Family Compound with a 200-foot ocean front private beach, on Nantucket Sound, to be shared only by you and your guests.
This unique oceanfront property features a home with two wings, attached by a gallery with library, game table, and seating for quiet reading.
The waterfront house consists of three bedrooms, a great room with fantastic views of Nantucket Sound, two baths, updated kitchen, and dining area.
The back house has four bedrooms, a kitchen with an eating area, and a family room. The property also has three central air conditioners.
Property includes five decks, one facing East, one facing West, two facing the Ocean and one on the edge of the Ocean. The Ocean front deck that the owners call the âSunsetâ deckâ has seating for Eight and catches the last rays of the sun each day. It is a wonderful place to end the day listening to the sound of the ocean while enjoying your favorite beverage.
The home sits on three quarters of an acre. The front yard facing ocean has in excess one half acre of lawn for all kinds of games such as bad Mitton, volleyball, wiffleball and touch football as well as lawn chairs to just relax and enjoy the sun. The side yard has a nice wide area that is very quiet for those who want to get away from it all. The home also has several beach chairs and a beach umbrella to serve all your beach going needs.
There is parking for eight cars. Because it is an ocean front home with a private beach to be shared with no one except you and your guests, there is no need to worry about driving to the beach and hoping that you can still find a place to park.
It is within walking distance of the Sundae School, a wonderful local ice cream shop. It is also within walking distance of the Ocean House, one of Cape Codâs finest restaurants and close walking distance to many other fine restaurants.
The home comes with cable, (2) TVs, internet, washer, dryer, dishwasher, lawn & beach chairs, two picnic tables and a gas grill as well as a Weber charcoal grill and an outside shower.
The home has had several renovations over the last few years, including updated bathrooms, furniture, kitchen, interior painting, and floor refinishing.
