Gorgeous Property - Great Location

We loved absolutely loved, loved, loved our time here. The place is gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable. Off-street garage parking was an added bonus. The location is fantastic. Easy walks to great restaurants and shops (and ice cream!) or just stroll in and around the beautiful neighborhood. The place is also nicely situated for a short drive to either downtown or Truist Park, depending upon your preference and schedule. My wife is already asking when we can go back for another stay! Thank you.

What a perfect mom getaway!

This is an absolutely adorable abode for a getaway. It’s so nicely decorated, the layout is so comfortable with several porches and big doors to open for fresh air. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds, great pillows, great bathrooms. Location was perfect to walk to nearby restaurants, and shops, there’s a grocery store one block away. The host was communicative and very helpful.I hope I get to stay here again someday!

Weekend visit

Excellent location. Very easy to check in with a real key! lol This home is very clean and neat. There are plenty of kitchen utensils if you would like to dine in or just make coffee in the morning. They have two coffee pots- keurig and drip which is very nice. Excellent light and airy place to stay.

very conveinent for us, as close to grocery store and our daughters house. Rugs on floor need to be taped or secured better. Lock box wasn't locked when we picked up key. would have been nice to know bedrooms where on the 3rd floor so we could have prepared better

Nothing short of an amazing host

Elizabeth and her sister (owners) were amazingly responsive and hospitable hosts. We were evacuated due to Hurricane Milton and drove throughout the night to Atlanta. Elizabeth checked in multiple times during the early morning hours until we arrived. Their home was centrally located, very comfortable for our family and fur babies. Truly wonderful hosts and property in the midst of what was difficult time. Thank you both!

Great place!

We loved the place! Very clean. Convenient to everything. Walking distance to many restaurants and even the grocery store. VRBO provided incorrect door code but property manager was easy to reach and provided correct code.

Visiting our son and wife’s birthday

We came to Atl to visit our son and celebrate my wife’s birthday with our kids. We had a blast, lots of close things to do and restaurants within walking or short Uber rides. The house was perfect for us as a launching pad. The house had everything we needed and the host was extremely gracious.

Perfect townhome, perfect location

The townhome was clean, spacious, and well cared for with nice balconies. It was in a fun neighborhood with lots of within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay! It was clean and I really appreciated the parking/garage access. It was a nice place to return “home” to after exploring the area. Property owner was responsive as well.

Clean and Convenient

Great location. Very clean property. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The decor was nice and the property had a ton of extra pillows and blankets. It was stocked well with emergency supplies like feminine products. The owner even thought to have a booster seat and potty seat available for our toddler! The property has been maintained well and was extremely clean. I never felt unsafe. The neighborhood was very nice with lots of people outside walking their dogs, with kids, etc. We did struggle after check out with technical difficulties in the process of paying for damages. VRBO’s customer service was impossible to work with but the owner worked diligently to refund us a charge that was mistakenly charged to our credit card. I would not recommend bringing your pet here. We were charged for damages to a bed frame and we still aren’t confident our dog caused the damage since it’s very out of character for her to chew on furniture. We did pay the charges for the damage since we couldn’t prove it wasn’t caused by us. Items that some may not prefer: 1. Lots of stairs which can be difficult for some to climb regularly. This home is not easily accessible for wheel chairs. 2. The Master bed was not comfortable. We had to add blankets to it to soften it up and it was still very very firm. 3. The thermostat (a smart one) kept resetting to eco settings and we had to continuously adjust it to stay comfortable. Good option for a small family.

Location is perfect!

We rented this townhouse so we could spend our first night having fun in Virginia Highlands. We walked to everything. Great pubs and restaurants there. We used Uber to go to a concert at Variety Playhouse the next night. Easy breezy! Townhouse was clean, has everything you need. Owner was great! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely townhouse

This property was clean, well equipped,tastefully designed and in a great location. It had everything you need and all items were of high quality. Host was professional and very courteous. I am so glad stayed here with my college bound son.
