Magnifique penthouse de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains sur le golfe à Regency Isle. Cette unité offre une vue sur le golfe depuis le grand balcon privé avec de nombreux sièges. Il y a un roi dans la suite principale avec une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire jacuzzi, d'une douche séparée et d'une double vasque. La 2ème chambre dispose d'un lit king size, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un lecteur DVD et d'un accès à la salle de bain. La 3ème chambre a un lit Queen, TV à écran plat, lecteur DVD et salle de bain privée.

Cette unité dispose de hauts plafonds, sols carrelés, comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable, un bar avec machine à glaçons, un canapé-lit, une grande télévision à écran plat. Il y a aussi une laveuse et sécheuse et Wifi gratuit.

Perfect Family Beach Trip!

This was our best vacation ever. The condo was just as described and absolutely what we were looking for. Plenty of space and bathrooms with beautiful views. We ended up staying an additional night as this place was just to perfect to leave. I highly recommend!!!

Everything was first rate and was one of the best condos we have rented in the nine winters we have been coming to the Gulf Coast. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked just as described in the amenities. Too often this is not the case. The location allowed easy drives to Pensacola, OWA and the Tanger Outlet Mall. The hosts left a welcome basket which was delightful surprise. They were in contact via text to see if everything was satisfactory. We are returning to this unit next year.

Good location but needs updates

BAD: Living room sofa and love seat needs to be replaced, no support. All mattress need replacing, very broken down. Everything was clean except floors. GOOD: everything else good. Well equipped. Nice pools and grills. UGLY: This is a 3 bedroom condo. Renters be aware only 2 couples can stay. They make you park the 3 car 4 miles away.

Girls Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great getaway with all the ladies from work. Condo was very nice. Balcony was small. Only complaint was with cleaning service. Condo was equipped to sleep 8. They left plenty of towels, but only 3 wash clothes. Asked for more, but never received any. Also paid for extra parking pass, but was overlooked. When called about needing pass, was told I would have to come pick up. Not a problem if I was told from beginning, but since it was Liquid Life's error thought they should have delivered to us.

Very poorly maintained by the Liquid Life Company

We had 5 adults on our visit. Although we were happy initially with the condo and the amazing views, we quickly became unhappy with the property. Two lights were out in the bathroom of the master suite. The floors were filthy, the area rugs in the master bedroom were very dirty and apparently unwashed for some time. The silverware had very hard remnants of leftover food on them! We had to handwash our dishes before using them. There was a lot of dust under one of our guests beds, there was only 4 coffee cups in this condo! The washing machine didn't work, the toilet in one of the bathrooms never stopped flushing. They did send out a repair man one hour before we left. They did drop off more coffee cups for us the following morning. They offered to send out a cleaning crew, but we really didn't want them underfoot on day two of our 3 day trip and were not prepared to leave the room for a length of time. Totally unacceptable conditions. A total shame that the condo was very pretty but filthy. I would highly recommend a change of management in the maintenance of this property. We have stayed in other condos on the property and have been very happy with our stay. This one was very disappointing. It is hard to give it any other rating.

2022 Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Regency Isle every year for family reunion. First time in unit 1202. Prefer end unit, but was happy in this unit also. Little less square footage. Like having the pantry. End units have zero pantry.Biggest plus to this unit was 2 reserved parking spaces and beach chair rental paid for the week. Really not sure why unit has 2 reserved parking spaces and we still had to pay extra for one space????Overall we had a great week. Thanks

Great for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our group of 2 families with 4 kids. A very short walk to the beach, 2 free beach chairs and an umbrella for our entire stay, and both an indoor and outdoor pool made all of our days easy and enjoyable regardless of weather or water conditions. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The design of the balcony makes it kind of stuffy and humid, but turning the fan on easily fixes that issue, and the adults tended to eat breakfast outside to enjoy the quiet sound of the morning waves. Even though the complex seemed to be fully booked, the beach was never too crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful Condo and Property Facilities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was clean and fresh. Beautiful views and space for our family. Furnishings were comfortable and all supplies needed were available. The beach chair and umbrella...what a plus! We used the pool and the picnic/grilling area and grassy plot for bean bag toss. Lovely. My only complaint is that the rental staff Overcharged us during the year-long process of postponing and then needing to change unit due to previous owners leaving the rental agency. New unit and new date after covid left us with a loss of $98 dollars and a staff that was rather rude in refusing to look into it and rectify the discrepancy. The customer is always right, didn't work here. I took the loss rather than trying to explain to my family why it was costing more now than when we booked and didn't want to go through anymore phone calls trying to have them explain the loss of $98 of my original deposit. Had all my documents to go to the office in person just on the principal of the matter. Decided the beach was much prettier. My last rant. Beautiful condo, as long as you don't have to rely too much on the management staff.
