Aprox.1200 sqft single-level interior/ 3 bedrooms with King or Twin luxury beds / 2 full bathrooms / fully equipped gourmet kitchen/ highspeed WiFi throughout / Maintained central heat & air / tankless water heater for endless hot water / complete laundry facilities/ off street parking/ convenient to shopping, restaurants and highway from quiet neighborhood. Easily enter the home via the front door’s keyless entry with custom lock code. *Access to the home requires using 6 stairs to the front door, or 4 stairs in the garage or 4 stairs up the backyard deck.

Store your belongings in the charmingly restored dresser or walk-in closet with luggage racks. Luxury reigns in the en suite master bathroom with a double sink marble vanity with antique gold fixtures. Primp in front of the lighted and extendable makeup mirror. Cooking is a dream using the electric cooktop/oven with range hood, powerful microwave, oversize stainless sink and super-quiet garbage disposal. Enjoy the extensive equipment: serving ware, cookware, utensils, and numerous small appliances. The stocked Keurig coffee station lets you choose between brewing individual K-cups OR full carafes. Start your morning by choosing from a selection of coffees and a bevy of condiments. Tea lovers also have an electric kettle and a selection of black and herbal (non-caffeinated) tea bags.
Two complimentary laundry pods come with the convenient full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room behind a noise-softening pocket door. Steam iron and tabletop board and basket make things easier.
There’s plenty of hot water for everyone with the state-of-the-art tankless water heater. No running out of hot water if you're the last to shower.

The luxurious rear bedroom features tan and navy colors and a sumptuous Sealy Hybrid King mattress, 43” flat screen Smart television w/simple remote control, and charging stations (AC outlets and USB-A). Blackout curtains keep out the sunrise or lacey sheers allow light with privacy. The vintage English Gentleman's armoire, built circa 1960, has space for hanging and folded clothes.
A fully equipped workstation includes a desk, full-service 3-in-one wireless Epson printer, and more AC and USB-A outlets. The glass sliding door behind blackout curtains leads to an east-facing, petite, wood deck and large backyard lawn. Cheer on your own cornhole tournament or simply enjoy the fresh Tennessee air from the outdoor picnic table. * Please note, as the property is not fenced, we cannot accept pets. We do occasionally have wild rabbits run in the yard. See if you can spot those fluffy white tails.
The cheery third bedroom, with two Beautyrest Hybrid Twin mattresses, has a 32" flat screen Smart TV, charging stations (AC and USB-A outlets), ceiling fan and a walk-in closet with dresser and programmable hotel safe. Artwork of flowers and birds bring the outdoors to you. Adjustable blinds, overhead ceiling fan and table lamp offer varied lighting options.
Enjoy the custom decor pieces like the Haven Herd, our painting of adorned cattle that guests take selfies with or the ode to country music and ducks.
You can control the home's temperature with a climate controlled digital thermostat. In addition, each room has a ceiling fan with three speeds. Newer windows throughout allow Tennessee breezes through -just make sure to close them when leaving since our weather can change quickly.
This is a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING property throughout entire premises, inside and out.
Important safety features include: smoke and CO2 alarms throughout, radon mitigation system, fire extinguishers in every room, touchless Purell hand sanitizer, and flashlights throughout. Switches and other items are clearly labeled for ease of use.
Cleanliness is maintained to the highest industry standards with all high-touch points given particular attention and disinfection. A hand vac, upright vacuum and basic cleaning supplies are available for guest use during your stay. Monthly stays or longer do include a monthly basic clean and linen refresh at your convenience to ensure your enjoyment of the property for an additional $100.

The home’s spacious driveway leads to the 2 car garage and charming brick front of home. Up 6 stair steps, a west-facing front porch with bench welcomes you to a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset watching.
Access the home through the garage up four stair steps to a door that is also with keyless custom code. Garage door has a remote for your use during your stay.
Located just off the main thoroughfare on a charming cul-de-sac, Spring Hill Haven has grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping less than two minutes away. Our neighborhood is on the northern edge of Spring Hill near the town of Thompsons Station. Historic Franklin is only a 15-minute commute to the north. Downtown Nashville is 40 minutes north, and the charming village of Columbia is approximately 20 minutes south.
There's lots to see and do within a short distance. Feel free to ask for host recommendations for activities or restaurants. As a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, we are knowledgable about area businesses, growth and opportunities.
Whether you're new in town or have local family and friends, the Haven can be your home base in Spring Hill. Many of our guests love returning each year.

Within its 1200 square feet, the home’s dĂ©cor is designed to make it feel spacious and accommodating. Each room has its own colorful flair while maintaining a cohesive style. Recently renovated, Spring Hill Haven has beautiful new windows, bathrooms, kitchen, and furnishings, all selected for the utmost comfort.
The Haven is perfectly located a block off the main thoroughfare for traveling convenience, but still feels secluded in a charming neighborhood of brick homes. You can relax in a “small town” atmosphere, and, when you want it, still have access to all the history of Franklin and the excitement of Nashville. Being south of the 840 and west of the 65, this northern end of Spring Hill makes an excellent home base to explore this growing community. The home is situated in Williamson County while having easy access to neighboring Maury and Davidson counties.
