Vous entrez dans un plan ouvert et lumineux qui offre une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec les plus beaux appareils et un salon / salle à manger qui s'ouvre sur un grand patio meublé avec barbecue. L'endroit idéal pour regarder en famille ou entre amis jouer au bord de l'eau, boire un verre de vin ou regarder les couchers de soleil et les feux d'artifice Seaworld.

Le salon / salle à manger comprend un canapé confortable pouvant accueillir une couchette double, une grande télévision de 55 pouces et une table à manger pour 4 personnes. La piÚce à vivre se trouve dans la chambre à coucher avec un lit King confortable avec télévision. La salle de bain offre une baignoire / douche.

I had the most wonderful stay in this first floor apartment. It completely exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and well appointed. The decor was tasteful and adorable. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was extremely comfortable. In addition, the view was absolutely outstanding. I loved sitting on the patio with coffee or a glass of wine watching all the activity on the bay. People would walk by with dogs or ride on bicycles and everyone was friendly. This place is right on the sand where many families with kids play and it is only a few blocks from the ocean. I loved watching the sun come up over the bay and I would walk down to the beach to watch the sun set every evening. Amazing! I plan to stay here on an annual basis and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting an unforgettable vacation on Mission Bay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and relaxing. The condo was clean and well equipped. However, we do enjoy sitting outside in the mornings with our coffee and the lack of shade in the morning made it very hot. An umbrella would have made that more comfortable. Also the dishwasher didn't seem to clean the dishes very well. Very nice place to chill in San Diego.

Great Place to Relax!

Spent a week with my husband and two kids (ages 2 and 4) and everyone had a blast. It was great to be able to walk out the back door to the beach and drink coffee in the morning while the kids played in the sand. There were also a lot of amenities for those traveling with small children.

Top-Notch Rental on the Water

We cannot say enough about this property. It is comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. Open the shades or sit on the patio to view Mission Bay, a quiet area. We especially liked the location. Walk to local shops, parks, and oceanside beaches to find people surfing, playing volleyball, bicycling, skating, etc. It is also only minutes away from many attractions by car.

Winter Break

My husband and I are former San Diegans seeking a respite from the East Coast winter. We chose our Mission Beach stay specifically for the view. We knew that winter weather might not be perfect, so we wanted to be able to stay comfortably in our unit and still have a beautiful view. This unit delivered! It was very comfortable, and despite some drizzly weather we were still able to look out at the bay and the activities outside. We would have loved to have long time friends stop by to sit on the patio or inside for a visit, but this, however, is prohibited and did place a bit of a constraint on our visit with friends in our old home town. In terms of comfort, view and access to great walks, the bay and watching sailboats - it was great.

The place was lovely and clean. There was nothing wrong at all. Everything we needed was there. The only negative was every morning beginning at 6:15am and ending at 10 to 10:30 pm there was constant plane traffic flying low and over or close to over the top of the place. It is constant noise.

Great Place

Great location. Clean. Waterside. Walked to a lot of stuff on the main beach side. We loved lazy eye coffee, short walk in the morning. Place call Molly's for brunch , not walking distance. Drove to downtown San Diego a couple of times. No problems. Only suggestion is tell everyone they need a small car for parking. We had no issues , Very tight. Also a couple more bath towels would be nice. We washed bath towels a couple of times.

Impressed by location and service

I stayed here with my partner and infant under 1. The location was so convenient. You can walk out the yard to the bay. The beach and so many food joints are also walkable. The property had highchair and pack and play that made our stay with infant comfortable. Everything was clean as well. The management and owner went above and beyond when I inquired if the pack and play had the height adjusting net, they got us a new one! Thanks for making our first trip as a family enjoyable.
