The Space:

Perched right next to the Pacific Ocean, this beach retreat features modern updates paired with vintage coastal charm. Built in the 1960s, this classic home boasts expansive ocean views and easy access to the lovely sandy shore.



Wall-to-wall windows frame the living space and offer expansive ocean vistas. Enjoy the warmth from the fireplace and watch a movie on the TV with a DVD player. Promising hours of fun, the garage doubles as a game room with a ping-pong table and pop-a-shot basketball.



The well-equipped kitchen features updated appliances, including a double oven. Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the antique dining table set.



Sweet dreams await in the two bedrooms with the primary suite showcasing ocean views. A comfy sofa bed is topped with a memory foam mattress, and a bonus room provides additional sleeping space.



Sliding glass doors open to the oceanfront deck, complete with a large patio table and fenced yard. Fire up the gas grill and relax while you watch the sunset over the ocean. Enjoy direct beach access via a short path to the sandy shore.



The home’s oceanfront location offers expansive views of the waves crashing onto the Oregon coast. Catch a colorful sunset right from your living room.



Located just a few miles south of Waldport in the tranquil beach community of Wakonda Beach, this home is a beachcomber's delight. Easily access miles of flat, sandy beach for kite flying, seashell hunting, and evening bonfires. Or, drive 6 miles south to the delightful hamlet of Yachats.

Winter Stay

We spent three nights and enjoyed watching the waves all day. The beds are comfy and the layout of the house is roomy even with 4 adults and a toddler. Would love to stay again.

We loved and the dogs loved it!

Really nice place to stay! Being able to walk right out the back gate and easily get to the beach was a bonus! The view is amazing from the house & the fenced yard for the dogs was appreciated along with the doggie pick up station 😎

Love the view and direct access to the beach! We found the house to be homey and comfortable and appreciated that things in the house and cupboards are clearly labeled. There is plenty of seating, comfortable beds and the property was very quiet and peaceful.

We love this house! It's a great location and is well stocked. There were recent upgrades to the kitchen from when we last stayed here. The beach access is easy. Vacasa needs to do a better job cleaning between guests, but other than that it's a great home.

Great house in a fun area

We loved our stay, lots of things to do within 30 minutes. Excellent secure yard for bringing dogs. The private footpath to the beach is short and easy, we walked it barefoot from the house multiple times.

The house was very clean and felt very comfortable. We had need for nothing. The beds were very nice and we slept well. The kitchen was well supplied with just about anything and everything needed to cook your meals. Great place to stay and would do so again.

Waldport House

We love staying here. This is our second time. Although the decor is somewhat dated, the house is wonderful. The location is perfect...right on the beach with big front windows to view the waves. The house is comfortable and close to many Oregon Coast recreation areas.
