With Security Deposit Waiver, accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it is specifically excluded such as but not limited to smoking inside the unit, intentional damage. pet damage, and willful violations of house Rules. Guest is responsible for damage not covered by the damage waive and for amounts exceeding $3,000. Final claims subject to approval from underwriter. • Guest must complete Check In Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No smoking on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind.
• No parties or events
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• Must obey house Occupancy Limits.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it. If lock smith is required guest will pay locksmith bill.
• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.

Covid and other Communicable Diseases Restrictions

• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
