Notre maison spacieuse (3500 pieds carrés) est parfaite pour les familles et les amis à la recherche d'une retraite relaxante au cœur de Midtown. Notre maison vous fera sentir comme plongé dans la nature. Nous avons des balcons à tous les niveaux, une belle cour arrière avec un foyer, une porte de bibliothèque secrète menant à notre loft et une terrasse sur le toit enveloppante. Jeux de société, Netflix et Internet haute vitesse Google Fibre. Vous pourriez juste oublier que vous êtes dans la ville entourée des meilleurs magasins, restaurants et bars d'Atlanta.

L'espace:
Notre maison de 3 étages a une sensation de concept ouvert moderne et rustique, avec beaucoup d'espace pour s'évader et se détendre. Il y a une salle de bain / balcon à chaque niveau et 2 cuisines de qualité professionnelle parfaites pour se divertir. Nous venons de rénover notre salle de bain et avons installé un système de douche à effet pluie de luxe avec 6 pulvérisateurs corporels (attention: une fois que vous utilisez cette douche, vous ne voudrez plus jamais en sortir). La propriété a de belles vues sur la nature, et nous essayons également d'apporter autant de nature que possible dans la maison pour offrir un sentiment de tranquillité.

Le quartier:
Midtown est le quartier le plus accessible à pied d'Atlanta, et notre maison est considérée comme un «paradis du marcheur» (90/100) selon Walk Score. Nous sommes littéralement à quelques minutes à pied ou en voiture de presque tout dans la ville. Midtown est l'un des quartiers les plus sûrs d'Atlanta, et surtout autour de notre maison, vous ne devriez jamais vous sentir en danger en vous promenant. Nous ne plaisantons pas quand nous disons que vous serez entouré de certains des meilleurs magasins, restaurants et bars d'Atlanta. La nourriture est délicieuse et nous vous indiquerons nos endroits préférés pour manger.

Vous pouvez voir notre voisin Mario ou Amy sur la propriété pendant votre séjour. L'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avons un si grand nombre dans la ville est parce que nous partageons avec notre voisin Mario. Amy vit dans un espace studio complètement séparé sur la propriété. Il n'y a pas d'installations communes et vous ne la rencontreriez à l'extérieur de la maison que si vous vous rencontriez. Elle sera disponible tout au long de votre séjour au cas où vous auriez des problèmes :)

Perfect Spot

The house was great with excellent off street parking. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc. Location was excellent, an easy walk to piedmont park even with a toddler.

Amazing place!

Host was helpful and friendly. The place was clean and well stocked. Liked the layout and the big table that allowed everyone to eat together. The kids loved staying upstairs in their own area. Heads up: there are a lot of stairs here.

Perfect for our family

Lots of space to spread out both indoors & out! Kitchen well equipped and great dining table for gathering, doing puzzles, whatever! We liked the convenience of the digital door locks and not having to keep up with keys. Loading & unloading our 2 cars through the garage worked well, but with 3 floors, there are a lot of stairs, but not an issue for us. The hidden access to the primary Bedroom and bath was cool, but make sure you step up & over the Threshold & door frame. Walking distance to restaurants & Trader Joe’s!

Owners were easy to work with and the house was great. No unusually issues just same old issues when traveling with 4 teenagers! But we had a blast and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful & Spacious

We had an excellent stay at this property for a fun girls reunion weekend. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy and the hosts were readily available via text/email for anything we needed, including access to the garage. The space itself was lovely and incredibly spacious. Everyone had more than enough room to comfortably reside and the location was excellent. It was everything we needed/wanted it to be!

WONDERFUL!

This spacious, super clean, well appointed space is in a terrific midtown location- Trader Joes is 2 blocks away, as are many restaurants and bars, and it's just a couple blocks further to the entrance of Piedmont Park. The owners were fantastic communicators and also very accommodating. The kitchen is great- we had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner- and there is a wonderful, big dining table that faces a lovely back yard full of mature trees. TONS of sleeping space and lots of kind notes around the place to describe how to use things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great home!

