Newly renovated older cottage that had almost everything we needed for a great vacation.there we a couple of annoyances that we could have done without but overall a very pleasant stay.

Best Vacation Ever!

The cottage is immaculate, adorable, and has everything you need! It includes all the comforts of home and everything you need for the beach. The home is located near restaurants, shops, attractions. Yet, the beach doesn’t get too crowded and is just steps from the door. Be sure to try the alligator at Crabby Bills and the ice cream at IRB Creamery.

Wonderful Beachfront Vacation

Rhina and Jim were lovely hosts and communicated everything about their property accurately, in fact the location was even better than I anticipated! I loved sitting on the porch where I could see the water, when we needed a break from the beach. The weather was impeccable, in the 80’ for an April Vacation getaway. I especially loved that there were all the beach supplies we could want, and the dining recommendations were great too! Thanks again for having us and would love to stay at your property the next time we visit Indian Rocks Beach!

Excellent from start to finish

Very clean and nicely located beach condo that has more of a cottage feel than a condo. No stairs or elevators, nicely decorated, beach chairs, umbrella, etc provided, and owners have taken steps to make their renter’s experience easy and pleasant. We used to visit Clearwater Beach in the 90’s, but since then have stayed at IRB many times over the years. It’s quieter and feels like our 2nd home. Recommend!!

Nice place to stay close to beach

Property was as pictured. Comfy place was able to get to the beach in about a minute. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Was nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Water pressure was a little low in bathroom sinks, but ok elsewhere. We really enjoyed our two week stay. Games were available in cabinets. Would stay here again.

Incredible!

Our family (including a 3yo and 4yo) had an amazing time here! The quick walk to the beach made it easy to bring what we needed and even run back when we forgot something! The house was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, showering, and laundry. It was very clean and the hosts provided clear and thorough instructions for everything. We will be back! Thank you! I highly recommend this place!

This cottage has ABSOLUTELY everything g you need- simply bring your clothes and you are ready for vacay! Tons of beach toys, chairs umbrellas, floats, beach towels etc. owners have thought of everything. The location is literally steps to the beach. There is not a view from the rim but within several steps you can see it. Awesome neighbor lady that was very helpful and welcoming. We had one small issue and the owner was super quick to respond. I cannot say enough good things about this cottage. You will not be disappointed! Awesome place!!!!

Fun at the beach

We had a great time. The location is great. Literally steps from the beach. The condo was clean and has all the beach items you could need/want. My poor husband had a difficult time sleeping in the bed. Once both of us were in the bed, you would roll to the middle. I slept just fine :)

Very close to beach

Overall very good stay. The condo is very close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. We did not rent a car while we were there so we utilized the trolly and Ubers. It would have been easier to have a car but if you are trying to save money you can make do without one. The place was very clean and had plenty of towels and linens. It was very convenient to have laundry in the unit as well. The beach was not very crowded for July.

Family Beach Trip

From the minute we walked thru the door, we felt like we were at home. The space was fantastic and the proximity to the beach was excellent. Everything you needed to enjoy your vacation was at your fingertips. The hosts always answered quickly if I had a question prior to arriving. Jim is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Tampa 25 years ago looking for better weather to raise his family. He enjoyed outdoor activities and worked in the Hospitality business for 25 years. Actually he works in the Real Estate Business along with his wife Rhina.
Rhina is from D.R. and as a Caribbean girl she grew up on the beach and enjoyed so many family activities around the water.
Jim knew that in order to keep his wife happy he has to bring her back close to the beach. As they say "Happy Wife.. Happy Life".

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Jim & Rhina bought this property in June 2018.
Why J&R choose IRB? We have been looking for a place for years along the coast in the Tampa Bay area and we couldn't find anything that filled our expectations. We knew that we wanted something in the Indian Rocks Beach area due to the "Old Florida" beach style. It's very friendly, laid back, not over crowded and offers you that special feeling that makes Indian Rocks Beach unique. As soon as we saw this property it was love at first sight.
Some properties in Indian Rocks Beach are outdated but this one was totally renewed providing that fresh look that invites you to stay there forever. Also the convenience of this location that is just 50 steps away from the sandy beach and at the same time walking distance to local restaurants, shopping centers, bars, and everything that this beach town has to offer.
