Loft en bois flotté ~ Seal Rock

Driftwood Loft est isolé et confortable, parfait pour une escapade romantique. Située au bout d'une rue sans issue, cette chambre, une salle de bain, offre les vues les plus spectaculaires sur Driftwood Beach et le nord de Seal Rock. Observez les tempêtes hivernales et les hautes marées côtières depuis le point de vue et le confort de Driftwood Loft. De nombreux types d'oiseaux marins locaux et migrateurs, ainsi que de phoques communs et de baleines, peuvent ��tre facilement observés pendant leur saison de migration à partir de cette maison. Accès direct à la plage par un chemin devant la maison, bien qu’un peu raide. (Une corde à main est fournie pour votre sécurité). Cuisine entièrement équipée avec espace repas à la table et au bar, tous les ��lectroménagers, y compris laveuse et sécheuse. TV / DVD dans le salon qui a également un canapé-lit queen. La chambre dispose également d'une télévision et offre une vue de la mer au-dessous de la fenêtre faisant face au nord. Parking pratique dans le garage.

Beautiful beach

We stayed here and enjoyed the smartly appointed furniture and decorations. This was the perfect size for a couple. The beach access was great. Just be careful on the trail to the ocean, it’s slippery when wet. Fun shell hunting to the north.

Entering this beach house was just like walking into a lovely private home, with tasteful art and furnishings, a well equipped kitchen, and a personal library worth an extended stay in it's own right. Everything was immaculate. The only design flaw was a less than perfect window over the ocean, with a television and a wall residing in the corner that would have provided the best sitting view of the beach and surf.

Amazing views and location!

My daughter and I took a quick adventure to the Oregon Coast. The home sits on a private lane and offers amazing views and direct access to the beach. The trail to the beach is a bit rough, but convenient. Home was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice cozy place with a tricky short walk to the beach. This home is down a quiet dead end road. It has lots of windows and a great view.. The home was clean and well stocked. The bed wasn’t bad, we slept well. We would stay here again, but not in the summer as the home gets very warm and there was no AC. We did find a fan in the garage and once the sun went down we were able to open all the doors and windows and start to cool things down. Our navigation system took us to the road right before or after (depending on your direction) the correct road to turn down. If you see more than one home before you get to the rental, you are on the incorrect road. Home is perfectly located and close to lots of fun activities. Thanks for a great visit!

40th anniversary getaway

Been coming to the Coast almost every year for previous family Vacations which included Anniversary celebrations and this VRBO rental was the best place we've been to! Only my spouse and I this time but we'll be back with our 2 sons next time, they love coming to the coast as well. Thanks for a wonderful memory!

Peaceful Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Driftwood Loft. It sits at the end of a quiet road off busy 101 but is secluded and peaceful. We never heard the sound of traffic, only the sound of the waves and the calls of the seabirds. The living quarters of the rental is on the second story, accessible by both outside and inside stairways. A lovely beach is accessible by going down a slightly steep incline right in front of the house. There is a rope hold but the path can be slippery. We were thrilled with the peace and the view, the furnishings and all the amenities of the rental. For those with mobility concerns, the stairs to the second story living quarters and the climb down to the beach may be a challenge. Otherwise, we highly recommend this rental for a peaceful get away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I literally looked for hours for a place to stay on the beach and this place did not disappoint! I needed a pet free place and I wanted it on the beach. This house being up on a bluff gave a spectacular view of the ocean compared to being at beach level. The water is closer than it looks in the pictures!! The privacy is fantastic! You can spend the day doing road trips north or south or just enjoying watching the water from comfortable swivel chairs. It was fantastic to walk out of the bedroom each morning to a full on view of the ocean. The path down to the ocean is steep for only a few steps. Kitchen was well stocked. The place was very clean.Having the garage to park in was great.A couple of notes...bring slippers or fuzzy socks because the floor is tile and cold. It makes for easy ckean up, though,so no worries! There isn't any extra cupboard space to stash your food, but we were able to make it work for an 8 day stay. Shopping is only 20 minutes away for whatever you need. The area is gorgrous and diverse. We definitely want to go back!
