Confortable Cape Cod Comfort. Ce charmant chalet de 2 chambres à coucher, salle de bain et demi a subi une mise à jour majeure en 2017. Le salon a été élargi jusqu'au porche actuel avec de grandes fenêtres en verre et un plafond voûté. Juste une courte promenade (moins de 500 pieds) de la plage de Sea Street. Détendez-vous sur le pont avant avec une boisson fraîche ou promenez-vous sur la plage pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Fenêtre A / C est dans chaque chambre et laveuse sécheuse. Home offre 2 Tv, DVD, wifi, cable et foyer au gaz. Les autres commodités comprennent un barbecue à gaz, une table et des chaises de patio, un mixeur, des chaises longues et une douche extérieure fermée.

Summer Holiday

Very charming cottage with outdoor shower. Very close to the beach which is so important with small kids. We took a couple of walks in the evening for nearby dinner and desserts. Great place to stay when you want to getaway.Not the owner's fault, but rowdy crowds walking the street repeatedly on the 4th of July. Police presence late into the night.

The property manager was extremely helpful and communication was spot on. The cottage was PERFECT. Great location, super clean. The owners thought of everything!! We definitely want to rent again. :)

The location is ideal—just a 2-minute walk to the beach down a quiet, peaceful road. The cabin itself is cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved having yard space for the kids to play, a grill for cookouts, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the whole space felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and can’t wait to come back!

The walk to the beach was so short we'd go after dinner just to look at the colors in the sky from the sunset, before starting the kid's bedtime routines. The washer and dryer spoiled us.

Beautiful home just steps from the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time staying at 14 Beach Hills road. The house was quaint and newly remodeled. Parking was easy and room for 2 cars. We were less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and only minutes by car to great places to eat. We had a slight issue with the heat and the reality company came right out and corrected the issue. I really liked the Cleat and Anchor pub, great food and entertainment and just at the end of the road. Look forward to staying here again
