Spacieuse maison de deux chambres au coeur de Los Ranchos. Grande cuisine et salle à manger pour se divertir. La propriété est située sur un terrain de sorte qu'il y a beaucoup d'espace pour garer vos gros véhicules ou vos remorques. La propriété est située à un pâté de maisons des pistes cyclables et des sentiers de randonnée du Rio Grande. Deux vélos sont disponibles pour votre usage. Il y a un joli patio avec suffisamment d'espace pour que vous puissiez profiter du son de l'espace ouvert.

Si vous êtes ici pour le travail, il existe un bureau séparé avec une imprimante pour votre usage. Un lieu idéal pour organiser une réunion si vous en avez besoin.

Deux chambres, l’une avec un lit queen avec un coin salon et une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre a un lit king avec une salle de bain juste à l'extérieur de celui-ci. Il y a deux canapés pour un couchage supplémentaire ou un matelas pneumatique peut être installé dans la salle de jeux sur demande. Cette chambre dispose également d'une salle de bains à proximité.

Don’t stay here…if you want just an average place.

If you are looking for an average VRBO to flop in, then skip this one. This place is amazing. Spacious, clean, well appointed, perfectly located. And there’s a sweet dog. And chickens. And goats. And beautiful walks along the acequia and the bosque (which if you don’t know what those are Google them or stay at a hotel in New Mexico instead because this is #NMTrue). Please only stay here if you appreciate good people who treat their guests right and who trust you to care for their beautiful place like it’s yours. And only if you will. We cannot wait to come back.

Very comfortable and pleasant environment

We stayed for three nights for the Balloon Festival and we had a very nice time. The location is conveniently located by shops and the event center where the Balloon Festival was held.

Family gathering to welcome our new family addition

Great hosts, 3 separate areas for family to interact and gather…beautiful yard & garden. Visiting family (nearby in NM), we’re able to visit and enjoy the jacuzzi and s’mores at the outdoor fire pit. Kevin & Wendy were gracious and welcoming.

Wonderful stay

We loved everything about our stay. The house is beautiful, you feel like you're staying at a friend's house. Lots of amenities that make cooking easier. The location is great because you are right in the middle of Albuquerque whether you are going to the east side or west side of town. Wendy was a wonderful host!

perfect for our family, so comfortable and well equipped!

My husband and our three young adult sons met my sister and her three similarly aged kids, both of us driving many hours to meet in between. Wendy and Kevin could not have been more gracious -- the house is fully equipped and VERY comfortable. The kitchen is stocked better than my own kitchen with every tool or gadget or spice etc you might need. Because of our group size, Wendy left out three very nice double air mattresses and some folding tables and chairs. We also enjoyed fresh eggs from their hens and watching their goats play in the backyard enclosure. The hot tub was always toasty and very nice on a cold winter night. There are good walking trails along the canals and river within 2 blocks, and they allowed us to borrow their 2 bikes. (One bike was much slower than the other, so assign that one to the stronger rider.) The location is excellent for seeing the sights in Albuquerque or for a 1 hr trip to the Santa Fe area. We went to the ABQ Atomic museum and Petroglyph Natl Monument, as well as to Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Bandolier Natl Monument during our week. Around the corner from the house is "The Ultimate Ninja Gym" which is great fun for Parkour, obstacle courses and the like. Also very near is Fiber Arts on 4th which offers weaving classes--wish we had seen them before our last day as I think we would have enjoyed. The property is dog friendly, though we mostly brought my sister's three little dogs with us on outings. LOVED OUR STAY. Thank you!

ABQ Adventure!

We had a wonderful stay at the Los Ranchos property. There were two couples staying with plenty of room to spread out. I loved the décor and all of the amenities. Wendy and Kevin were gracious hosts. The location put us very close to everything we enjoyed...golf, gambling, and sightseeing. Thanks for a terrific stay! Happy Adventurers from East Texas

Family friendly

The property was beautiful and the host was extremely accommodating. The kids loved seeing the chickens and even collecting the eggs. The walking trail nearby was a highlight, for sure! Our only confusion was that the picture that showed two beds in one room was really two air mattresses. They were really nice air mattresses, though.

One of my best VRBO experiences

I've stayed in dozens of rentals on VRBO & other platforms, and this one really stands out. The home is in great condition, well appointed and stocked with everything. Kevin & Wendy were excellent hosts -- I barely knew they were present on the property, but when we needed something, they responded immediately. Beds are cozy, kitchen is as well-stocked as any rental I've ever enjoyed, and everything is clean and works well. There's even a ton of outdoor space, including a hot tub, a grass lawn, and plenty of cozy seating. Just loved staying there, and we were sad to leave.

perfect house for a family

My husband, my teenagers and I had a wonderful stay at Kevin and Wendy's spacious home. Everyone had their own bathroom, which was probably the highlight for my teens--ha! We weren't exactly sure what the property looked like from the pictures, but it was typical of the neighborhood and felt like a little urban farm. My kids loved the chickens and the family dog (the owners made sure to ask if we were okay with the dog being out), and there were many cozy little outdoor spots around the house for reading and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub every night under the stars, and I enjoyed a cup of coffee outside every morning. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and conveniently located for exploring the city (you'll need a car). Wendy was friendly and responsive, and everything went smoothly. Lovely home, lovely owners, lovely stay. Thank you!

Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable

Kevin and Wendy have taken the time to think of everything. All of our questions were answered quickly and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. Before we arrived Wendy gave us all the important details about the Balloon Fiesta. As promised she left us lawn chairs and a lawn blanket to take to the the fiesta, which we used both days. We were so disappointed to not get the opportunity to enjoy the fire pit and make smores (all makings set out in 4 individual kits on the kitchen counter). Very nice addition! The home is beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture. This is a very well thought out vacation rental, they have thought of everything and have kept guests comfort in mind throughout the whole process. Thank you Kevin and Wendy for a truly enjoyable stay!

Older Compound in Need of Repairs

We booked an extended stay at this home to stretch our time in New Mexico and visit family in the area. Some in our party needed to work during the week, so it was disappointing that the pictures advertised a nice work space but there was none when we arrived. Additionally, like many homes in ABQ, the house did not have air conditioning and instead had a swamp cooler. When the temps reached 100+ outside the house was HOT. We couldn't get it cooler than mid-80s. Thank goodness one of the rooms had an A/C unit in the window; our children were pretty warm going to bed. When I originally read this listing, it noted that the owners were on the property, and I did not realize this meant their house was attached to the part of the home in which we stayed. They were quiet and considerate of our space, but it was surprising. What was more surprising is that there is another little rental casita also attached to the home with an entrance just steps away from our own. Three attached homes total in this compound. That was not indicated in the rental description. In all, after a hot, uncomfortable stay in a house with space in need of repair (including extremely creaky floors), we left early for home.

Best Place in Albuquerque

How do I begin? First of all, the house is much, much larger than the pictures would make you think. Second, there are many extras provided that you don’t see in others VRBO’s. We’ve stayed at over 20 and very few will have all the extra paper towels, napkins, aluminum foil, sandwich and gallon sized ziplocks, staples like sugar, butter, flour, all kinds of spices, plenty of toilet paper, even a whole cabinet of disposable plastic storage containers for your leftovers! There’s a home office, a large yard and fire pit with wood provided, a whole extra living area downstairs where my son and son-in-law played guitar hero for hours! The beds were amazingly comfortable. So much so, that my son now wants a new bed after being spoiled by the awesome one he slept in - Thanks, Wendy and Kevin! Ha! Plenty of room for parking and having friends visit- we pulled a trailer and there was still ample room for several vehicles! And speaking of vehicles - ours broke down while we were there. Bad news, right? My husband is a mechanic but without tools we were going to be forced to have the vehicle towed and wait on a shop mechanic to get to it, thereby delaying our departure. VRBO owners Kevin and Wendy came to our rescue! Wendy had a friend who had expertise and Kevin had tools we could use! We were up and running shortly and were able to leave the city on schedule. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Oh yes I can - it’s also really easy to get to and a quick jaunt to the highway or coffee shops, great places to eat - just easy, convenient roads and driving to make your visit relaxing. Oh my gosh! Almost forgot to mention the bikes - we had such fun on the Paseo del Basque trail that runs parallel to the Rio Grande and is only a block away!! This trail is 16 miles long, but another river trail starts where it ends for another few miles. Such beautiful scenery. The weather was perfect when we were there- 70-80* and sunny. And the bikes were provided for us - amazing:)) Don’t hesistate even a moment on this place! It’s easy access to anywhere in the city you need or want to be and will fulfill every need you have while staying there. Oh- and thanks Wendy and Kevin for the New Mexico cookies and Piñon coffee awaiting us upon our arrival!!

It couldn't have been more perfect for us!

We had our whole immediate family with us (ages: 7, teenagers, our adult children, and us seniors, lol), 9 in total. We came together from different parts of the country. This house couldn't have worked out better for us. Kids could be together and noisy in the lower level while we were in the large kitchen visiting and cooking. Three bedrooms and baths were great for our 3 families. Yard perfect for our 2 grand puppies. After hiking and sight seeing we could come back and cook on the grill and use the hot tub. Just can't say enough how nice it was! Wendy and Kevin were very easy to talk/work with. Would love to return sometime.

Good old days revisited

Growing up we would visit Albuquerque twice a year from AZ. Hadn’t been back in several years. Decided to take a trip back and reminisce with my mother, sister, brother and his wife. Didn’t want to stay in a hotel so decided to chose a VRBO. This was a nice, clean and comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Great outdoor space, clean comfortable

Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful home. Private. Had everything we needed. Nice touches. Really enjoyed family gathering in back yard with plenty of space for all. Would definitely stay again. The third bedroom is a little far from the bathroom but still works.

Perfect setup for extended family

The rental included the use of a large fenced garden for our grandson, washer and dryer and multiple lounging spaces. The owners also supplied a crib for the baby. They made sure we had everything we needed.