We had a group of 7 adults staying in the home. There was plenty of room for us all. It is well furnished and very clean. A few things needed to be addressed and the host was quick to do so. I even left a necklace behind which she located and will be getting it back to me. Highly recommend this house if you want to stay in the midtown area.

Ladies weekend in ATL

Lots of space for our party of 6. Some things to know that were not super clear to me from the description: 1) all the single beds are actually a daybed and trundle bed combo, so we were lucky that our group had a couple of shorter members that were ok with it. 2) the bedrooms are all up at least one set of stairs. I have some slight mobility issues so that was hard on me, but not the fault of the location, just something to know. The actual space was clean, well stocked, good beds and ample space. Our group loved walking to Metro Fresh and Starbucks in the morning. Parking was easy, even across the street. All in all, great location for our group!

The house was spacious and beautiful. Not a lot of amenities but very clean. Host Amy was helpful and gracious. I would recommend to others. But there were 10 of us and age range was 55 - 75 years of age, way to many stairs to climb and carry luggage for older people. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Say thanks to Amy for us.

Atlanta weekend

The owners, Aaron and Amy were exceptionally helpful. The house is spacious but the configuration of the rooms is strange. Downstairs is a living room with 2 Murphy beds and a sleeper sofa in the kitchen area. There is a full bath on that floor. The second level has 2 bedrooms and they share a bath in the hallway. We couldn’t find the other two bedrooms. We communicated with Aaron and his wife, Amy. The master was behind two hidden doors on the second level. The bedroom was very spacious as was the bathroom. The ac did not work well in either of those rooms. There was a ceiling fan and a floor fan. I told Aaron and he said he would look into it. The fourth bedroom was on the third floor. There was a bathroom with only a toilet and sink……not to practical to have to go downstairs to shower. The house was filthy and the dishwasher was FULL of dirty dishes. There was urine on the floor next to the toilet on the second floor. Aaron did offer to clean it. He said their regular house keepers had a family emergency and sent someone else. There were crumbs on the carpets and the floor. Our granddaughter vacuumed the floors. The kitchen counters were filthy but just looking you could not tell because of the pattern of the granite. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken. As I said earlier, Aaron and Amy were very helpful but the house needs a lot of TLC

Clean and comfortable, great place!

Awesome place to stay while in Atlanta. Away from the hustle of downtown but close enough for us to take an uber or drive our cars to the convention center. We had a convention at GWCC and stayed 4 nights. This place had everything we needed in the kitchen for making meals just need to bring your own food, drinks, condiments. Bed in the master bedroom was very confortable. All areas were clean and neat. Lots of room for the 8 of us and enough bathrooms. There is another small kitchen in the upper loft room as well. There is a huge kitchen pantry and washing machine which we did not utilize. Easy access using door code which was helpful when we all had different schedules of coming in and out. Nearby to Trader Joe's and Starbucks. There are also a few restaurants such as Poke place and Mellow Mushroom. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was great in so many ways! The property was exactly what we expected. Parking can be a little tight, but street parking works out just fine.

Great property and excellent location

We were visiting for Emory's graduation and really enjoyed this property. Deceptively large, extremely clean, comfortable beds and a great location. Communication with the owners was also very easy and responses were nearly immediate. The hidden doors are great feature and gave everybody lots of privacy (but you do need to read the signs pointing out the hidden doors......which we failed to do the first night....long drive). Overall, a great house in a great location.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend!

Thank you, Amy for hosting us in your beautiful home! We were 8 ladies visiting Atlanta for a bachelorette weekend, and this place was perfect for us. There was ample sleeping space, the beds were VERY comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the decor was modern and welcoming. We also loved how everything was labeled and we didn't have to go searching for anything. This property is well maintained, very clean, and in a great location. The neighborhood is beautiful - within walking distance from Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and other local bars and restaurants. All of the major sites in downtown Atlanta are walkable, or a just a few minute Uber ride away. Highly recommend this gem! Can't wait to come back!
