The location was perfect. Great proximity to all the restaurants and night life. Great walks by the cliffs and can hear the waves from the front door. Cable box was a bit challenging.

The interior accommodations were nice. Be mindful that the property sits at the top of long stairs. After a day at the beach or away those stairs are not friendly. They do provide parking a little walk away otherwise trying to park on the street is a challenge because they are usually taken especially on the weekend. It was our first visit to the area so we weren’t prepared.

We had an excellent stay! For those unfamiliar with the area the beaches near this property are not great for swimming and lounging as they are home to the sea lions and seals, which was so cool to see! In terms of proximity to town this property was in the perfect spot, just on the edge of town so not too loud but easy to walk to bars/restaurants/anything you could possibly want! Parking on the streets nearby was easy during the week, a little more crowded on the weekends, we never had to use the garage spot provided with booking. The host was great with communication, we ran out of laundry detergent while we were there and they had some brought to use promptly! Check in and check out were easy.

Everything about our rental experience was excellent. In addition to being in the perfect location for shopping and dining, we enjoyed a comfortable and clean living space. Host communication was excellent as well.

This was a great place except for the noisey early dumpster activity. Everything else was great, and we were happy to be there.

The cottage was in a great location with great light and as clean as other reviews commented. The only reason I gave an ok on the communication with the host was because a bedroom blind was stuck up on my first night. In their manual it had an email to contact if any needs. I emailed asking how to lower it and never received a reply. I googled and did get it down. Definitely, I would stay there again. Quiet, the location and clean were my priorities and it did not disappoint. The reviews explaining the on the entry code and to unload off of Prospect were extremely helpful.

Four Day Getaway

Property was perfectly located right near LaJolla cove. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Property was perfect for the two of use. Great walks to the beach and along the bluffs.

Great Location and very clean place

Great place to stay. It's only steps from restaurants and all that the area has to offer. My brother lives in Bird Rock, so I'm sure we'll want to rent it again in the future.
