Située en retrait parmi les arbres matures sur une rue résidentielle tranquille dans la Vallée Village, cette unité en bas, est disponible pour des séjours de courte ou de longue durée. Une maison confortable loin de la maison, l'unité est entièrement meublé et équipé avec sa propre laveuse et sécheuse, jardin paysagé privé avec mobilier de jardin, fontaine et barbecue. Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus. Situé à proximité de grands studios et à quelques minutes de Universal Studios, Universal Amphitheater salle de concert et City Walk, NOHO Arts District, Metro Rail à Hollywood, (Graumanns Chinese Theater, Kodak Theater et Hollywood Blvd), le centre-ville et au-delà.
2 pâtés de maisons des autoroutes Ventura et Hollywood; 1 bloc de marche de marché local et Starbucks; 10 minutes en voiture sur Mulholland Drive et vers le bas dans West Hollywood, boutiques branchées de Melrose Ave, et haut de gamme Beverly Hills. The place was very clean and very comfortable and Helen was very responsive for any concerns we had. The kitchen had everything you need.. The bed was comfortable and we love the balcony outside for coffee and relaxation. We will come back again. Nice book about useful tips and suggestions for restaurants, grocery stores and anything in between. Loved it

Excellent Hospitality

This was our second stay in one of Helen's properties, and it was just as nice as expected. The duplex is private in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to many sites. Helen always thinks of everything, down to a ruler at the desk and dryer sheets for the laundry! The private garden and fountains add to the relaxing ambiance created with fresh flowers and tranquil decor.

Great duplex, even better renter!

My sister, brother and I were coming to California to visit. Helen was amazing, the entire process went smoothly. We definitely felt at home and the kind neighbors made it even more comfortable. I definitely recommend this property, the location was great! Thanks to my experience, I will be moving to the L.A. area this coming fall!

Gem of a place! Home away from home!

This lovely VRBO was a home away from home and a very comfortable place to relax and rejuvenate. We had everything that we needed, and more. My sister and I each had our own room (bedroom and living room sofa bed with a door between the rooms) and own bathroom, with laundry, a fully-supplied kitchen, a large private yard with a gas grill, very comfortable patio furniture and a soothing water fountain. This is an upscale location, and it's easy to get anywhere in LA from here. Helen and her team were very supportive and responsive to meet our needs. This is a gem of a place and we would love to stay here again.

This property was amazing for my 6 week stay. Clean, beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with items required for a longer visit. The owner was lovely and helpful for any issues that arose. I brought my dog and we enjoyed walks in the nice, safe neighborhood and a park at the end of the street. The only thing I might caution a renter against is privacy! Through you have your own "private" entrance and gate, I was surprised to find that landscapers, a general contacter helping with repairs, and the owner all entered without notice several times during my stay. No biggie - I adjusted my habits to anticipate the seemingly private windows to the yard not actually being private - but as a woman staying along for most of the stay, it did startle me the first few times to look up and see a man in my yard. Other than that everything was beyond perfect. I wouldn't not personally plan on anyone staying on the fold out couch as it's quite uneven. But the bed itself was spacious and comfortable enough (i personally like firm and it was.)Thanks for a great time in LA!

Helen was very responsive to our needs and the duplex was perfect for us and our Labradoodle "Bindi." The furnishings were very comfortable and the private fenced in yard was enjoyed by us and our dog. The property is centrally located close to shopping, restaurants and markets. Overall, our 30 day stay was wonderful and we will always be grateful to Helen for her help and support.

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The decor is charming and the apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The private garden is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Perfect place for a dog, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and looking at the homes. We highly recommend staying here.

Our extended stay

This was our 2nd time at the Ostego house and we enjoyed out time there. Helen was alway available if we needed anything. The house was well equipped with kitchen appliances to cook just about any meal we wanted. the BBQ was a great thing to have. What a great neighborhood to walk in and feel safe. You will enjoy staying here.

Quaint Stay

My family stayed here instead of a hotel and we are so glad we did. The apartment was so welcoming, quaint, cheery and bright. The fenced in yard was the perfect place to have our morning coffee and the layout of the apartment gave everyone a bit of privacy and quiet time. The apartment has everything you could think you would need. This property was clean and exceeded my expectations. The property owner was incredibly easy to work with and responded to my questions during the reservation and payment process in a timely manner. The neighborhood was quiet and the majority of what you need is just a couple blocks away. We also found that the majority of our travels were easily accessible from this location even with LA traffic. When we travel to the area again we most definitely will want to stay here or another property managed by Helen.

Sweet little home away from home.

This place is a gem. Beautiful flowering shrubs outside with a private fenced in garden that included a fountain & patio furniture. Inside the rental unit was light and airy. Decorated nicely with comfortable furniture. Great detail was put into making the place feel welcoming which included fresh flowers in every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms had plenty of towels & wash clothes as well as toilet paper & kleenex.

Highly recommend

My husband, 3 month old and I are locals who needed a temporary place to stay while our apartment had some work completed and Helen’s property was ideal. She was excellent at responding to messages, as our booking was short notice. The duplex was well kept and stocked, with beautiful natural lighting and a lovely outside yard. We will definitely keep Helen’s properties in mind when visitors come to town and need recommendations on where to stay.

Home away from home

After enduring North Hollywood hotels for the past 3 years, this apartment was a godsend. The perfect size for two plus a small dog. I cannot think of one thing lacking in the kitchen. Helen thinks of everything! Great neighborhood as well, very convenient to everything. Looks forward to our next stay.

Wonderful living space and great location!

We were staying several weeks to spend time with our grandson. The accommodations were excellent: clean, bright, and relaxing. The garden with fountain was wonderful and the area was great for an easy walk. Two groceries and a coffee shop within easy walking distance and 2 short blocks from Magnolia Blvd. Helen and Diana are wonderful and very easy to reach if needed. We will definitely stay here next year when we come for a long visit!

Beautiful and peaceful seclusion in the city

This place has everything you might need and more. Beautifully appointed with many amenities. An older home of character and charm with updated comfort and convenience. The private garden area is like an outdoor extension of the living room where you can relax in the shade. Ease of arrival and departure.

It has the fringe around the edges

Well off the street behind a maintained lawn with lots of vines and shrubbery. But it’s a quiet street to begin with, and in a neighborhood lined with cozy cottages. Inside one is greeted by a King size bed full of pillows; floor to ceiling mirrors on one wall, and cozy nooks about the apartment. Lots of detail—little things that mean somebody cares enough to sew the fringe around the edges. The walls have pictures that reveal some forethought, e.g. between the cupboards over the kitchen sink is a seascape window painting that makes one almost smell the ocean. The TVs are widescreen and have pay channels, meaning the owner is going the extra mile. The kitchen counter has fruit and cookies and the fridge has condiments and little treats. The closed in and cute little courtyard that adjoins the apartment is private, pretty, and a huge bonus. If all rentals were like this, and for the price, motels would go out of business. Helen is a super efficient, prompt, and nice. What a bargain!
