Cette propriété de bord de mer parfaitement positionné vous permet d'être à la plage pour ces merveilleuses longues promenades sur la plage! De superbes vues sur la plage depuis cette escapade confortable et bien nommé Cape Cod. La plage de l'eau ici, sur Nantucket Sound est parmi les plus à l'aise sur l'ensemble du Cap. Une myriade de restaurants et de loisirs options ainsi que le sens de Cape Cod brises pacifiques et clapotis des vagues en font un choix splendide pour de nombreuses saisons. Pont arrière a Café sièges de style, barbecue Weber et une vue partielle sur l'océan. Douche extérieure eau chaude et froide rafraîchit après jour à la plage. Compteurs de granit, bar et primes des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un four à convection au cas où vous envie de cuisiner plutôt que de dîner à l'extérieur à un certain nombre de bons restaurants locaux. Lit queen size, une taille de 4 pieds douche, Internet sans fil gratuit, Blue Ray DVD et télévision par câble. Entièrement isolé pour garder la fraîcheur Central A / C en été et la chaleur de la chaleur des gaz dans le printemps et l'automne. Nice stay in Dennisport

We had a great stay at Erin and Tom's studio! Their place was very clean and had a well thought out plan of the studio for 2. Location to the beach and area restaurants and shops were very convenient!

Wonderful stay

The location was outstanding but what made our stay phenomenal was the neighbors. They all were so friendly and welcoming. The condo was spotless and very modern.

We enjoyed our week at this Property. This Property is perfectly located to the beach and many fine restaurants. I like to go on vacation and park my car for the week. This is that kind of place. Love it and will book it next year

Beautiful and relaxing!

My college age daughter and I came for a beach getaway. It was a perfect spot with the beach right across the street. The cottages are cute and the people all around were very nice. It was great to have the option to eat in or out and the property was exactly as listed.

Quiet and relaxing stay .

Suitable for one or two. Cozy and clean with many nearby things to do . Fully equipped kitchen which worked out well for breakfast. Full microwave for reheating and a 4 burner stove top. Thank- you to Tom and Erin for an enjoyable week.

Just Enough of Everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This is a well-appointed property for a single person or couple on the go. Surrounding rentals were quiet and respectful of the small outdoor space and there was no issue with the main road in front of the property. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others looking to stay in the area.

Fantastic Couples Getaway

My girlfriend and I stayed on the property from Aug. 5th thru Aug 12th 2023. The location is perfect. I could walk to the beach for early AM fishing and then sit on the deck and have breakfast as we people watched. The apartment is perfect for two, and we had a wonderful time. I will defiantly try to book here next year. Thank you, Jim M.

Great location and cute little cottage

The cottage is really small but well put together. Located across the street from the beach. We toured a lot of areas and it's location was great for this. If you are traveling in, note linens are not provided. Not ideal if traveling from the West Coast. You can pay extra if you need those items. The owners were great to work with and were very responsive. I would stay there again.

Tiny but cute

The studio was exactly as portrayed by the pics. It was clean and well appointed (but you have to bring your own towels and sheets). Two beach chairs are provided. Parking is not ideal as you have to walk on the street to get to your car (fairly short walk) but should be fine unless you have difficulty walking. There was a problem with the hot water when I got there but Erin and Tom were very apologetic and stayed in touch with me until it was corrected. They were wonderful hosts. I would rent again.

Anniversary getaway

Cute little studio right across from the beach. Loved that we had such easy access to the beach and hearing the waves crashing every time we stepped out the door was the cherry on top. The studio was perfect for the two of us. Communication was great and i would stay there again. The only thing to be aware of is parking. Slightly inconvenient to park on the other side of the building and have to walk on the road. Overall though i definitely would recommend.

Lots of potential

Just left my stay at the property. Overall the main benefit is that you are right at the beach, which is great! The unit itself however could use a bit of updating and deep cleaning. I agree with the previous reviews on the state of the mattress. We used the glassware and there was some sort of film that made our drinks taste weird, could do with a dishwasher it seems. The stay was fine until the last day when the door wouldn’t lock no matter what we tried. Upon contacting the owner, we learned this had been a recurring issue. Wish we had known that before we booked or arrived. We didn’t feel comfortable staying overnight without a lock so we left early. Disappointing end to the trip.

Convenient to the beach

This clean, nicely decorated studio spot is conveniently located across the street from a small beach. Listing images of inside, accurately represent the rental cuteness. The property is attached to another rental unit, so some noises are inevitable Being situated among other rental and private owned units, makes for tight outdoor conditions, and parking for this unit is on the opposite side which makes tricky for unloading and loading. This property is ideal for vacationers that are looking for home base to sleep at night after going off exploring Cape Cod during the day.
