Burbank Rancho - par Warner Brothers Studio et New York Film Academy. Situé au cœur des studios de cinéma multimédia de Burbank. Maison d'hôtes entière - chalet privé Burbank avec salon dans un quartier calme et sûr à distance de marche de la nourriture entière. Cour extérieure avec FOYER AU GAZ & jardin. CHEMINÉE électrique confortable dans la chambre. CLIMATISATION. Réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière Keurig et cafetière ordinaire, et armoires de cuisine bien approvisionnées avec assiettes et ustensiles réels et en papier. Le lit queen est un vrai lit avec couette et beaucoup d'oreillers confortables. Salle de bain Art Déco noir et blanc avec douche. Tous les sols carrelés partout - pas de tapis mur à mur. Chalet de 300 pieds carrés. Frais de 100 $ pour la 3ème personne avec lit pliant double. Aucun 4ème invité n'est autorisé. Frais de 50 $ pour les petits animaux. PAS de fêtes.

Près de Hollywood, Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Disney, NBC, ABC, Warner Brother Records et de nombreuses autres maisons de disques. À 5 km de l'aéroport de Burbank. Rue calme et sécurisée au coeur du voisin équestre Rancho. Arbres, montagnes, lit de LA et accès à pied aux principaux studios de cinéma. Bus et métro à proximité.

La télévision par câble à écran plat de 32 pouces dispose d'un Roku avec Netflix, Amazon HBO, Showtime, HBO GO et de nombreuses autres chaînes câblées. La maison d'hôtes possède son propre routeur WiFi et Ethernet. Permis de stationnement gratuit pour se garer dans la rue.

Wonderful location and perfect setting for our quick stay in Burbank. Patricia is a wonderful host! She had everything ready for us with lights on for a late arrival, she made sure she was available if needed. Adorable, clean, quiet and comfortable little place for me and my daughter to stay as she transitioned to the area. We will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous tree-lined street.

Although small, this quaint little place was great for our three-night stay. Patricia was very thorough and welcoming. The only issue was our little Frenchie was so used to doing her business on rocks in Vegas that she took offense to all the beautiful grass! It was a wonderful stay, we'll be back.

Such a beautiful property! Great neighborhood, very quiet, yet close to so many LA attractions! Being dog friendly is important to us, and this property is perfect. Longs grassy walk across the street, and nice park for a longer walk close by. Owners were very accommodating for a couple of special requests. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect for me

This was a last minute work trip for 2 weeks. Being a single traveling woman, safety is my #1, then parking.Not only did I feel safe in this sweet little bungalow, but the street itself, and location can’t get any better. The host was super sweet and accommodating when my plans became unpredictable and I had to change at last minute. I will definitely return in the future if it’s available!

Perfect location and hospitality!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time! The location is beautiful and set in a gorgeous neighborhood, right next to WB studios. Patricia is absolutely lovely and accommodating, and even took the time to introduce herself to our pups. I am so grateful for her space and kindness. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the unit was very nice. It was clean, quiet and the furnishings were in very good condition. It is, however, very small and can really only accommodate two adults and one child.

Fantastic!!

My only regret about my stay here is that I couldn’t stay longer. My dogs and I were here for about a week and it was just lovely. The house is beyond well-appointed and Peggy has done a masterful job of making sure you have everything thing you need, know where to find it, and understand the tiny quirks of the property. The interior is very cute, and cozy with nice light during the day. The bed is so comfortable - I admit it made me a little lazy a couple times. The VERY large private patio is wonderful, especially in the evenings with the bistro lighting. Wonderful street to walk on; hardly see cars driving by. The studios and really great markets, restaurants and shops are a minute away. Thank you, Peggy! You’re awesome and Buckley, Fitzy and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Family visit

The place was exactly what I needed for a quick visit to see my nephew. I travel with my old dog and we wanted a nice outdoor space for her. And somewhere we could enjoy the outdoors as well. It’s lovely and private and comfortable. And the little house is darling and well equipped. Patricia was also a responsive and accommodating host. Thank you.

Great Place To Stay!

The stay was better than expected. The house is located in a great area. It’s very safe and clean. Close to the studios and lots of great restaurants. They had everything you needed and a nice full-sized refrigerator. We were able to bring our old dog with which requires special medication for seizures. The host is very gracious; we wish them many blessings for the kindness. Thanks again!

Prime location with a lot of history

Everything is close and closer

The guest house is small, cozy and oh so comfy. The owner ( who is easily contacted and responds quickly) gives detailed, user friendly instructions for checkin and for the stay. The bed is high and comfortable and there are dishes and pans and everything needed to eat in house. What was so good for me, since I don’t drive, is that so many of the places I wanted to go to were with-in walking distance.

Overall exactly what we hoped.

Exactly as described with a bunch of little details that make it nice like an electric skillet and the patio is lovely. The bathroom toilet is a little awkward for us taller folks.

Nice neighborhood, well organized

We had a nice stay at the property which is halfway between our two sons who live in LA. If you have a dog there are plenty of places to go for a walk! Across the street is the back of warner brother studios so we often walked around the other side of the block amongst the buildings. It is a converted garage and small and I wouldn't recommend for more than two people, but it is well organized for the space. IT is a quiet neighborhood and the owner responded to inquiries very quickly. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but how much time do we need to spend in there anyway! There is a nice space between the living spaced the street as well. The weather was too cold for us to sit out, but if it was nice, there is a place you can sit outside.

Producers working in the Hollywood entertainment industry. We enjoy music, entertainment, working out, martial arts, fresh food, cooking, wine, growing organic vegetables in our garden, traveling, and spending time with friends. We've been hosting guests since 2014 from all around the world.

While this property is in the heart of the movie and recording studio business and very close to theme parks, it's a very QUIET home surrounded by trees and mountains. It's a very safe neighborhood and you'll feel comfortable walking at night and parking your car.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and attractions. Very quiet and safe. Movie studios, shops, restaurants, and WHOLE FOODS are within walking distance. In 10 minutes you can be over the hill to Hollywood & Highland and into Hollywood Boulevard. Within 30 - 40 minutes you can be at the Santa Monica Pier and Malibu beaches. A great place for actors working on film and T.V shows. Business travelers working in the entertainment industry are our most frequent guests. The guest house is quiet and equipped with everything a traveler will need. Your Hosts are always easy to reach via phone or text.
