Nouvellement construit en 2017! À quelques minutes de l'Interstate 88 et du centre-ville de Oneonta; 12 minutes de Cooperstown Dreams Park et de Cooperstown All Star Village; 20 minutes à Cooperstown avec baseball et musées! Cette propriété est bien aménagée avec une chambre à coucher à l’étage et un couchage futon pour deux personnes supplémentaires au sous-sol. Cuisine complète, une salle de bains et demie avec un grand porche avec moustiquaire donnant sur le lac. Air conditionné, chauffage, 4 ventilateurs, plancher chauffant et douche carrelée. Plafond cathédrale dans le salon, murs de cèdre en bas. Belle érable bouclé fabriqué à la main surmontant une île séparant la cuisine du salon.
Vue panoramique sur le lac depuis la véranda, pêche, baignade, kayak et canoë depuis votre quai privé sur le lac! Un endroit parfait, mais à seulement 5 à 6 minutes des autoroutes, des magasins et des restaurants raffinés. Entre Oneonta et Cooperstown. Un répit relaxant des camps de baseball et des modes de vie occupés. Venez profiter de notre tranquillité paisible.

Perfect weekend getaway

Immaculate cozy cottage! Beautiful lake view from the charming rustic screened-in porch. Perfect location to visit both Cooperstown and Oneonta during our stay. Would love to return in the summer.

Cooperstown fall foliage trip

Chose this rental based on view of lake, pet friendly and overall value. The house is easy to find and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is cozy. The owners have a blue binder with everything you need to know about check in procedures and information about the house. If you have a bigger vehicle parking could be challenging. If you have a vehicle that sits low to the ground like a sports car you may scrape getting over the railroad tracks. Things that are noteworthy- the last set of stairs to reach the dock are very steep and could be troublesome for young children without supervision. There is only one bed with 2 pillows and no TV in the bedroom. Some guests may not realize this when booking. Lastly it is a minimum of 25 minutes to downtown Cooperstown but only 15 minutes to Ommegang and Red Shed Breweries.

Peaceful quiet location

The house was cozy and comfortable with a great view of the lake. Neighborhood was very nice. Easy access to Cooperstown and Oneonta. Great walking trails nearby. Easy access to the lake with a kayak and canoe available. Water shoes recommended for going in the lake. The house had everything we needed. Very clean. Ideal for a small family. Very pet friendly.

Beautiful Lake Front Get Away

Every thing was just as pictured, it was very clean and cozy. The views were beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The hosts were always available to answer any questions. They were great.

Wonderful getaway spot!

My son was playing at the All Star Village in Oneanta for the week, and my friend and I were lucky enough to have this amazing little respite away from all the craziness. Cottage is nicer than the pictures, and Jeff and Lisette were amazing hosts - thank you for a wonderful stay, and we would love to come back when we aren't playing baseball 24/7!

We were in the area for the dreams park, and we stayed here while he played. Location to park was very manageable, place was clean, good water pressure, very nice & peaceful, and dog friendly.

Peaceful lakeside stay

We enjoyed our stay at this lakeside cabin. The home owners were accommodating and accessible. The neighborhood and neighbors were welcoming of our family, and the view was incredible! We enjoyed being off the beaten track but with easy access to everything the area has to offer.

Calm getaway

Great Spot!!!

Such a great little spot on the lake. The owners are very friendly. Place was clean. Has a kayak and canoe for water activities. And only 15 min to Cooperstown Dream Park. Couldn’t have gazed for a better stay.

Amazing stay at Beautiful Bay

We could not have been happier with our time at Beautiful Bay! The hosts were the most gracious people and have created a property as described and more. We were in town for the CASV experience and were so grateful to have booked this cabin at the lake. We hiked, canoed, explored and thoroughly enjoyed coffee every morning in the porch. We highly recommend and sure hope to return!

Beautiful location, property and hosts

My husband and I stayed while our son played at Cooperstown-All Star Village. Jeff and Lisetta were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and available for any questions. The house was new and clean with nice accommodations. We really enjoyed spending time at the lake, just steps out the back door. There was a canoe and kayak for our use, which we did enjoy using. Our son joined us for the last day. He had a blast fishing and kayaking. We would stay again!

A Peaceful Oasis

We absolutely loved our stay, we were sad to go! It was exactly what we needed, the listing is spot on and the hosts were readily available for anything we needed - would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet weekend on the lake away from it all!

Peaceful, relaxing weekend

The house is beautiful and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The screened in porch overlooking the lake is a highlight. The view of the lake with surrounding hills was very serene. The hosts blue book of information was a treasure. We had our dog, so the walking maps were very helpful. Convenient location-out in the country, but not far from Cooperstown and other villages. Very close to I88.

Weekend getaway, close to Cooperstown

We loved our weekend on the lake. The location was perfect for a dog-friendly stay, close to Cooperstown. Jeff and Lisetta were very responsive, helpful, and their home is very beautiful, well kept, and everything is very new and clean! I would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to be back— next time, we’ll make it out onto the lake!

Charmingly Unique (without being quirky) Experience !

A stay at the Beautiful Bay house is exactly what the doctor ordered! The home would be truly stunning if all it had to offer were the expansive views of the sparkling, serene water of Goodyear Lake and calming, lush greenery across the way, but no, among other features, it also had: ~ Striking lantern style light fixtures ~ Ceiling fans with lights ~ Easy to use remotes for climate control ~ Electric fireplace for ambiance/heat ~ Beautifully arranged windows in main living space to allow in lots of natural light ~ Honey-varnished wide wood plank slanted high ceiling in main living area ~ Finished moldings and sills showing great attention to detail ~ Satellite TV ~ Sweet touches of wildlife – both land and water – (especially LOVED the black, waterfowl wall hanging above the landing to the lower level) ~ Unique wood furniture, accents, and doorsill that are both utilitarian as well as to be enjoyed visually - Great banisters both inside and out! ~ Sweet, white painted wood bookshelf by bed that sports a beadboard interior! ~ Fully appointed kitchen with fun vibes black 'n white “focal point” window valance ~ Environmentally friendly septic and European designed upstairs toilet ~ Inviting screened-in front porch overlooking the lake ~ Canoe and single person kayak ~ Specially designed door to back patio for extra security ~ Cozy, dog-friendly neighborhood ~ Comprehensive House manual A BIG thank you to Lisetta and Jeff who were most hospitable/communicative/available -

Grandson’s Cooperstown BB tournie

We enjoyed our stay!! The location was perfect getting back and forth to baseball fields in Cooperstown. When you are done with baseball this was the cutest lake house and had everything for your stay. Relaxing and quiet. We loved the screened in porch overlooking the lake and sitting on the dock by the lake. Totally recommend.

Perfect stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property while my youngest son played at Dreams Park this past week. Jeff and Lisetta were amazing hosts and the home was fantastic; Beautiful lake views, super clean, and updated with everything we needed. My oldest son and his friend enjoyed kayaking, fishing and canoeing each day and had their own little area in the finished downstairs portion of the cottage to hang out. It was just a short drive to Dreams Park and Cooperstown. Perfect for exactly what we needed!! Would highly recommend!!!!

Great for a couples getaway

We had a fantastic time staying here as a couple while our son was at Dreams Park. The ride to the Dreams Park was not too long. The lake was beautiful and the cottage was a perfect size.
