys in the garage and if you are tight on space, don't bring your own- they'll be something there for you.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting in this area for many years and have stayed in multiple homes and have enjoyed each stay. The location of this rental was great (although, at high tide there was no beach as the water came right to the wall). However, for the price of this rental I feel it really needed updating. While we were there the toilet in the lower level stopped working and was leaking. A window in the main bathroom upstairs literally fell out of the house onto the street! The house overall had a musty smell as well. We would love to rent again but unfortunately would not rent this particular property again.
