Kayadon 1 est considĂ©rĂ© comme un chalet de plage unique bien Ă©quipĂ© de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain utilisant un concept Ă  aire ouverte. Nous aimons le considĂ©rer comme une chambre 1. 5, comment avez-vous une demi-chambre, demandez-vous? L'espace de vie Ă©largi peut ĂȘtre sĂ©parĂ© par un mur coulissant pour plus d'intimitĂ© afin de faire une demi-chambre avec un lit escamotable en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire de forme et un placard. La cuisine comprend tous les nouveaux appareils et fenĂȘtres en acier inoxydable qui s'ouvrent pour crĂ©er une salle Ă  manger intĂ©rieure / extĂ©rieure pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  six personnes. Servez votre famille et vos amis, tout comme un bar de plage local. Le grand salon extĂ©rieur a beaucoup de siĂšges confortables pour regarder et apprĂ©cier la brise fraĂźche de l'ocĂ©an. Pour la soirĂ©e, le feu de camp et les plafonniers Ă©clairent la chaleur et l'ambiance. Le chalet est situĂ© sur le boulevard La Jolla. qui est actif pendant la journĂ©e, mais calme la nuit. Si vous ĂȘtes une personne qui a le sommeil extrĂȘmement lĂ©ger, nous fournissons des appareils de sonorisation pour chaque chambre. Kayadon 1 dort 4 dans des lits; selon la proximitĂ© de votre groupe, vous pourrez peut-ĂȘtre installer 1 personne de plus sur le canapĂ©. Gardez Ă  l'esprit, ce sera confortable! This place has everything I was looking for: a Firm Mattress, good internet, clean and well-maintained, good water pressure with plenty of hot water, and a great neighborhood. I was traveling for work, and plan to be back in the area frequently. I will rebook here whenever I find it available.

This property went beyond our expectations! The outdoor patio was so nice to relax on anytime of day or night. Very walkable neighborhood close to everything. We can’t wait to stay here again. Oh, and I never leave review but this property deserves one.

We loved our stay here. Great little cottage close to the beach and need a few restaurants. Comfy beds and nice kitchen fully stocked with all cooking items. Second room had a murphy bed and can slide dining room table out to the way. We loved that the place came with parking in the driveway as well as beach stuff like towels,chairs and umbrellas! Would recommend for a couple getaway or small family.

Relaxing getaway

La Jolla was a great getaway. The weather was perfect, so much to do and good places to eat. This property was the perfect place to stay to enjoy it all. I am already planning on booking my next stay!

Overall, our stay was disappointing. The good: convenient location close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Pretty area.The not so good: The seat cushions of the outdoor furniture were not clean. The grill was not clean and appeared to be in disrepair. The bedroom TV did not work.

Great stay, nice property, huge patio area, a few blocks from the beach. Around a 15 minute walk to downtown La Jolla. Would come back. A small problem arose and it was resolved extremely well, we were impressed. It’s on one of the main roads through La Jolla, so there is traffic out front, but if you like to keep the windows open, the owner provided noise machines-which worked great for us. Secondary pull out bed worked super well for our third guest. Private laundry is super handy. Kitchen is beautiful. Love the indoor/outdoor interface set up, which is what I love about coastal Southern California so it was great to be able to enjoy it fully. It has all you need in an ideal location! And, communication with the owner and manager when needed was stellar. I’m impressed.

Fabulous!!!!!

Hosts were very very welcoming. Check- in was very easy. This property is very high end everything was tasteful all of the kitchen appliances and laundry facilities were wonderful, we lacked for nothing. We loved the yard, the pup loved the secure yard and met many neighbors and their dogs. I neighborhood was wonderful and everyone we talked to were friendly and proud of their community.Bottom line is we will be returning for many more vacations. Sorry no pictures, we just don’t take a lot of photos.

Wonderful family-friendly stay!

This cottage is an excellent place to explore the sights of San Diego and the beautiful beaches of La Jolla. Fun restaurants, shops, and coffee spots are within walking distance, and the owners are very communicative. I highly recommend it!

Very clean, walkable to ocean, Bird Rock, and downtown La Jolla

My mom, 9 year old daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was small but with good use of the space. Yard was fenced in, well-manicured, and patio furniture clean to use outdoor space comfortably.

Great cottage!

We loved our 4 night stay at this cottage! It was immaculately clean and designed smartly. They made efficient use of the space and it was perfect for our family of 3. My daughter enjoyed the murphy bed and the cantina window! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The welcomeBottle of rosĂ© was a nice touch! Beautifully kept grounds. Location was pretty convenient and while there was some noise from the main road, it was pretty quiet at night. I would highly recommend this rental if you’re a couple or small family looking for somewhere to stay in La Jolla!

Cute cottage in a great location

My family and I loved staying in this sweet cottage. It’s centrally located with easy access to lots of great places in San Diego and La Jolla, including the beach just a short walk away. The cottage had everything we needed and was sparkling clean. Communication was great too! We’ll be back!

I am so happy to offer my wonderful property to singles, couples and families! After my husband lost a 5 year battle to cancer, I decided to move from Louisville, KY back to sunny Southern California where I was raised. I bought the Kayadon cottages with a vision to provide an upbeat beachy vibe to vacationers who like to be in the thick of it all! So, I took all my energy and oversaw every detail. I wanted the cottages to be somewhere I would stay. My husband and I have traveled the world and I know what it takes to be comfortable. But honestly, you can't get it all perfect. So, let me share with you the things you should know to make your stay memorable. Where to eat, how to cut down on street noise, the best way to get to the beach, what hours you can take your pet to the beach off leash, etc. I'll share what I know and you can educate me as you learn fun facts, too!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

You are truly at a beach bungalow. Hop on your bikes to take a cruise around the neighborhood or to the beach, village or nearby restaurant. The Cottages are well equipped with plenty of movies, games and books. Relax inside or watch the people and the cars go by while sitting on the front porch. It's fun to strike up a conversation with a local as there is plenty of foot traffic heading to the beach. If you're looking for a secluded location, this is not the place for you!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Kayadon Cottages are small and cozy but efficient with every nook and cranny utilized. The front yard is large and faces La Jolla Blvd. giving guests easy access to everything San Diego has to offer. The house is equipped with all modern amenities and was just newly renovated in 2015.
