Plage vivant à son meilleur! 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et situé à distance de marche des zones commerçantes et VIBE Creative District, une plaque tournante pour les artistes, restaurants, torréfacteurs, gym, musées, concerts, événements en bord de mer, mais tranquillement sur la rue. Plan d'étage ouvert dans la cuisine et le salon, connecté à une grande terrasse pour se divertir. 4 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain avec vue sur le front de mer. La chambre 1 contient 2 lits superposés superposés, la chambre 2 un lit queen, la chambre 3 un lit queen et un canapé-lit, la chambre 4 un lit queen et le salon contient un canapé-lit. Grand balcon 2ème et 3ème étage. Grande suite des maîtres et salle de bain. Garage deux voitures, allée, et stationnement dans la rue. Le décor a été mis à jour à partir des photos listées.

Nous sommes à moins de 5 km du parc aquatique Ocean Breeze, du musée des sciences marines, du parc d'aventure, de Motorworld, de Putt-Putt, de iFly, de Marina, de Dolphin Cruises, d'observation des baleines, de parachute ascensionnel, etc.

Wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family of 8. Super clean and the property owner was very helpful, and responded to any questions immediately. Would love to continue using this property for future vacations!

Perfect for large families!

We had an exceptional experience during our ladies family weekend at this beautiful, and absolutely comfortable beach home! Just minutes away from the boardwalk and beach, there were great places to eat, and like in mentioned SUCH A COMFORTABLE homey feeling the entire time we stayed. Would definitely recommend for a group of 12-14 people, with plenty of space to sleep, eat, and enjoy the fun!

Michigander’s in Virginia Beach!

The place was amazing! It was clean and close to the boardwalk & the beach. The owners had great communication and very costumer service oriented. It helps that they emailed a copy of a guide for our pre planning purposes. Will definitely recommend!

Great Spot In Virginia Beach

Gathering of family made perfect by renting this town house. Big kitchen was perfect for all hands on deck cooking. We enjoyed the deck that have a grill for cooking a plenty of sitting. The beach was a block away and we took full advantage.

Great for groups

We loved our stay here! Ample room for everyone, room to park and walking distance to the beachfront and all of the action. Be advised that a GIANT construction project is underway nearby that could result in road closures. Otherwise, great place!

Family get away

The house was very spacious and everything we needed. Even thou it rained a lot while we were there we all had a great time playing card games and hanging out. The place was very quiet and no trouble at all.

Close to beach and many Attractions

Perfect for my family of 9. The kids enjoyed a room to themselves. Each couple a bedroom. Plenty of family space as well. Had a great vacation! We will return.

We all had good time. The beach was in walking distance. I enjoyed walking the board walk in the mornings. A nice place to stay. My family and I enjoyed it.

Great property and hosts!

We enjoyed our stay July 30-August 3, 2022. We had 11 guest, ages 7 and up from Northern VA and Ohio.. The property gave us enough room to spread out as desired while also having a great kitchen/dining/family room area for meals/conversations/entertainment. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation (with the exception of a Belgium waffle maker-I brought my own). Jade and Nathan were great to work with, very accommodating and responsive to our messages. There were a couple of maintenance items that we brought to their attention (none that effected our stay), they responded quickly to ensure that our stay was not disrupted. We will definitely have this property at the top of our list when we visit Virginia Beach again!

Perfect location and great for families

We were here for a graduation, but this is a perfect location for family vacation and literally was a 5 min walk to the beach walking at a casual stroll. Plenty of space in the home and no one felt crowded at all. Home is better than described actually and we would definitely return for a longer stay in the future. Host sends lots of helpful info and seems very attentive should any issues come up (we had none).

Family vacay in VA Beach

Great property and wonderful hosts! My family of 10 stayed at Nathan and Jade's property for a couple of days. The house is way better than the pictures. Very spacious and clean. The Kitchen is huge and is well stocked with basic pantry staples, pots/pans, cutting boards, etc. The location could not be better with lots of local restaurants within walking distance. The boardwalk and beach are a 5 min walk down the street. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were super responsive with questions. If you are on the fence about booking - dont be!.... you wont be disappointed.

Great stay but needs listing improvements

We had a great stay..a very fun time. Only just disappointed in a couple of things. A huge selling point for us was the garage gym, as we are all fitness coaches. When I asked about it (because it was not there at all), they said they removed it 3 weeks ago due to a liability, which is totally fine, BUT it would have been nice to be communicated with about it before we got there. I also suggest taking those pictures out of the listing as well. The AC didn't work at all on the main floor and upstairs bedroom the entire trip (but they said they were getting it fixed the day we left which is nice) and some outlets didn't work at all as well, which wasn't a huge deal. ALL in all was a great trip though...just some small communication issues were the only thing.

All the essentials that you'd need for a beach vaca!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! PROS: Great location/quick walk to the beach + the communication with the property managers was fantastic + the kitchen and living areas are very very spacious which was great for our large group. CONS: There were a few things that we didn't expect: the one bedroom is actually the master bedroom's walk in closet (spacious for a closet and has a window tho!) which we felt wasn't clearly described as such in the listing since there was no photo of that bed + the garage wasn't setup as functional as the picture displays it as (not a big deal, since we parked a car in there and the owner let us know in advance that some items pictured would not be included, but the pictured bar area in the garage wasn't a usable space due to lack of available chairs/setup) + the beds weren't overly comfortable/pretty cheap in the master bedroom pull out & closet room, but for a weekend trip they were fine. We had a few issues with some of the provided items (slow draining shower + needed tuning to the bikes), which we communicated to the owners at the end of our stay (since they didn't cause a major inconvenience during our stay, but could for the next group), and they were very receptive and respectful. Overall we had a great stay and would stay at another property managed by these owners in the future!
