Our stay at the cabin was awesome! It was everything we had expected, and more. Very clean, comfortable, warm and inviting. The hot tub on the porch was an added plus! PJ was a great host, very responsive friendly. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful retreat in the mountains!!

We had a great time! The cabin wasn’t too far off of everything we might need, but remote enough for us to be able to rest and enjoy the beauty of the Smokies. We loved the porch with the grill and the hot tub. Our kids (4 and 5) were sad to leave and asked that next time we stay a couple more nights. Communication with PJ was on top.

Perfect, tranquil spot but still easily accessible to the fun activities in Sevierville. Nice clean and updated amenities. We had a great and relaxing stay.

We had a great stay! Our GPS took us directly to the cabin and the check-in process was simple. We really enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub, pool table, Netflix, and extra cozy blankets. We had a beautiful view of the sunset while we grilled steaks on the back porch. The cabin was neat and tidy, and the bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries.

Wonderful small cabin

We were in town for my son to attend a Prospect Camp at University of Tennessee. This cabin was just what we needed. Close to everything but still felt secluded. Only complaint would be grill was missing knobs, so we couldn’t use it. Overrall we would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Our family had a great time staying at this cabin! The beds and futons were comfortable, and the kids loved the hot tub and pool table. The foldout couch wasn’t comfortable to sleep on and could use a few more covers for the futon and foldout couch. I would highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed our stay

The cabin was nice. We were disappointed that no firewood or ash bucket was provided for the fireplace. The fire pit also did not work. The pool sticks were broken, but the owner reimbursed us for new ones and gave a partial refund because of the issues.A privacy screen behind the hot tub would be nice. Overall, though, we had a great time.

Great for Tweens!

The game room was awesome for my 11-14YO and the hot tub was enjoyed by my 6-8YO. The cabin had a cozy feel and well decorated!

Beautiful cabin

Overall a great place to stay. Only issue was air conditioning that didn’t get resolved till Day 3. Couldn’t keep house below 77° we did have maintenance come out 2 nights in a row but thankfully by day 3 it was fixed with no more issues. Also might need to get more cooking pans etc, it was very limited. And we couldn’t locate a iron but did find a ironing board..

I will start off with the good. The cabin is nice and clean and located close to all the things you will want to do. There’s plenty of outdoor and indoor furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. The Bad. I had to call Vrbo to get my checkin info the host hadn’t sent me anything so I messaged them two days before check in and never heard anything back. I called Vrbo the day of check in and they got in touch with the host to get my check in info. When we arrived it was 77 degrees in the cabin and the thermostat was set in the 60’s I changed the thermostat to 70 and messaged the host who agreed they could get someone to look at it. It was pretty late so I told the host we would see what it looked like the next morning and I would message them back. The next morning it was apparent it was no better so I messaged the host and they said they’d get someone out. Communication was far and in between the rest of that day and no one ever came. It was 78 in the cabin that evening. The next day midday while we were out the host did say someone was coming to work on it. It was apparent someone had been there to check on it because when we left the blinds were open but when we got back they were all closed. It appeared that’s all that changed and it did nothing to help the temperature in the cabin. The vents were blowing cool air but it just didn’t keep up. The loft was naturally alot hotter than the ground level which is where the pool table is located.

We liked the cabin. Location was good. Loved the 2 bedrooms on one level. Our twin granddaughters really loved the hot tub outside. We were glad it was useable during the summer When we got there at 5pm, the thermostat was set on 70 but it was 81 inside the cabin and the "attic" smell was coming from the upstairs. From about 2pm until bout 10pm, the a/c was not adequate to keep the cabin comfortable for folks that are renting a place to stay for their vacation. There needs to be another return upstairs so that the a/c will be pulling from 2 directions instead of all that heat being pulled down to the return downstairs. If the a/c problem was fixed, we would rent this one again. It would b ideal for a winter rental.
