Lovely clean home. It had a lot of room and is in a good location to town. There was a Noreaster during our stay so we didnt get to explore the cape like we had planned but the house was perfect. It would be great for an extended stay. There is a great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out.

The house was brilliant. Really well set up for families, everything you needed from books to cot, high chair and kid friendly bowls/spoons. The stocked coffee machine was really appreciated too! We were 1 minute from the fantastic ‘pond’ that was glorious to swim in. Right in the heart of cape cod so nothing was that far away. If we didn’t have to cross the Atlantic again to come back next fall we would in an instant!

Did a girl trip with 3 friends. We had a wondeful, relaxing time. Great location, lovely house. Owner was friendly and nice. Go catch a sunset at Mayflower beach!

A Perfect Getaway

It was perfect just like all the other times and I am sure it will be perfect next time too. It’s quiet neighborhood, only a few miles from the bayside beaches and very central to lots of fun activities. House has everything one needs and more. Look forward to another cape escape soon!! Best Nest

This was the perfect cozy spot for a winter getaway. The fireplace lights with a switch and instantly warms the whole area. This owner has everything you ever needed, and the decor is so pretty. Two thumbs up for the Swagulls Neat!

Nice location, some issues

PROS Great location, safe neighbourhood, very clean and well maintained. Good facilities CONS Communication via the app was slow. You have to call the host on a US cell when you arrive which I mentioned a few times that I was not able to do as we are from overseas. This wasn't picked up on and we had to find a way to call. Check out is also not straight forward. You are asked to wash and dry all linen and towels and sweep up... thats a lot and not something we have come across in many stays to date elsewhere. There was also construction work underway on the property opposite which the owner stated she knew nothing about (despite living local and the project had been going 5 months....) It wasn't too disruptive as we were out during the day, but we should have been told about this before arrival.we feel.

Summer Fun on The Cape!

We absolutely enjoyed staying at "Seagull's Nest"! Our summer vacation on the Cape was filled with fun and relaxation ~ quiet mornings listening to birds and sipping coffee on the porch, evenings by the fire pit, excursions to Mayflower Beach (we swam with the seals!), Race Point Beach & the Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown, Friday night @ The Chatham Band, Pirate Putt Putt, fishing and nature walks along the trails at Flax Pond, a round of golf at Dennis Pines, sight seeing around the Cape, (the hydrangeas are beautiful this time of year!), and loving ALL this home has to offer - including the outdoor shower & BBQ grills! Thank you so much!!

I booked 2 nights for 7 people 2 of them children and 1 senior. We all found the property clean and cozy. The pond a short walk away was great and we met nice people there. Great atmosphere

Family get away

We enjoyed the seagulls nest. It is in the middle of a lot of great beaches. Close to everything you need to have a good time. The lake does not have a sitting place which was disappointing but thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Family Time

We have stayed at this home multiple times and look forward to our next. The house is clean, well stocked, and located in a quiet central spot of the cape. Communication with Louise is easy and she is very pleasant. Thanks for the memories...til next time!!!

Beautiful peaceful location

We used our canoe on the pond and walked around the trail. We enjoyed the firepit as a family and celebrated my birthday. Quick drive to Corporation Beach and Captain Frosty’s. Well equipped accommodations.

Great house

This was a really great house and location. Everything works and is setup like you would hope. The wrap around porch made it easy to move things from the car to the house, then back again. All communication was quick and accurate. The third bedroom, as stated in the description is a "kids room" with twin size bunkbed. So, if you have older/taller kids this might not work. The house was clean and all of the basic necessities plus some, were available at the house. The outdoor shower did not work or had not been setup for the season, I hope that is updated for anyone that is planning on going to the beach. I would definitely rent this location again.

Home Away From Home

Perfect spot in Mid Cape...a quiet neighborhood close to beaches and bike/walking trails. The home is well equipped and Louise, the host, is wonderful and easy to communicate with. This was not our first stay, nor will it be our last...can't wait for our next es-cape!
