It was amazing, relaxing, and we came for tumbler invasion. The cabin was onlt 13 mins from the convention center, so it was nice that we didn't have to go far for that. The hot tub was amazing and so nice to relax in.
Not the best place we've stayed but not the worst place either. Enjoyed it being off the beaten path. Furniture pretty dated, carpet needs stretching or replaced/removed, kitchen only stocked for 3-4 people. Large parking area.
Overall great location with nice views. Home is spacious enough for 4-8 people, but there are areas that need TLC. Cracked tile in master bath, broken drawers on the night stand, worn carpet that is rolling.
we went over the first week of April. It was warm outside but the widows didn't have screens on them and the air conditioning wasn't working. Maybe it wasn't set up to work yet. Over all we liked it
I was disappointed in the shape of the inside of the cabin. The carpet is dirty an coming up an the tile in the bathrooms is broken an loose. When we turned on the heat the fire alarm s went off so no heat.
We had a great time at the house. However, the hot tub had green scum throughout. It took four days for us to be able to use it clean. We had to call maintenance for several items including trash all over the backyard, missing lightbulbs and missing puck for the air hockey table. All items were solvable but it took several phone calls and days for the items to be completed.
First let me start by saying that the cabin served its purpose during our stay. We kept busy most of the time. At first entrance it was as pictured, but was immediately obvious that some furniture updates were needed. Both dining tables were outdated and damaged one of the seats wasnât even connected. The LR tv had at minimum 5-6 remotes and even our tech savvy kids couldnât figure out how to get the cable to turn on. The main bathroom shower was inoperable as the shower function wasnât there. And lastly communication with this cabins management was not the best. I sent several texts and messages with only one response to the heat going out. We are extremely thankful to some neighborhood cleaning gentleman who stopped and picked up our trash as we never got a response for a trash pick up, we were there for a week. To sum it up, the cabin is cute the drive up the hill is scary and if the owners/management had better communication and furniture up to date this reviews wouldâve been better.
The cabin was awesome, did need some work.
One toilet was broken I fixed, the ac went out I fixed, bathroom floor was falling through by the toilet along with a bunch of broken tiles I did not fix lol
Dirty carpet in the bedroom
Bed was broken, you sink in when you lay down. No toaster, no detergent for dish washer,, most pans and trays were put away dirty. No extra blankets. Doors were very hard to open and close almost impossible to lock
No grilling utensils. Slats on futon were broken. Nice air hockey table with no puck
TVs had DVD player not hooked up one remote with dead batteryâs
Now the good,,, the view was incredible, new bbq grill with 2 tanks of propane was nice. Hot tub was nice,, the cabin in whole was very nice inside, the wood inside was very nice located out of the way from downtown is really peaceful. Washer dryer combo is very nice to have,,, did I mention the view,,, amazing, rocking chairs were nice at night and in the morning, texted about a few problems and received an answer back very quickly.. will definitely return again
This will be our 3rd trip to Tennessee and many more to come, love it there. Thanks
The location is perfect; far enough away from the hustle n bustle of pigeon forge & gatlinburg but close enough to both. Abundant places to sleep, nice porch & literally walking distance to zip line
The property was not clean. It has several things that needs to be fixed. Window, outside trash can, broke furniture, broke tile, broke door. We contacted the management on our first day about door and they never came.
This is the perfect cabin to enjoy time away with the family. Plenty of space, well maintained, and quiet resort. Loved the hot tub and the air hockey table.
With one day of work and a few hundred dollars the place would have been great. Blinds didnât work, sink sprayer didnât work, no light in refrigerator and no door storage and no towel rack in bathroom
The cabin itself is nice with a good location. Amenities are old but work. Hot tub did not work and we had to call four times to get it serviced. The roof leaked while we were there.
Three of my (early teen) grandchildren, my sister and I ha the best family vacation on our trip to the Smoky Mountain area. My choosing of this cabin rental was an excellent choice. Still being in the wooded area on the mountain, it felt secluded, and still had a Mountain View on the front side. It had most everything we needed. The washing machine was a little too small to keep up with the five of us, so we took work home (Ha Ha)!! But it WAS worth it! Thanks VRBO and our Premier Host!
Super quick location close to restaurants and places we needed to visit also super private so we loved that we could hang out at the hot tub while kids played games and chilled upstairs with their air hockey table. Super comfortable stay and easy access to things. Thank you.
