Avec un couchage pour 5 personnes et une chambre pour 1 de plus, le cottage de vacances «Windward on the Gulf» est idéal pour les familles qui cherchent à profiter du soleil de Floride tout en plongeant leurs pieds dans le sable à quelques pas de leur maison! Non seulement l’hébergement confortable est-il juste à côté de la plage, mais il se trouve également à quelques pas des restaurants et des magasins!

Si vous cherchez une unité de charme à quelques pas de la plage, ce chalet entièrement rénové est exactement ce que vous devriez rester! Entrez dans le «Windward on the Gulf», bordé de carreaux de porcelaine italienne, pour vous retrouver entouré d’un décor côtier moderne, de meubles somptueux et de cette atmosphère de vacances!

Déposez vos sacs et installez-vous sur le canapé confortable après votre journée de voyage. Regardez un spectacle sur la télévision par câble à écran plat pendant que le chef de la famille se dirige vers la cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en quartz pour préparer un repas copieux!

Préparez votre repas sous forme de buffet au bar du petit-déjeuner, puis préparez-vous à prendre votre repas à la table à manger. We had the best time; the rental was very clean and well decorated. Only a few minutes to the water. Fully stocked. Best Vacation Ever!

The cottage is immaculate, adorable, and has everything you need! It includes all the comforts of home and everything you need for the beach. The home is located near restaurants, shops, attractions. Yet, the beach doesn’t get too crowded and is just steps from the door. Be sure to try the alligator at Crabby Bills and the ice cream at IRB Creamery.

Perfect location

Great space so close to the beach all the extras you may need cooler, chairs, umbrellla! Only issue all week was the water pressure was none existant. Very easy to overlook in such a great place! Would definately stay there again!

Wonderful Beachfront Vacation

Rhina and Jim were lovely hosts and communicated everything about their property accurately, in fact the location was even better than I anticipated! I loved sitting on the porch where I could see the water, when we needed a break from the beach. The weather was impeccable, in the 80’ for an April Vacation getaway. I especially loved that there were all the beach supplies we could want, and the dining recommendations were great too! Thanks again for having us and would love to stay at your property the next time we visit Indian Rocks Beach!

Jim is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Tampa 25 years ago looking for better weather to raise his family. He enjoyed outdoor activities and worked in the Hospitality business for 25 years. Actually he works in the Real Estate Business along with his wife Rhina.
Rhina is from D.R. and as a Caribbean girl she grew up on the beach and enjoyed so many family activities around the water.
Jim knew that in order to keep his wife happy he has to bring her back close to the beach. As they say "Happy Wife.. Happy Life".

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Jim & Rhina bought this property in June 2018.
Why J&R choose IRB? We have been looking for a place for years along the coast in the Tampa Bay area and we couldn't find anything that filled our expectations. We knew that we wanted something in the Indian Rocks Beach area due to the "Old Florida" beach style. It's very friendly, laid back, not over crowded and offers you that special feeling that makes Indian Rocks Beach unique. As soon as we saw this property it was love at first sight.
