Sea Isles Unit P - Beach Front! Private Elevator!

Happy to hear you had a nice stay aside from the bed. The condo is great and the area is lovely! I will be contacting you by phone to get more details about the bed as I have not gotten any complains about the mattress until now, thanks for bringing this up to my attention. This is an update: Mattress has been changed, new plush matress has been installed. Hopeyou come visit us again!

Hi Terri! I'm sorry you had that issue, I think the setting keeps getting switched with each guest that's been coming recently. Didn't know you experienced the same. I checked with the current guest and they seem to be ok so I'll make a note to make sure everyone has the correct input on the tvs. You were a great guest and left our condo in great shape, would love to host you again!

I'm extremely surprised to read this as we asked you if everything was satisfactory and you said yes. Did not mention anything about the unit being dirty, I did not see any goop anywhere we need a little touch up paint and will be done when the current long term guest leaves in March who actually message me " after settling in the condo Eileen did a really good job " Eileen is the person assigned to Sea isles this month. We also checked in the other 4 units next door and no one complained about those. We leave 8 bath towels in the unit, 5 hand towels and 5 wash clothes, along with beach towels and the beach chairs have been updated but not enough for the amount of people you ended up having at the unit unfortunately, it's important to disclose the amount of guest when you do a booking but we accommodated as we could. We leave two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, bath soap, paper towels and dish washing liquid. We don't provide daily towels like a hotel but we have a full size very nice washer and dryer that's a year old. The tvs are working fine, we had an issue last year and a cable box had to be changed but nothing recently so again I wish we would have been made aware because we do have staff that comes out to help guest with electronics and anything that can come up. I'm really sorry your experience was not satisfactory but we do try to take care of anything within our units and we do hope guest communicate their concerns so we can fix anything that might arise during their stay. As far as the payment you had the link and I know you had some type of trouble using the computer so the link was re-sent several times until you were finally able to do it. Because of covid we have a very flexible cancelation policy and we don't take a full payment right away, most people appreciate that and are grateful for the flexibility. Wish you well Jackie.

Hi Doris! Thanks for bringing those up to my attention I didn't know until I just read the review and if I would have known sooner I would have sent my cleaner back out again. I got the tvs working but there seems to be an issue with spectrum connecting recently. I'll check with each just to make sure. Hi Mary, I spoke with my cleaners about this as we have fresh linens done after every stay and this is not acceptable. I did check on your stay while you were here and wished that was mentioned then, on the Thursday 5 days after the stay you said everything was perfect. Also didn't hear you say anything about the elevator to me, but the fire department shuts those down as procedure when the alarm is called. It looks like it was due from tenants holding ther door open too long and caused it to need a reset. It was back on shortly after.
